At the end of a hard day of relaxation, an incredible night's sleep is sure to be had, and with six king beds easy to find. Morning comes early down on the coast and a hearty breakfast is in reach with a kitchen that makes it easy. The decisions of the day need not be made in haste. The beach will wait, the pool will be there and the half-finished book is still where you left it. At Horningsholm naps are in order and can be taken at will.

House does not have both a private pool and shared pool as listed. It only has shared pool.Nice house, comfy beds, and 2 laundry rooms. One washer didn’t work. We reposted it but no one fixed it. House had been cleaned but still had empty beer cans littered on back patio and children’s dirty clothes under couch pillows. There were also a couple of dirty wash clothes hanging on master shower door. Host was quick to respond. Very comfy beds2 laundry roomsWould come again.

We enjoyed our stay and found this home to be a good choice for our family vacation. The house is spacious, basic rental level maintained, and comfortably accommodated our group of 13 without ever feeling crowded. There was plenty of parking, and the location is excellent—close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment while still providing easy access to the beach.The host was responsive and easy to work with throughout the process, which made everything go smoothly.The kitchen is functional and marginally stocked for everyday use, but if you’re preparing meals for a large group, be aware that it has a single residential electric range and one oven, so cooking multiple dishes at once can be challenging. Having three refrigerators was helpful. We also found that there weren’t enough drinking glasses for a group our size, although the ice maker kept up very well and was a nice feature.The two pools are clean and enjoyable, but neither offers any shade, so plan accordingly during the hottest part of the day.One thing future guests should know is that beach setup can be frustrating. Guests from the nearby Phoenix condominiums and other neighboring properties frequently place umbrellas, tents, and chairs directly in front of the house on the beach. This happened consistently during our stay and can obstruct the view and make it difficult to find space directly in front of the property.Overall, we had a wonderful week.
