Excellent position

Terrific location in the heart of the gorgeous town of St Remy de Provence this apartment is a great size and well appointed. Our only criticisms are the limited communication regarding check in and the apartment is a bit dark and could do with some stronger lighting.

Beautiful place

We just returned from a three night stay in this beautiful property. The place looks better than the pictures. Check in was seamless and there were no issues. The apartment is very centrally located right in the heart of St Remy close to shopping and restaurants. Overall a great property to stay in. Highly recommend.

Fabulous week in a fabulous apartment!

The apartment is really well thought out and comfortable. Location could not have been better as a base for our trip Laurent and his staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hot tub on the roof was an added plus after walking so much each day. So sad to be leaving this beautiful area.

Beautifully renovated apartment in the heart of St Remy de Provence.

This was a perfect base for exploring the wonderful villages, lavender fields and vineries of Provence. The apartment is large, modern, air conditioned and has everything you need during your stay. There’s a lot of shops, bakeries and restaurants around, all within a 5 min walk. Would definitely recommend this apartment to a friend 😊

Beautiful with a phenomenal location!

We stayed for five nights in this beautiful apartment. Laurent was great about communicating and accommodating our arrival. The apartment is just as beautiful as it appears in the pictures. The location right in old Saint-Remy is amazing. You can walk everywhere. The roof deck and hot tub are lovely. Laurent offers an optional parking spot for a little extra, which was very helpful. Highly recommend.

great location

Very nice and comfortable apartment, clean and beautifully decorated. The apartment is located in the center of St. Remy's. It's very convenient to walk around the town. The parking in St Remy's could be tricky. Laurence helped us reserved a private parking spot in a small parking garage, which is really helpful. The apartment is on third floor without an elevator. But we don't mind climb up and down. Overall we had a wonderful time in St Remy's.

Many Disappointments

There were some great things about this apartment, but despite those, the overall experience leads me to leave a low rating. Pros: The location was excellent, right in the city so we could walk to dinner, shopping, patisseries. The hands-on assistant, Dominique, who showed us the place and assisted with an issue, was wonderful. The apartment is spacious, airy, modern and clean. Parking is available at a reasonable price (10 Euro/day) about 2 blocks away. Cons: Almost 3 weeks prior to our arrival, I contacted Laurent with our arrival time 9-10 p.m. No response until 3 days before when she stated check-in was 3-6 only. This is nowhere in the listing. Asked about a key safe, no luck. She then told us we could check in the next day! We booked a hotel (2 rooms for 2 couples) for the first night. She did extend check-in time until 8 p.m. the day of, we still wouldn't have made it, but skipped a tour we had scheduled and we were able to pick up our rental car 5 hours early. We are stuck with the hotel bill for late cancellation. Once inside the apartment, I was surprised to find that 2 bathrooms meant two separate showers but only one shared toilet. The downstairs bedroom also has no door. The hot tub was luke-warm the first night. They told us not to change the temperature, but we tried for the second night and couldn't even get it close to warm. Dominique came by and fixed it for the third night; we're not sure how she did it. They also have a really long inventory they expect you to fill out. We just signed it, it would have taken an hour to go through the whole thing. We had a couple of flights of stairs to our apartment but that's pretty standard in the area. We had another place booked during this 3-week visit to Italy, Switzerland and France that required check in during a certain time period but it was noted in the listing so it was fine because it fit with our plans. I would have never booked this place had I known of the restriction because it didn't fit with our plans. We missed a tour of the CERN facility in Geneva. I don't see us getting back to the area again anytime soon. Laurent's communication on the subject was slow, especially considering the ramifications. There was too much not communicated upfront. This was my worst Vrbo experience ever in my 15+ years of using Vrbo.

WE découverte des Alpilles en famille

TrÚs beau loft en plein centre de St Rémy de Pce. Parfait pour passer un weekend découverte des Alpilles en famille. La déco est trÚs sympa et le loft est trÚs bien équipé. Laurence nous a trÚs bien accueilli.

L'emplacement est idéal au centre de St Remy trÚs proche des commerçants,restaurants et traiteur. L'appartement est trÚs bien conçu avec un beau design, climatisation, trÚs bonne isolation du bruit de la rue. Dominique, qui vous acceuille, est trÚs aimable et fait tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Si vous venez en voiture il faut réserver la place de parking qui est tout proche. De St Rémy vous pouvez faire de nombreuses excursions.

Merveilleuse expérience Pierre de Montreal

Quel plaisir de se retrouver dans un endroit qui rĂ©pond parfaitement Ă  nos attentes. Les lieux Ă©taient exactement comme l'annonce et les photos l'indiquaient, aucune mauvaise surprise. Le logement style condo Ă  deux niveaux Ă©tait comme neuf. Un bain tourbillon Ă©tait disponible au patio extĂ©rieur adjacent Ă  la chambre Ă  coucher du dernier Ă©tage. Les salles de bain Ă©taient trĂšs modernes avec robinetterie du dernier cri. L'appartement de deux chambres se situait au troisiĂšme et quatriĂšme Ă©tage et il n'y avait aucun ascenseur voilĂ  un petit bĂ©mol. Mais l'exercice pour s'y rendre en valait le coup. De plus l'appartement se situe au cƓur de l'activitĂ© du Vieux St RĂ©my tout Ă©tait Ă  deux pas de l'appartement. Je recommande cet appartement Ă  tous ceux qui font une halte Ă  St-RĂ©my qui est au centre de toute la rĂ©gion avoisinante. Pierre de Montreal

Schöne zentrale Unterkunft

Schöne Unterkunft im Zentrum von St. Remy. Insgesamt sehr gut mit kleinen EinschrĂ€nkungen. Leider mĂŒndet die LĂŒftungsanlage des im Hause befindlichen Restaurants direkt auf der Dachterrasse, was relativ laut und mit GerĂŒchen verbunden ist.

Good location in a delightful town

Stylish and modern, this apartment was a good base for our 5 day visit to St. Remy. It’s spacious and comfortable, and the hot tub on the roof was a wonderful bonus at the end of each day. We found the lower bedroom too noisy at night, and in need of black out shades, so we moved to the upper bedroom which is super quiet, comfortable and dark at night. Location is in the heart of old town, surrounded by interesting shops and excellent places to eat. We had a hard time connecting with the property manager on arrival day; she was ill and sent a friend to meet us but we were in transit and did not get that message. The apartment feels 80% ready for guests—it needs a welcome packet with information and suggestions; a few more basic supplies like salad tongs and hot pads for people who like to cook; better towels (ours were incredibly worn out). The coffee maker requires a type of pod that isn’t easily available so we wished we had our traveling pour-over kit. But overall, we loved the aesthetics of this place, and had a great time exploring the area.

Love St. Remy!

St. Remy is such a wonderful, easy town to walk around and within a short drive to many wonderful southern France destinations! The apartment was exactly as photographed, within a 3 minute walk to free parking, and the town was full of many wonderful restaurants, shops and Van Gogh history. Unfortunately our host was not able to meet us due to an illness but he made accommodations for getting the key from the nice restaurant below. It would have been nice to have a walk-through so we could better understand the a/c system and washing machine. A book with the owners suggestions of favorite restaurants etc., would also have been helpful but it is certainly easy to figure that all out after a while. The coffee pot didn't work properly and it was replaced immediately! Thank you Laurent! The main bedroom shower was also clogged and flooded the floor the first night but there was a lovely shower on the second floor that we used instead. Unfortunately that main shower couldn't be fixed during our stay. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment and town!

Great location and magical stay in Saint-Remy

The property was in a perfect location where we could walk to restaurants and the shops. The rooftop view was a really nice bonus and the place was clean and well equipped. The hosts were super nice and easy to work with, as we added an extra night and it was no trouble. We just picked up the keys at the restaurant below which made it easy.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of St Remy close to all you need.

Tucked away above the Bistrot des Alpilles, this amazing apartment with views over the old city was a perfect, modern & comfortable haven. We were right in the hub of St Remy. Well set up kitchen, comfortable beds, sunny lounge & the luxury of a spa on the top floor was a bonus! Everything is clean & new. The owner, Laurent, was marvellous. Always helpful & accommodating. Our Hostess, Christine, was super friendly with great tips & advice. You walk down the stairs & out your private entrance straight into the old streets full of eateries, shops & amazing sights.
