Great location, close to beach

This is a very conveniently located apartment a few minutes walk to the beach. The pool was great. The area felt safe. Although outside of town, the tiny shop across the street had necessities.

Excellent Vacation Rental

Everything in the condo was clean and new. Plenty of cooking intensivos, bedding, beach supplies. Would highly recommend renting. Great location, in the center of restaurants, bars, but can be very noisy at night-but this didn’t bother us!

Amazing Vacation

This place is everything that you expect and more! Walking distance to bars and the beach and a very short drive to El Faro and Domes Beach. The apartment is beautiful and clean. The beds are super comfortable. The master bedroom is very specious with 2 chairs and a desk. The kitchen is fully equip, plenty of plates, cups, silverware, coffee mugs, coffee maker toaster and pots (enough for 8 people). The pool is very clean and it has a BBQ. Definitely your home away from home. We had a wonderful time!

Awesome week at Sandy Beach!

Loved the small nature of this condo, with only 8 units? The pool was great. Perfect location. Great amount of space. We loved it, thank you. The only recommendation is to get darkening shades for the back room (with one bed) at least (or all rooms, since they make such a big difference!) because the neighbors porch light is left on all the time and it makes this bedroom very bright all night long. Thank you for a great place! Can't wait to return. Jen

The condo location is perfect for walking to beaches and restaurants. The condo itself needs some attention. The beach chairs bedding and furniture are lacking, very uncomfortable. Pots and pans are not the best. The AC in one room wasn’t working and therefore needed to be replaced. Property manager was quickly responsive but it was annoying that it wasn’t known ahead of time. The showers were also in need of repair with little pressure and at some points no hot water at all. Again, property manager was very responsive but it was frustrating that this was an issue at all.

Great place in Rincon

Clean and bright in a great location in Rincon. Our family stayed here for 4 days last month. Close the beach and activities. The pools was great, as well. Also close to the coffee and taco stands. Across the street from Kahuna restaurant and small mini market. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

We enjoyed all that this condo had to offer. It was a perfect location for our needs. 2 minute walk to the beach, Close to Jakes Java coffee shack with great coffee and smoothies, Kahuna burger a stones throw away. The condo was perfect for us. Beds were comfortable, place was very clean entry was a breeze. Thanks we will be back to this fantastic spot!

Great Family Stay

For our family, a pool is a must for beach vacations. Lots of sand and salt. Refreshing to jump in the pool. These units are perfectly located for Sandy Beach activities. They are not opulent, but are nice sized and comfortable for our family of 6.

The perfect vacation

Our stay at this condo was amazing. The property owner gave us all the information we needed in order to get from the airport to Sandy Beach and into our home away from home for the next week. The location is perfect - across the street from Sandy Beach (great surfing - both body surfing and board surfing). Great coffee, breakfast, lunch down the road at both Jake's Java and Jack's Shack. So much to explore in this beautiful area! This condo fit the bill and I couldn't ask for a more clean and comfortable condo!

Perfect location, great host!

From beginning to end, this was the perfect property. Clean, close to so many cool things (like a great bar and restaurant within walking distance), and big enough to accommodate 8 people very comfortably. Lyselys was also a great host. Responds quickly and is super helpful. Thanks so much!

Awesome experience

Very nice condo. No elevator but exactly what we needed to sleep. Pool was very nice not too big. Perfect to relax after a day of adventures. A must go is the Beach House bar and restaurant. Such a good vibe.

Spring Break Rincon 2021

This year has been tough on our seniors, this trip proved to be just the ticket! The property is clean and close to the beach, we love Sandy Beach! The pool offers a nice alternative in the evening to the ocean and the condo is a lovely place to hang your hat! We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back to Rincon in November/December! ♄
