Very nice house and excellent host. Janice was very responsive to texts and went above and beyond to provide a crib and bassinet, along with sheets for both, for the baby and toddler in our group. The house is well-kept and located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. The kitchen and living room are very nice, and the Jacuzzi tub in the lower-level bathroom is an added bonus. We highly recommend it and had a great time.

Just what our family needed.

Our family of six stayed during the month of October and we found the house comfortable and warm. The location is lovely--the turning of the leaves, the deer, wild turkey in the back yard --and a grill on the deck on the warmer of the days.

Spacious, comfortable, well-stocked house

This house was a lot bigger than expected, with ample room for our family of four. There was even a desk when we needed space to work. The kitchen was well-stocked with anything you'd need and then some. The location was very close to the beach and close to The Kittansett Club where our kids played golf. The owner/manager was also very responsive and attentive to our needs.

Shiny, Spacious, Easy to Love

Shiny clean, transitional decor that leans white, silver and grown-up. Not your typical summer coastal this home is fully furnished and very comfortable, especially the beds. A brand new kitchen and all the tools and dishes. A great gas grill on the deck. And lots of outdoor tables and chairs too. Was perfect for our family of grandparents, parents, and adult children.

Great location and neighborhood

The stay overall was pleasant but for the money, I was expecting better amenities. The furniture off the kitchen is dated, no real comfortable place to sit other than the couch, the bedrooms downstairs are very small, and the bathroom situation was limited. The downstairs shower is pretty much unusable as it is dangerous to get in and out of. Which left only the upstairs shower that is part of the master bedroom. The cell service at the property is horrible too. The yard, deck and neighborhood is amazing and close to beaches and walking trails. My contact was helpful and checkin was easy.

my family and i had a great time in Marion staying at this property. it's in a secluded quiet neighborhood which was great for relaxing.

Huge house with plenty of space for our stay. WiFi password was a little tough to figure out from written instructions, recommend a typed sheet for instructions for stay. Grandfather clock has small chime every 15min which was a little unexpected when trying to sleep.

Great House

We rented this house as a place for my mothers family to stay for my wedding and it was perfect. The pictures do not do this house justice. It has a great kitchen, huge deck, and 4 bedrooms with big comfortable beds. It is a great, clean rental with plenty of space. We were busy with wedding stuff but Piney Point is a great little community with lots of activities. Marion itself is an awesome town for boating/beaching/golf. Janice was communicative and left good instructions. There are no carpets in the upstairs living room to muffle sound so if you get too many people in there talking at the same time it can get a little loud but it is a beautiful room with lots of light and a cool layout.
