Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 21ème étage donnant directement sur la rivière Lazy à Phoenix Orange Beach avec une vue panoramique imprenable sur le golfe !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé pour que vous n'ayez pas à garder les clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou par les baies vitrées du salon et de la chambre principale. Avec plus de 1 750 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, nouvellement meublée et nouvelle sur le marché de la location!

Les services sont nombreux dans ce condo de Phoenix Orange Beach: l'unité est équipée d'appareils de grande taille, d'un bar avec évier, d'un téléviseur intelligent à écran plat 65 pouces dans le salon et d'un téléviseur intelligent à écran plat de 55 pouces dans le maître, ainsi dans les 2ème et 3ème chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a un lit King dans le maître et deux lits Queen dans les 2ème et 3ème chambres pour dormir jusqu'à 10.

Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à accès nul avec un toboggan qui se connecte à une rivière paresseuse, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux grands jacuzzi, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le Golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis au 10ème étage.

Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

Clean condo; great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time at this condo. Very easy check in- got into room at 4:30 when they said would be ready. Very spacious unit. Was clean and welcoming. The only issue was the toilet in main bedroom and sink didn’t flush or drain the best. But with a little ‘help’; we got toilet to flush . The elevators worked great! Not hardly any wait time. We had a family of 6 adults; so the lazy river wasn’t the best option for us; mostly little kids were in there. But we spent our days on the beach. Chuck was awesome! He was friendly and helpful- always had our chairs set up and made sure we didn’t need anything! Might not choose this unit in future just because of not having an actual pool- but that’s my oversight. No complaints; had a wonderful time !!

First of all, it was a very roomy condo and the lazy river, water slide and our balcony were great! With that said, when we arrived the AC was out. It took us a couple of hours to get in touch with anyone, but once we finally did, they sent a repairman. He was very nice and was with us until about 10:00 that night, but he got it working. The next afternoon, we came in from the beach and no AC. This time we called the number on VRBO and it was immediately answered by someone who sent another repairman. He was with us until after 10:00 pm. My other comments have to do with the cleanliness of the condo. The floors were awful! If you walked without shoes, your feet were black. The furniture had obviously not been cleaned and had a sticky substance on some pieces. We had to slide a dresser out looking for something dropped and there were Coke bottles and melted candy on the floor. The bathrooms could have definitely used more cleaning. Last but not least, there was some type of bodily fluid smeared on one of the shams, so the bedding is obviously not cleaned. I am not a picky or critical person normally and have never written a negative review that I can remember, but this place needs some work and a new housekeeper!

Amazing property with beautiful views

This was our children’s first beach vacation, and this was the perfect property for it! So much to do and a balcony overlooking the ocean. There was not a second of boredom the entire trip! We will definitely be back! The beds were also super comfy and everyone actually slept!!!!

Great location

We came to Orange Beach for a quick trip before everyone headed back to school. This condo had plenty of room for our family to be comfortable. Being right on the beach was great.

Annual Beach Reunion 2024

This is a beautiful setting with all kinds of places within walking distance! Updated and clean! We stayed in the 21st floor and hardly ever waited long for the elevator! Easy walk to beach-no long stairs going down either. Our teens like the pickle ball court but not really lazy River. Too many little kids but all in all it was super clean and hot tubs are large!! Our unit was a little outdated but still nice! Easy checkin and checkout! We were able to buy 3 parking passes Memorial Day week!

Orange beach family vacation 9/23

As always, Orange Beach was amazing. The condo was nice, shows some wear. Is in a good location central to alot of things and there is a lot of stuff in walking distance. Building was nice, any staff i encountered were pleasant, mostly. Beach in front of condo was nice and clean. Overall i would recommend!

Love the area of condo and all went with it but the bathrooms were not clean hair in the showers on wall and drain. Master bath dusty toothpaste or lotion on cabinets. Food wrappers behind night stand in 2 of the bedrooms.

Excellent Orange Beach Family Condo

This was the perfect Family Condo. Short distance to the beach. Views were magnificent. The lazy river was never crowded. Elevator wait times were practically none. The condo was very clean and well-stocked. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice and we were extremely pleased. There were no major issues that were not remedied. Things we really liked include: 1) Elevators were very fast, 2) being able to change the keycode on the door, 3) having grocery stores and restaurants right across the street, 4) the luggage carts and for-purchase ice machine in the building, 5) lazy river and slide were awesome for the kids, 6) parking garage was clean and convenient, and 7) security guard and staff were very friendly.A few minor improvements to make the property even better include: 1) adding a built-in ice maker or mini fridge in the wet bar (ice machine in fridge worked, but was very slow), 2) adding a few more dish and hand towels in the kitchen, and 3) patio door does not lock properly.

Condo was great. Beach was very crowded. In order to place your personal chairs close to the water you had to take them out by 6:30 am. The rentals start placing theirs all along the beach front by 7am.
