Ce spacieux studio est situé au troisième étage d'un manoir magnifiquement restauré de Savannah, à couper le souffle.

Entrez votre code d'accès individuel pour une entrée sans clé dans votre studio. Meublé avec goût avec des cadres en bois massif et de riches textiles, The Park House est idéal pour le voyageur distingué. La chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size, avec un coin lecture intégré le plus proche de la fenêtre. Les séjours prolongés sont un jeu d'enfant avec une garde-robe permanente et une laveuse et une sécheuse adjacentes.

La salle de bain complète avec douche debout est en face de la chambre à coucher, offrant des carreaux de céramique à la main et beaucoup d'espace de stockage. We had a good overall stay and really appreciated the great location and easy access to the unit.There were a few minor issues: we found a cockroach that we had to dispose of, the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor, and the walls and doors were quite thin, so we could hear others in the building.That said, we enjoyed our stay overall and feel this property is good for the price!

The location was so amazing and we had a lovely weekend. It was so easy walk everywhere and didn’t even have a car!! Perfect size for a quick trip because we spent most of our time out exploring. The only thing to beware of was all the steps, but we knew this going in!

Location & charm

The entire downtown area is walkable from this house and it was so fun to experience the charm of staying essentially off of Forsyth Park while being here. It's a cozy place for you and another, we especially enjoyed being on the 3rd floor with a view into the trees. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The Park House was the most perfect location. We were right in the middle of the city and could stop at home anytime we needed between activities. It was just a gorgeous and comfortable stay. Bed was beyond comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Park House 3b was so adorable! It was in a safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It was walkable to all the action. Clean linens and easy check in process. The main office held our bags before check in as well! This helped make our vacation run smoothly. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful Location, but for the construction site next door

Perfectly located in heart of historic district across from a square and a block from Forsyth Park. However, the Noble Hardee mansion across the street is being renovated between the hours of 7 am to 7 pm during our stay so not very peaceful. Looks like the construction is months away from completion. We were woken up by it and when in the unit had to keep the Juliette window closed till the workers left. Bed was a firm mattress on a platform, so between the two we got very little sleep. We requested that the management company move us, but they said they are not responsible for construction in Savannah; so we bit the bullet and left 2 nights early to one of the big hotels closer to the river so we could get a good nights sleep.

The only great thing about the unit was the location. It is right in the middle of historic downtown Savannah and Monterey park is at the front doorstep. Overall, the unit was disappointing as there was a strong musty/moldy smell in the unit. The microwave was also out and after making several calls, they sent a maintenance guy to fix it. However, the unit went out again the same day it was fixed. I ended up staying only 2 nights and requested they move me to another unit for the rest of my stay.

Reviewer Comments: We rented unit 3A which was gorgeous but we had a faulty AC (super noisy with an LED display light from ****) & super hard pillows to boot (but I immediately went to Belk department store and bought one I liked better for under $20-probably more a me thing so no worries there) but the folks at Lucky Savannah made it right. They switched us across the hall to unit 3B the next day. We did lose our stunning view of Monterey Square and the bed was not exactly comfortable oh and the internet connection was too spotty to use reliably but all that stuff aside-the room was gorgeous. The location could not have been more ideal. It’s next door to one of the haunted Victorian homes on the paranormal tours and across the courtyard from the Mercer-Williams house. Look down one street and see Forsyth fountain. Gotta try Clary’s for breakfast-just a 5 minute walk away. And 1790 Inn for dinner (10-minute walk). Everything is so close but if you tire easy, try to stay on the lower floors. Climbing 3-stories at the end of an exhausting day can be...tiresome. We loved the location so much and tried not to let the other stuff upset our vacation too much. They were very patient and kind to us and accommodated is in the best way possible. We left a day early but they were nice enough to refund us for our 1st night. I am still waiting on the staff to mail me my jewelry that I left in the 1st room between moves but I have faith. If they don’t I will post an update. So glad we went and we would definitely not only recommend as I am sure the little things that happened were just that but stay there again. Only this time on the ground floor. Already planning a mother-daughter trip soon! Thanks everyone!
