Vous pouvez ĂȘtre l'un des premiers visiteurs de ce magnifique condo de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain Ă  Phoenix Orange Beach qui vient d'ouvrir. Profitez de cette unitĂ© de coin avec des baies vitrĂ©es et un immense balcon donnant sur le golfe, qui est Ă©galement accessible directement depuis la chambre principale.

L'unitĂ© a Ă©tĂ© professionnellement dĂ©corĂ©e et meublĂ©e avec des draps haut de gamme et des serviettes de bain. La cuisine Ă  aire ouverte a Ă©tĂ© stockĂ©e avec tout le nĂ©cessaire si vous avez des cuisiniers sĂ©rieux dans votre famille. Des siĂšges de comptoir, une grande table de salle Ă  manger et une table extĂ©rieure offrent de nombreuses options de restauration pour votre groupe. The unit itself was as described. however, our stay wasn’t 5 stars because of the customer service. The day before our stay they changed our room from 401 to 501 due to a water leak and it had the same floor plan. Charlie was quick at responding & answered all of my questions with this matter. During our stay we had problems with security- first not allowing the kids to slide on the slide with their puddle jumpers on so we had to buy different floaties, then security made us get out of the pool to get wrist bands (we checked in late and got in the pool before the front desk opened), then told us one of our umbrellas were too big and had to be taken down (we made sure to not bring tents because of prior stays in the area). Then they left a paper on our door about our small blow up pool being a fire hazard in the wide open space in the hall yet their house keeping cart (way larger than the pool) stayed right in front of our door for 3 days straight in our way for getting beach stuff in and out of the condo (how’s that not a fire hazard?). Our washer and dryer weren’t working in the unit and they sent maintenance to work on it yet they needed parts to fix it so we were told to “make do with it and ask for more towels/wash cloths” however we never received any even with texting our rep Charlie who otherwise had good communication. We paid a lot of money and expected more understanding during the stay. Security is too over the top and not having clean towels wasn’t great either!
I need more space for a true review. But we’ve stayed in multiple Phoenix condos before and this lowered the bar compared to previous stays.

The location and convenience to restaurants was wonderful. The unit was located on the same level as the parking garage which saved time and made us feel safer with toddlers. The unit was also large enough that our group of 8 adults and 4 small children had adequate space without feeling overcrowded. Charlie, the property manager was also great to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Our family all agrees that this is by far the best place we have stayed in the last 20 years going on beach vacations!

Perfect condo for family

There were five adults and three children in our group. This beautiful four bedroom and three bath condo was spacious, clean, comfortable and conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach. The fourth floor made for a beautiful view!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was amazing - incredible views, so close to tons of restaurants and grocery. The condo had tons of room and the balcony was awesome! The staff at the building was super nice and helpful. The beach was incredible and my kids loved the pools. We had the best time, everyone enjoyed themselves from 12-86! I have to also point out the communication with the owner was incredible. Answered timely, was so nice and gave great recommendations. All in all it was one of our BEST beach vacations!

Great extended family place

Three families (2 elderly grandparents, 4 adults, five kids 6-13). Plenty of room, beautiful unit, and great facilities on the grounds. VERY conveniently located to store and groceries. Beach was easy to get to and beautiful as always. The staff at the place was very friendly and helpful.

Great Property!

Plenty of room for our group of 8. Nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Nice amenities at the condo. View of beach is fantastic! Just wish there was more than starter of all paper products. Had to purchase more. Would recommend.

Beautiful condo

The condo itself is beautiful, clean, well stocked and communication with the owner was great
zero complaints there! I will say the pool policy is insane. The sun would be fully shining and bc there were thunderstorms inland the pool would be closed half the day.

Great family vacation!

Perfect Location

We recently stayed at this beautiful condo for about a month. We had enough bedrooms for each family and their children. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Everything was decorated so beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with any utensil we needed. The ice machine was a major plus for our days on the beach. We loved being able to park on the fourth floor and walk right in to our condo and not worry with the elevator. The property is great for kids too. Slide, lazy river and Indoor pools. And not to mention the property owner is PHENOMENAL. She was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Relax and enjoy!

Our family's stay at this condo in Orange Beach was just what we were looking for! It is very clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and spacious. The kitchen is full of accessories and was easy to cook in. Plenty of plates, glasses, wine glasses, serving bowls, etc.. There is a wonderful large table and everything you need to set it for a nice family meal, we loved sitting around it together every night eating, talking and enjoying each other. We spent a good bit of time on the balcony and liked leaving the sliding doors open to feel the breeze, hear the waves and see the spectacular beach view. The building is nice, parking is easy, the pools were very clean and even though it was Easter weekend, we had no trouble finding a good spot on the beach. We had 9 in our group from 6 months old to 62 and everyone was happy. It was absolutely lovely and the owner was magnificent, a very special thanks to her for making our stay so nice! I highly recommend this condo and we would love to go back!

Fantastic condo!

My family and I stayed here over spring break. There were 9 of us including two young children. The condo was spacious enough for all of us and gave us plenty of room to have our own “space”. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The decor is tasteful and the view of the beach is amazing!! The owner made sure to check in with us and was available for anything we needed. We would definitely return here and would highly recommend.
