The home is super comfortable, well-equipped for a longer stay. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for meal prep. Great office space, very comfy beds, and wonderful backyard.Jason is very responsive, a great communicator, and very friendly.

Jason is an excellent host and the property exceeded our expectations. We stayed for parents weekend at U of A. Proximity to university is good and it's a walkable neighborhood. I would stay again with pleasure.

This was a fantastic property and very much enjoyed our stay. The outdoor space was cool and I loved drinking my coffee on top of the shipping container and watching the sunrise. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for three weeks while work was being done on our house, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The home is charming, spotless, and so comfortable that it quickly felt like home. The central location made day-to-day life easy, and the yard was perfect for our dog. We especially appreciated the hot showers, cozy beds and well stocked kitchen. Thank you to our host for making a stressful time so much easier!

This a wonderful home to stay in Tucson! The backyard is very nicely landscaped with great views from the top of the shipping container. The kitchen is beautiful and well-stocked. The office desk area is very functional with adjustable height. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Great place!

I want to thank Jason for a pleasant stay. Booking was easy and Jason answered all of our questions very timely. Enjoyed our stay. Property is nicely upgraded and comfortable. The landscaping, front and back, is well done. Great home away from home.

Awesome property. Probably the best vacation rental we have ever booked. Very comfortable with many amenities. My pups loved the fenced in backyard and they kept begging to go out and play. Great yard for us too, with BBQ grill and lots of seating both in the shade or in the sun. Office was an unexpected bonus with two monitors and a printer!

Beautifully remodeled-Central location

We loved our 10 day stay and the home had everything we needed. It was as the perfect place to combine work and vacation. Especially enjoyed gathering in the evenings at the fire pit. Will be returning!

This house has a great floorplan and was clean, well appointed and updated. Very comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. Jason was very responsive and flexible. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

Comfortable, Clean, and Great Outdoor Space

Wonderful experience. Communication with Jason, the host, was great before and during my stay. The house was perfect and the office area worked great for my working vacation. The backyard has been nicely landscaped and there was plenty of room for my dog to explore and play. Will definitely book the next time I'm in Tucson.

Centrally located

Property was great! Close to everything (including Winterhaven Lights). We cooked in most nites and enjoyed the backyard firepit at night. Nice big yard! Just a relaxing place To stay. Neighborhood is quiet with nice neighbors.

We booked this house for the outdoor spaces and dog friendly. Exceeded our expectations in all ways. The outdoor spaces were excellent and the outdoor heater was so great we never used the fire pit unfortunately. The xeriscape landscaping was gorgeous and really well done. I loved feeling like this was a home really cared for with the cacti and plant selections. Super cool. I enjoyed the indoors more than I thought I would. I always book based on outdoor spaces. The shower was wonderful. I have never been anywhere with the water on the opposite side of the temp on/off valve - so We both appreciated that little upgrade! I felt like all the updates were done really well considering what you would get back on the investment. I enjoyed the extra little details like the crown molding, fancy fridge, offering traditional and espresso coffee, facial tissue provided, etc. I think you pulled off feeling luxurious without spending a fortune. I enjoyed finding new little nuances nearly daily! I felt like I was staying at a friends place instead of a generic hotel room feel. Would highly recommend! We stayed nearly 2 weeks and never had an issue arise. We felt like it was a great value in what we received. Thank you!
