Very Comfortable, Clean & Convenient

We truly enjoyed our stay here. It is in a nice neighborhood, not too far from the beach, close to grocery stores and quite. Would definitely stay here again 😁

Greg was great to deal with his property was very clean and relaxing... its our 4th yr vacationing in delray and by far this was the best location close to thr beach and comfortable!

Great home away from home

This house was outstanding. The location is central to the beach, shopping, and activities galore. The outdoor area of this home is to die for! I spent the majority of my vacation in the pool!!

Delray Pool house

We really enjoyed our 18 day stay at the house with the pool. Greg was an avid communicator and the property is well maintained. I would definitely recommend and book again.

Enjoyable Stay

Rent process was easy, Everything in house worked. Rooms were spacious. Location was easy to get to and was close to all the things we went to do. Checkout was fabulously easy. I hope I find this again when I return.

Subject: Immediate Resolution Required – Formal Demand for Full Refund Good Afternoon,I have attempted to contact VRBO Customer Support twice today and was placed on hold for over an hour each time without response or callback. I previously spoke with an agent on Christmas Day, who confirmed that this situation warranted a full refund for the entire stay and advised that a resolution would be provided within 24 hours. As of today, I have received no follow-up.This letter serves as my formal demand for a full refund due to materially unsafe, misleading, and unacceptable conditions at the property.Summary of Issues1. Undisclosed Construction & Blocked DrivewayOn the morning of check-in, the host notified me that the driveway would be inaccessible due to road construction. Neighbors and posted signage confirmed this construction had been ongoing for an extended period. This was intentionally withheld prior to booking and severely impacted our access, safety, and enjoyment throughout the stay.2. Complete Air Conditioning FailureUpon arrival on December 23, the home was filled with stagnant, warm air. The thermostat was set to 78 and never engaged. I immediately notified the host and followed up again the next morning when the system failed to operate. No temporary cooling units, fans, or alternatives were offered, nor was any technician dispatched in a timely manner. Due to the holiday the AC inspection took place and we were informe

Delray Beach house

Visit was for a medical procedure. Lot of wait time. The house with a private back yard and walkable neighborhood was just perfect for what we needed for this trip. The manager was quick to respond, we felt safe, comfortable and relaxed staying in this VRBO - our first experience in VRBO.

Property was clean, however needs updating, some tender loving care, especially the back yard. We could not use the BBQ since it was rusted. Maybe also leave instructions on how to use the TV services

Older Property In Need of Update

The main attraction at this home is the pool. The BBQ grills look like they haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. The bar top in this beautiful backyard needs to be replaced, there is no way it can be used in its current condition. The inside of the home is in need of some TLC. Neither bathroom had a toilet paper holder or an exhaust fan. The tub in the guest bathroom is in need of replacing.

Home away from Home

This was a "Snow Bird" rental, so my comments are related to staying for 2 months, not 3 or 4 days. Greg (the Host) was beyond responsive when called for any issues. Quick and helpful. Sometimes too quick as he could show up within minutes of sending a message that he would be arriving soon. Very reactive, but not pro-active. The house however not so much. The first thing we did was to call in a cleaning crew as it was dirty. In general, everything was very very dated. (kitchen, baths, & furniture). Towels and pillows have all seen better times and need replacement. No toilet paper holders in the bathrooms (we purchased 2 so they are there now). Kitchen utensils were limited to the point where we added additional spoons and forks. The dishwasher was not secured to the cabinet when we got there so you had to be careful when you open it. (Called Greg - he came and fixed it.) We were very disappointed with the outdoor grill (rusted grates rendered it unusable, plus it was charcoal, not gas as the picture made you believe). A gas grill was delivered. The outside bar, was very worn and neglected. The driveway and some areas around the pool were uneven and cracked, creating a trip hazard. Sad, as the area was perfect, some construction, but that will be done at some point. We were hoping that since this will be an annual trip for us, and it would have been nice to return to the same place next year. Neighbors were great. We're back on the hunt for next year!

Fantastic location & House!

The house was great! All three bedrooms are in a horseshoe formation, so if a teen yelled, I heard. Master = large TV, king bed, lots of drawers and closet space, two lamps and a ceiling fan. Window faces the street, so if cars going by bothers you pick one of the other rooms. Two other rooms had a queen and a king. Both face the pool. Neither had a ceiling fan but the AC worked so well it wasn’t needed. Both bathrooms have gorgeous new showers, but neither has TP dispensers. Both toilets are standard height. There are about 20 towels. Living room had two comfy couches and a large TV. Table and 4 chairs off of the living room and on the way out to the pool. Kitchen also has table and chairs for 4. Kitchen was wonderful! Old fashion coffee maker, blender, two slot toaster. Lots of dishes/glasses, microwave, large fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. Garage has a washer and a dryer, as well as some baby/toddler safety items. Backyard has an adorable pool, with a night light. The bar is a bit old and needs some TLC, but there are other tables & you have your choice of charcoal grill or gas. House is within a mile of Target, Steak ‘n Shake, Outback, Mcds, DQ
etc. The area is beachy and adorable, without being college spring breaky. We had a GREAT TIME!

Great place

We stayed for 3 weeks and had a great time. The property is clean. The owner responded very fast when we had questions. The backyard area is awesome! It's quiet and private, it's really nice that it was all fenced in. The pool is great, heating it was definitely worth it. Great location, very very close to downtown Delray and minutes from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend!

Private pool. Large, comfortable bedrooms.

The place was very clean. The appliances are good. The three bedrooms are large and each has a large, comfortable bed. The pool and lawn are well cared for and the fence around the backyard provides adequate privacy. There is a large drive way with plenty of parking. The landlord is very responsive to your needs. I would definitely recommend this property.
