The guest requested “ cotton” sheets before their arrival so we bought new cotton sheets for their stay. They seemed annoyed that our coffee maker was not a “ keurig” ., and we never heard any other complaints..

I guess we should have expected this. She told us that she was OCD before she checked in. In AZ , bermuda grass is gown in the Summer and Rye grass is over seeded in October. The bermuda grass is dying and the rye grass has not yet grown. She arrived during this period. The back yard was not and is not overgrown with weeds. Wow, she found some spider webs on some of the patio furniture in AZ in a time when day time highs are 95 and nighttime is 75.... wow... There should be a law against spiders in Arizona. There are hangers in each of the bedrooms. She says that a toilet leaked, but there is no water on the floor.. Where was it leaking? She couldn't find a can opener or measuring cup because she was not willing to check all the drawers in the kitchen? In 95 degree heat she found that the ice maker in a refrigerator makes noise sometimes... when it is making ice .. wow. Yes, OCD.
