Seachase Condominiums is conveniently located for shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are not allowed.

The condo was beautifully maintained and provided every comfort we could have hoped for. The direct view of the gulf was breathtaking, coffee every morning on the balcony was perfect. Loved every day here!

This place is absolutely stunning!! The view was perfect,the beach wasnt a far walk which was so handy with 3 under 4! We enjoyed our stay so much! The place was clean the kitchen is nicely stocked! Was so easy to check in and communication was great! Would highly recommend and i would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo!! Amazing views, super clean, comfy beds and the property has plenty of water for the kids. Bring beach toys/chairs and you are all set!!

Property amenities

Condo was great, room immaculate and grounds were never crowded. We went for the sand in my boots festival and never once had to wait on an elevator, fight for a spot on the beach or at the pool. 40,000 people in town for the festival and in the evening we had all the beach to ourselves.

Stunning Condo

The property itself is older but very well maintained. This condo is absolutely beautiful. Modern decor. Comfortable beds, sofas and chairs. Kitchen was stocked with nice pots and pans, all the utensils you’d need, a Ninja blender, Kurig coffeemaker to do a whole pot or single serve and a nice set of knives. I’d definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Condo!

First of all we were welcomed by the friendly security guys at the gate. So informative and helpful! This condo was decorated beautifully! It has every amenity you can think of. Was very clean when we arrived. The ice machine and wine cooler were awesome! Very spacious.The variety of pools were outstanding from the hot tubs to the kiddie splash pads. Very nice! It gives people options and prevents over crowding in one pool. We could not locate the remote to lower the electric blinds nor a switch that operated them. I would recommend some instructions for them and how to operate the stove. I figured it out but instructions would have been helpful. Overall, a very lovely place to vacation. Even the beach attendants were so nice and friendly. Would highly recommend this unit and property.

Immaculate and well appointed unit

This is a beautiful unit with everything one might need. The unit is upscale with a leather sectional (very comfortable) and with three recliners. Showers are very nice with rain shower heads and walk in tiled. The kitchen had every pan and item you will need. Duel Kerri/pot coffee pot, wonderful clean oven (I was afraid to dirty it) we will be looking for the pans - they were awesome and worked well. I appreciated all the manual for using the stove and appliances as the stove was extra fancy. We had an unprecedented snowfall while we were here - so it was a bit drafty at times - just the buildings’ makeup - but there plenty of extra blankets. We had a water leak that was traced to our unit’s waterheater so glad we were in it so it could be fixed without any damage. It was taken care of quickly. The unit had new patio furniture delivered while we were there and we appreciated the beautiful and soft chairs and low table. All around we had a great experience.
