Parking for The Suites:
Each Suite features one private parking space in the nearby Lincoln Street Parking Garage, a rarity here in Savannah! Guests will retrieve their scannable parking pass upon checking into their suite and use it to enter/exit the parking garage as needed. All other parking is on-street, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

It was in a perfect location to where you could walk and experience River street and the surrounding streets. Close to the trolleys and the harbors. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone.

We loved our stay with only three exceptions the shower and the blinds in the living room. The water pressure wasn’t great and I didn’t like the rain shower head from the ceiling also when laying in bed at night you can see the lights from the parking garage across the street. I had them closed the entire stay.

Business trip for me, fun for my wife and granddaughter. I spent most of my time at a conference, but they had fun exploring. Location was awesome, right in the middle of everything. Unit was clean and nice. Included parking spot was a major bonus!

Conveniently Placed

I was very impressed with the studio and location. The studio was a comfortable place to recuperate and relax during the hottest part of the day after a morning of walking around get charged up for an evening out.Across Bay St were the backsides of the River St buildings that contained shops and cafes with River St (river front) shops, restaurants, and bars just on the other side. The free dot trolly route was a two short block walk south from here.

Perfect Location & Great Getaway

This vrbo studio was in a perfect location if you want to be close to the river but also walking distance to other main attractions downtown. Although there is no view of the river it’s a great little spot for a couple. Only two complaints: the bed headboard is disconnected from the bed and always rocks into the wall with any sudden movement. Had to put a pillow between the bed frame and wall so it would hit the wall. Simple fix Second thing, when we were checking out they mention to throw the trash out in the yellow trash bins. Those trash bins were no where to be found outside of the property. Other than that great price for the location and nice inside

Savannah stay

Super cute studio, PERFECT location. All was good in unit, very clean. Bring ur own tin foil, zip bags, etc if needed. Other paper goods were available. Not sure I was aware it was 3rd floor, but was all good. Attached restaurant was good & very convenient!Parking was greatly appreciated and one of the reasons I booked it. Unloading was a little awkward, but not sure how else it could be handled.We would stay here again.

Great location

The location is perfect. Nice sized little studio that has everything you need. It was great that the apartment had a washer and dryer as well. Getting to do laundry on vacation is awesome. It’s the perfect spot to explore Savannah. My only complaint was that the door lock to get into the building was a bit tricky. Everything else was great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location across the street from the river and close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Studio 3A was nice and clean, but small and more suited for a single person. Appliances and utensils were all in good working order. Washer & dryer were a bonus. Room could have been equipped with a box of tissues or extra bar of soap. Shower head on ceiling sprayed fine mist so took 2x as long to rinse, and water never really got hot. Noise from restaurant downstairs was tolerable, stopped at midnight, but many nights had very loud vehicle revving noise and screeching tires. There was no window view as the bottom half of windows were frosted, so room was dark.

The unit was exactly as pictured. Location is convenient and the parking was nearby and secure. As others have noted the curtains do not block the light (new blackout blinds would solve this problem) and the shower head is a rainfall head but with very weak pressure so it's more like showering in a mist.

Great location, just a few little issues.

We really liked the place. The only small issues are the lack of water pressure in the shower (rain head only) and the living room fan wobbles/ticks kind of bad. Other than that, the old world charm and being right on E Bay St was a nice location.

Slow internet and not cleaned

Although the management company offered to send cleaning people, which we refused (we didn’t want to have to wait around for them to arrive and watch them clean). We did what needed to be done ourselves, and always wore shoes in the unit. Necessary items, such as sheets and towels were clean. Internet was slow.
