Détendez-vous sur la véranda et sirotez une boisson tropicale tout en profitant de la beauté de Maui. Cet hébergement comprend un salon magnifiquement conçu, un mobilier moderne, une cuisine gastronomique entiÚrement équipée avec un bar et des appareils électroménagers haut de gamme, une télévision à écran plat et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Transportez facilement vos courses et vos bagages à l'étage avec votre propre ascenseur situé dans votre unité.

La chambre principale est incroyablement spacieuse et comprend un lit king size, une grande salle de bain avec baignoire, une douche Ă  l'italienne et une vĂ©randa privĂ©e! La deuxiĂšme chambre d'amis est situĂ©e en bas avec un lit queen et une salle de bain complĂšte. Le dernier Ă©tage comprend une troisiĂšme chambre d'amis avec deux lits queen-size, une salle de bains privĂ©e et des portes-fenĂȘtres menant Ă  un balcon français. Le salon principal offre Ă©galement une demi-salle de bain pour les invitĂ©s Ă  utiliser.

La propriété Ho'olei dispose d'une superbe piscine avec une cascade, d'une plage de sable fin pour les enfants et de 2 jacuzzis. N'hésitez pas à apporter les serviettes de plage fournies dans votre unité à la piscine! Vous trouverez également un centre de remise en forme à cÎté de la piscine et un pavillon de cuisine couvert. Des massages au bord de la piscine sont également disponibles! Ceci est une communauté fermée avec 24 heures de sécurité disponible.

L'accÚs à la plage est situé directement de l'autre cÎté de la rue, via le complexe adjacent. Vous pourrez dßner dans l'un des restaurants du complexe et prendre rendez-vous pour un spa dans un établissement voisin, mais veuillez noter que l'accÚs à la piscine des complexes adjacents n'est pas inclus dans votre réservation dans cette villa de Ho'olei.

Family reunion

The property is beautiful, in a great location. We had 7 adults & were extremely comfortable. The villa was well stocked, better than we expected. The only issues we had were the dish washer did not work. We called & repair man showed up within an hour & said it was fixed, but we continued to have the same issue. Also limited space to hang wet swimsuits & towels. A few hooks in the laundry room, bathrooms or even garage would have been nice.

Perfect!!!!

This was the perfect unit for our family of four. From the three bedrooms, to the spacious lanai, to the short walk to the pool, it fit all of our needs. The short walk to the beaches and shops and close proximity to golf courses were a bonus, as well. While we were out enjoying Maui during the day, we looked forward to coming back to our beautiful condo in the evenings. The kitchen was very well equipped and the washer and dryer gave us a mid vacation wardrobe boost. The communication was spot on throughout our stay. Kaitlin even suggested a restaurant to celebrate our anniversary at. If we plan to return to Maui in the future, we will try this property first!

Great place to stay!

My family and my friend's family stayed in this beautiful townhouse for a week. It was great! - Living room on the 2nd floor is large, connecting with a big balcony. Our kids ran around and had much fun! - Spacey kitchen allowing 2-3 people to work together! - Master bedroom on the 1st floor is equipped with an awesome bathroom. Taking a bath there was so enjoyable! - Great swimming pool in the community! - Walkable distance to the beach! - The host was very helpful and responsive! Here are some tips for future visitors: - As it's located near the hotel area, there isn't good grocery stores nearby, until you drive ~8 minutes to a Safeway. So plan ahead! - Remember to take the towels if you go the swimming pool. - If you want to take beach chairs to the beach, it's better to drive a car, although it's within walkable distance.

Perfect Wailea Retreat

The location and luxury of this house make it a perfect retreat for a family looking to gather in the heart of Wailea. You have plenty of space in the common areas to be together or separate in the luxury of your bedroom. The furniture throughout is super comfortable and the house has every amenity including plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The lanai has a garden view, but in less than 10 min you are on the Wailea beach. And the pool oasis is just steps away. A real luxury find for a great price at one of the top beaches in Hawaii!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the unit and property in general, 10/10. Impeccably clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Road noise is a major issue that just can't be overlooked. I live in the city, and I want to get away from the noise, so this was a huge letdown that I couldn't relax on the lanai without listening to the traffic. Good thing the doors and windows do a good job of sound isolation.

It was a bit of a drive to the grocery store. If you want ample space this you should consider this. I would stay here again if we visit with my family. Wailea Townhome

This property was awesome! All the comforts of home, and then some! 7 of us (all adults) were very comfortable with plenty of room and privacy for all. Wailea Beach and the beachwalk were a 5 min walk from the property. Communication with CBIV was great; very timely responses! All in all, a wonderful place!

The unit was very clean and comfortable, and it was a pleasure to use the well-appointed kitchen. The welcome snacks and included beach chairs/towels/umbrellas were a very pleasant surprise. Our POC Cody was very timely and reliable, especially when we forgot a wallet post check-out and had to go back while the cleaners were there. The only minor issue we had was finding a couple of small cockroaches (dead, thankfully!) here and there throughout our stay. Location was really great: walkable to Wailea resorts and beach, a quick drive away to great beaches and restaurants in Kihei, and relatively painless to get to central Maui. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!!
