Ce condo dispose d'une salle de bains rénovée avec une combinaison baignoire / douche et d'une cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Il y a une salle à manger et un salon confortable. En dehors de la salle de s��jour est un balcon avec vue panoramique sur Red Mountain.

Nos condominiums Aspen sont situés au coeur de la ville! À seulement un pâté de maisons de Warner Park et à un demi pâté de maisons de Kock Park. À distance de marche du centre-ville et sur la ligne de bus gratuite. Nous sommes à seulement trois pâtés de maisons de la télécabine d'Aspen!
Nous proposons une gamme de locations de copropriétés adaptées aux groupes familiaux et aux fêtes de différentes tailles. Vous apprécierez tout le confort de la maison en vous blottissant près de votre cheminée à bois. Toutes nos locations de vacances disposent de cuisines entièrement équipées, de balcons privés ou de patios. Elles sont dotées d'un service de ménage quotidien, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, d'un câble HD numérique et d'un système audio. Week in Aspen

PROS: - The location is perfect. Only a short walk (couple blocks) to everything in town and the base of the gondola. - The condo is very comfortable for 2. Older design/layout, but has everything you need. Nice fireplace, big couch, large TV, well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable little patio. - Pool and hot tub area are great and immediately accessible. - Convenient laundry facilities in lobby. - Staff at LiftOne were all very kind and attentive. CONS - You really need new bed linens. I don't know how old those sheets are, but it seems like they're as old as the condo itself, which is a little unnerving. The fitted sheet doesn't even fit over the deep mattress. The pillows are terrible and I'm not sure why that comforter weighs 100 pounds. Just threw it in the corner (sorry if it dented the wall when I did that). Small fix to a nightly problem. - Lobby said there was a fan in the unit, but I couldn't find one, so that needs to be addressed. - Parking can be difficult on busy weekends. The LiftOne lot is very small (maybe 15 vehicles), and the street parking fills up as the afternoons progress. They'll give you a street parking pass, but if you come back late in the evening, good luck being within a few blocks of the building.

Hello Scott, we are so happy you enjoyed your stay with us. As we mentioned to you at check-in, if there wasn't a fan in the unit all you had to do was give us a call and we would have brought one up to you right away. Same goes for anything that you need during your stay. Our onsite management ensures all issues that we are informed about can be solved immediately. Rest assured, our linens are purchased and replaced regularly but sometimes the elastic does come loose. Most people enjoy the comforters for our cool, summer nights and winter days. But as you mentioned, they can be placed aside if you find them too warm. Our parking is first-come first served, as is clearly stated in our rental agreement. Next time let us know of anything you need while you are here and I am sure we will meet all of your expectations. Thanks again! Molly

Welcoming and ideally located property with parking

This condo is ideally located for exploring the town of Aspen--close to restaurants, parks, ski lifts, and transportation center. It also has free parking. The on-site manager was welcoming, courteous, and helpful. Although the decor was dated, the unit was well equipped and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The condo was great and in a great location! Just wish we knew the hot tub was closed as this was a main reason for choosing this property. Would stay here again as it was perfect for a weekend getaway!

Walking Aspen

Great property within walking distance to downtown Aspen. It was as billed with a great fireplace and comfortable amenities. I was surprised that they had daily cleaning service. Unusual for VRBO properties. It was a good value for off season as we enjoyed the local hikes and towns.

Cozy, clean spot walkable to the heart of Aspen

We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay. The property was very clean and the perfect amount of space for a couple. The kitchen was well equipped for a simple home cooked meal. Being able to walk to the main area of Aspen was a huge plus. This was the perfect home base for a few days of hiking in the mountains. We would definitely stay again.

A great stay in Aspen

First time in Aspen

The condo was very nice. Highlights are that it is centrally located, near parks, shopping/dining/cafes and hiking all within walking distance. Kitchen, living room and patio were perfect. Awesome views just outside the front door with the autumn colors. Parking was very convenient —never had any trouble finding a space. Elevator to the third floor is very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend this property and this unit

Best location - walk to lifts, restaurants, shopping, bus to other mountains. Unit was great- exactly as it appears in photos. I've stayed in many Aspen rental condos/homes and this is the best for location and property amenities (hot tub/pool/laundry/daily janitorial/on site management). I will be returning to this property this summer for a golf weekend.
