Le Knoll Shady. Une vue fantastique! Seulement 1. 5 mile de l'entrée du parc.

Juste rénové par les propriétaires et comprend tous les nouveaux meubles. Ils ont vraiment mis le tout ensemble trÚs bien et trÚs minutieusement. La propriété est située à seulement deux miles de l'entrée du parc national Sequoia sur une voie isolée et calme. C'est vraiment sur un Shady Knoll.
Les vues de l'avant et de l'arriĂšre font partie des meilleures de Three Rivers et elles sont totalement diffĂ©rentes. DĂ©tendez-vous sur le vaste pont arriĂšre avec une vue panoramique sur Morro Rock, Alta Peak et Eagles Nest! À l'avant, vous pouvez souvent entendre la riviĂšre Kaweah au loin, observer toute la ville de Three Rivers et ĂȘtre toujours Ă  l'affĂ»t des sĂ©ances de photos de notre faune locale!
La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour prĂ©parer des repas si c’est ce que vous aimez faire. Avec de nombreuses friandises gratuites sur le comptoir et une table Ă  manger pouvant accueillir six personnes.
Le salon est situé de maniÚre à admirer la vue (souvent) sur la Sierra, comme les deux lits king size!
Oui, il y a une télévision HD avec beaucoup de chaßnes cùblées et Wi-Fi. à "Le Knoll".

Amazing stay at a beautiful location! The view off the front and back porches were breathtaking. We drank our coffee out there in the morning and had our cocktails in the afternoon. Love that we were just a few miles away from the entrance of Sequoia. Correspondence with Mark was amazing. Would highly recommend.!!

The property was amazing! We had all the amenities we needed plus the views of the mountains were unforgettable. Mark was a terrific host. He promptly answered any questions we had. Also the info given pre-trip was helpful along with the info inside the home. Mark really thought of everything. The home was plenty comfortable for four adults and was impeccably clean. The snacks and wine left by Mark as a welcome gift were greatly appreciated. We all greatly enjoyed each of the many outdoor patios both front and back. We’ll never forget the beautiful sun and moonrises and sunsets! Gorgeous. The home was also close to restaurants and provisions. A memorable stay. I’d love to return some day.

Cute home away from home in the mountains

The Shady Knoll was the perfect place for my family of 4. It has everything you need, and the views are incredible. We felt right at home, my 2 little boys enjoyed seeing the wild turkey and quails visit. It's close to everything, Sequoia & Kingdñs Canyon National Parks, and the shops. I would definitely recommend!!

A Welcoming Retreat

We stayed here with some friends over a long weekend. The home is beautifully arranged with several comfortable areas, inside and out, to enjoy the lovely views of the surrounding mountains. Our host had everything prepared for our stay along with several treats which we all enjoyed. Communication was prompt and helpful. Would absolutely love to come and stay again 10/10

We were greeted with a nice welcome gift which included a bottle of wine and various snacks. Views from the front and back yard sitting areas were beautiful. Great location for visiting the Sequoia National Park. The kitchen was well equipped and living areas comfortable. Only negative was the master bathroom needing a little TLC and some areas a bit more dusting.

Perfect Location with great views

I have been living in Three Rivers for 10 years now so I know the area well. My back ground is in home construction, project design and re model. I have spent most of my life south of the grapevine in San Diego and Orange counties where I worked for over ten years at two very private Country Clubs. I find that experience very helpful for hosting this BnB.
I love living here in Three Rivers! My motto, as your host, is best described with a quote I like very much. "You can get anything you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want"!
