Lovely home in great location

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and the outdoor space is excellent. The owners were incredibly responsive. We stayed with our family of 4 and it was perfect for us and our kids. We actually had more space than we needed. The pool was a great bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

Restful ranch with a pool.

We stayed almost 8 weeks while work was being done on our house. The house was lovely. The dogs loved the yard and we loved the pool. Great location near many restaurants. The owners were very responsive to a few questions but respected our privacy and time. We are thinking of booking small weekend stays in the future for a little getaway.

Tom and Gary were terrific guests. I can’t praise them enough. They were so easy to talk to and took very good care of our home especially all the new flowers planted. I highly recommend them as guests.

Convenient, well stocked, well managed

My husband and I enjoyed our 1-month stay at Brandon. We especially appreciated how much thought the owners had put into anticipating everything renters would need and how easy it was to "work from home" at this property because of the well-stocked office. We did not use the pool because we rented in the winter, but it looked large and inviting, and the yard was very large. The house is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The house is on a small cul du sac, and is very convenient to all types of stores. The only improvements we would make are restocking dinner/soup bowls (there were only 2) and supplying keys to the deadbolt lock on the garage and outside doors. Overall, it was a lovely place to spend a month.

New Home Base

This house was perfect for a visit in the Chicago area for my kids, my elderly parents, and me. The home is well appointed, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and conveniently located. We’ll definitely use this as our new home base for future visits.

Truly a home experience

I have stayed in several home rentals over the last few years. This home was by far the BEST experience I have ever had. It is set in a beautiful place and is amazingly so well stocked with everything you would have in your own organized home and then some. The decorating and colors are thoughtful, warm and inviting, conducive to relaxed atmosphere. We had several individuals as part of a church youth group reunion and the owner offered to add a twin to a room which was so thoughtful and accommodating to our needs. We appreciated and used every portion of this gracious home, from BBQing dinner and gathering around a spacious dining room table to breakfast outside on the patio to late evening conversations under the outdoor cabana with a glass of wine, to gathering in the side living room singing songs and playing guitars with a soft fire in the fireplace illuminating our faces. The notes left by the owners were open and inviting with only respectful common sense requests. This home provided the backdrop for lifetime memories and we are eternally grateful to the owners for their hospitality and generosity in sharing their lovely home.

Fantastic House

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The house was absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. It looked like a home magazine; it was so beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed and communication with the owner was quick and easy. I really can't say enough great things about this house. My son loved playing in the pool and my family loved the location. The neighborhood is just gorgeous; it was probably our best experience with a VRBO yet. We wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy the pool and outdoor area more. I can't think of a single negative.
