Renovated Jones Street Parlor Apt +Private Parking

Gorgeous, expansive parlor (2nd/main floor of house) apartment in a prime location on Jones Street. Newly renovated kitchen has custom granite counters, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator with ice maker. King bedroom. Pullout sofa in living room. Combination tub/shower in bathroom which is accessible off of the hallway. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home or you can park for free on the public street which has no meters in the 2 block radius.

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. The house looks just like the pictures; beautiful, historic, clean, and well maintained. The king size bed was quite comfortable and the house had everything we needed for our stay. The proximity to shops, restaurants, and sightseeing was fantastic. We would stay here again!

My husband and I loved our stay here. Perfect location on a street that was voted most beautiful street in Savannah and it’s obvious why. We loved being able to walk everywhere and it’s such a safe & friendly area! It was a nice perk having a free parking spot to use. We ate our breakfast on the front patio each morning and just loved the view.

Great location! This was our second time staying here. Quiet
with the exception of the people above us
but not too bad. Property is very clean and well stocked for whatever you may need. We only use the back stairs as the front stairs
like all in Savannah
are a bit daunting. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Super comfortable place to stay for 6 nights. Great kitchen, bedroom, laundry, and big dining and living rooms. We stayed here while getting our daughter settled at SCAD for her freshman year. Great location-quaint, quiet, and walkable. Also, parking! I’ll definitely stay here again when we come to visit our college kid!

Great central location. We walked everywhere. It was about a 20 min walk to the river. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The middle unit needs a privacy shade on window beside front porch and better reading lamps in living room. Would stay here again

We just got home from a 4 night stay at Jones street and we had a wonderful time! Although this property was a little warn it was immaculately clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed for a proper Christmas dinner. Please be aware that this is unit is on the second floor and the stairs are narrow so if you're planning on bringing up a large, wide cooler, think again my friends! I shutter to think of the surveillance camera coverage of my husband and I attempting to load in and out. Please don't post it to youtube. We will DEFINITELY be returning to this property, I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was very clean and spacious for two people. We also appreciated its convenient location. We were able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, bars, and other sites of interest.

Spring Break get away...

My wife and I thoroughly enjoy this property. Jones Street is likely the prettiest street in Savannah. We walked to all the major attractions and left our car safely parked out back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

First Vrbo Trip

Would use vrbo again. The resident was as described and close to all the sights we .wanted to see.. Better than staying in a hotel.
