The apartment was exactly as represented in the listing. Everything was clean and comfortable and check in was easy and the proximity to downtown restaurants and shops can't be beat!

This was our first trip to Aspen, and my husband and I absolutely loved our stay. The location of the VRBO is fabulous. Restaurants, bars, shopping, and everything we wanted to do in town were within easy walking distance.The apartment was exactly as pictured on VRBO: comfortable, cozy, and very well laid out. We especially loved the large bathroom and the fireplace, which was easy to use and made the apartment feel even more inviting.Another big plus was the complimentary designated parking space, which made having a car very convenient.The host was always quick to respond, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.We had such a wonderful time in Aspen. A few of our favorite spots were Aosta Ristorante, Casa Tua, Steakhouse No. 316, White House Tavern, Betula, and Sant Ambroeus Coffee Bar, just to name a few.We are already talking about coming back when Aspen is covered in snow, and we would not hesitate to book this same VRBO again.Highly recommended. 5 stars!

Aspen Condo

This is an amazing property. We travel a lot and have never been more pleased with our accomodations. We enjoyed the condo very much and it was a short walk to the gondola as well as downtown Aspen. We give this property an 11 on a scale from 1-10.

My husband and I came in the fall to see the Aspens. The place was exactly as it was listed. Very clean, had everything we needed, and was walking distance to shops and dinning. We are already talking about when we will come back to ski. You have to eat at The French Alpines, have drinks at Stranahans, and take the Gondola up for a day of exploring. Don’t skip the Maroons Bells either:) We loved it all.

Things I liked, or didn’t:Our trip was in early May and this condo was priced very low. I soon found out half the town was closed, and construction was everywhere with beeping all day!Property is up a flight of outside stairs, and was listed on Dean Ct. and Monarch when street sign says Dean St. It also is on the back side of building.Keyless coded lock was convenient once I realized it was the black circle on the door. I originally was entering the code on a lock box next to the door which of course was not working.Furniture is from the 70’s, wooden table with cigarette burns, furry chairs.Couch was slanted and was supposed to pull out, I didn’t want to touch it though.Nice desk by the window with plugs for PC.Kitchen looked nice and new with lots of appliances, toaster was found above stove. Refrigerator loud all night if sleeping in living room, mostly the ice machine going off.Fireplace looked nice, but I was afraid to light it with no instructions.TV was clear and big and had hundreds of stations but most of them needed subscriptions.Windows were beautiful and displayed a beautiful May snowfall brilliantly. Washer dryer were great!Bathroom was new but tub had no handles to hold onto and a slippery bottom, so I had nothing to hold onto if I wanted to wash hair so I skipped it. They had numerous choices in the bathroom for shampoos, lotions and towels.We forgot a couple things in drawers, our contact said she’d look into it but never replied.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed some aspects of the condo. I did want to clarify some items for guests considering this property. Early May is Aspen’s off-season when construction is common and reflected in the lower pricing. The address is on S Monarch. Dean Ct is referenced in the arrival instructions as the direction to approach the unit from - Dean St becomes Dean Ct. south of Monarch. We truly wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have helped make you more comfortable - our team is available 24/7. Instructions for the fireplace, including a video tutorial, are in the property guide with check-in information and we're always happy to assist in person. The ice maker could have been turned off for you if the noise was bothersome while sleeping in the living room. TVs have Xfinity cable -guests log in with their subscriptions for streaming services. We inspect every cleaning and pre-arrival photos show the couch in proper condition, no cigarette burns on the coffee table (non-smoking unit) & all furniture is just 2-years old. This unit is not ADA-accessible or advertised as such, but we would have gladly provided a bathmat had we known slipping was a concern. We’ll inspect the tub surface to ensure it's safe. Regarding the items left behind, we promised to check with housekeeping and get back to you if they were found, unfortunately, they were not. We hope you're able to locate them, appreciate you staying with us and wish you the best.
