Regarding your concerns, I'd like to offer some clarity: 1. **Sleeping Arrangements**: Our beds are equipped with Tempur-Pedic mattresses, which allow for customizable comfort level. We understand that comfort can be subjective and regret if the beds did not meet your expectations. We have many positive reviews. 2. **Couches**: The couches in the house were purchased just two years ago. They are selected to balance modern style and comfort, but, I will see if maybe something hqppen to the couches. This is the first I am hearing this. 3. **Kitchen Supplies**: Our intention is to provide a fully stocked kitchen with a variety of cooking essentials. However, if there is something specific you found lacking, please feel free to reach out to me via private message. Kathleen I am so sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay. The pool is serviced twice a week because is open to the elements. This is very normal for Florida. The basket is not broken and is supposed to be that way to filter the water out when you lift it. I have had this home for 5 years and have never had someone not know the difference between turning on the heat on the ac. I incurred a service call cost for the AC company to go out because you said the AC wasn’t working when in fact it was user error. I didn’t charge you for that which I should have. When you first got home you also said that the refrigerator wasn’t cooling and it was and I almost paid for a service call for that as well. As far as the ice, there is no water line to connect to to make ice and I in advertently bought a refrigerator that makes ice, but there is no way to connect to make ice. There is ice cube trays in the freezer to make ice. These are Tempur-pedic beds and I have personally slept there many times I think that that is a personal preference. Not sure you checked everywhere for the large serving plates. But with only sleeping 8 people how many large serving plates does one need? I would have been more than happy to accommodate as I did with anything you asked. The listing never offered the garage only three bedrooms and two bathrooms with the private backyard. You also had me give you a discount prior to booking. If people look at all my reviews they will see that this is way out of character.

Hi Thank you for the feedback, the living room furniture is only a year old. I will inspect it to see if I need to call the furniture company. As far as the beds, they are Tempur-pedic. Many of our stays have told me that they found it to be very comfortable. But I know that everyone has different requirements. I’m sorry that you didn’t feel it was a five star stay. We strive to give everyone the best and that’s why we replaced the furniture a little over a year ago in the living room. You will notice, the pictures originally are different furniture than what’s there in the living room.
