Aucun dommage d'ouragan, eau / puissance disponible ,. Casa Vista est un 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains 2800 pieds carrés villa avec vue directe sur l'océan (à seulement 100 pas de la plage). La villa est dans une communauté privée en bord de mer à accès contrôlé avec 2 miles de plage privée et isolée. L'entrée est uniquement disponible pour les résidents / clients. Il bénéficie d'une piscine naturelle de 3 pieds de profondeur sur une partie de la plage privée pour les petits enfants et les adultes, dans un environnement sans bruit.

À Punta del Mar, obtenez une maison de 3 chambres avec beaucoup plus d'espace et une terrasse sur le toit avec vue imprenable sur l'océan! Cette maison est bien nommé avec la première qualité en rotin confortable et meubles en osier. Les appareils et les lits sont neufs. Il a 1 grand lit dans la chambre principale, 1 lit queen et deux lits jumeaux ainsi que d'un lit plus et coussin lit pour accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 8 personnes. Il y a aussi des chaises longues et une salle à manger sur le toit-terrasse.

Les activités incluent: Natation / surf / embarquement / bombardements de mer / voile / pêche / visite de différentes plages / cascades / grottes / tennis / golf / observation des étoiles. Des chaises de plage et des raquettes de tennis sont à votre disposition. Il y a aussi de bons restaurants bon marché à proximité servant une cuisine internationale.

Cette villa est parfaite pour se détendre en famille - tout ce que vous entendrez sont les vagues. Pas besoin de chandails ou tenue de soirée. Nous avons hâte d'avoir de tes nouvelles!

Punta Del Mar is a great location! The condo was well stocked and super comfortable for the 6 of us. Hosts are readily accessible and provided precise instructions. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing and quiet rincon beach and surf complex

The beach has to be the nicest in puerto rico and the surfing was perfect. A more or less private surf spot. We will be back.

This property and beach is amazing. The house had everything you needed for your stay and beach trips. ( beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling stuff, coolers, beach towels). Close to markets, places to eat, etc and the host was great. Would definately stay here again.

I looked throughout the Caribbean looking for a beachfront house until I found this one which has it all: Nature in its pristine beauty, peace and quiet and all amenities. Never seen more than 30 people on this beach at once. Very private.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our group. It was so nice the kids could run and play outside and the easy access to the beach was great. Puerto Rico is so beautiful! Chris was super easy to work and communicate with. We hope to return soon!

Great Villa Close To The Beach

The property was clean and accommodated our family of seven. Each room had its own AC unit which was very welcoming after a long day in the sun. The beach right next to the property is beautiful. It is a little on the rocky side in the water. The washer was not usable do to mold. Overall great property.

Famiky Beach vacation

My wife and our 3 children had a wonderful stay at this villa. The gated community was quiet and safe. The beach was beautiful and just a few steps from the house. It is a rocky beach but we found some swimmabale spots that the kids enjoyed. Plus the villa is very close to other Rincon area beaches that we explored. Description was accurate. The host was very responsive when we had a question about the AC. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay - as advertised

My group of 8 people- 2 parents and 6 college aged kids stayed for a week and we had a great time. The house had everything we needed - beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, tennis rackets - and the location was great. Off the beaten path, quiet, safe and so close to the beach. The house has AC which gave us much needed relief at times. The kitchen was very functional and we enjoyed many meals (and drinks thanks to the blender). I would recommend and I will return!

This villa is amazing, beach is great it's just steps away . Also friendly neighborhood everyone greeted and invited us to join them to the beach. The view was breath taken. My family enjoyed the waves but also the smaller water areas. The villa was beautiful!! Everything we needed was already there. The communication with the Christopher was awesome. We will be returning. I am very grateful to have experience this wonderful vacation at this location.

Three generation family vacation

Can't wait to return! Location was quiet and clean and steps within beach. Views from the villa were beautiful! We really appreciated the nice beach towels that were there, less to travel with. The villa was well supplied with everything we needed. We were very comfortable with the space in this villa, there was plenty of room for the eight of us! We choose to cook a few times and the kitchen was well supplied. The gas grill was a bonus! We throughly enjoyed staying here and hope to return soon to this villa! Thank you Christopher for your great communication!

Fabulous rental

We traveled with 3 children, 15, 12 and 3. This property was perfect for every age group, close enough to beach and in such a safe and easy going community. I was comfortable with older kids walking to and from the beach and villa alone. The beach area with the tide pool were perfect for my little guy but still deep.enough for the teens to enjoy. We found tons of sea glass and even a large iguana.. The kitchen and grill were perfect for cooking meals and snacks, the villa had every tool and/or accessory needed. Plenty of room and beds were comfortable. We had an amazing vacation and will definitely be back!

Great place to take Rincon in

If you are someone who needs to stay connected, this may not be the spot for you. Internet signal struggles beyond the 1st floor and cell signal reception was weak (I use AT&T). That being said, it is a FANTASTIC place to disconnect. The house is comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed for those who want to eat in. Steps from a great beach. There was actually a small shipwreck that the kids had fun playing on. Location is private but just 10 min from city center. Renter was helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend.

Family friendly beach front home

We had a wonderful week in the Punta Del Mar villa. Home as pictured, with a fully equipped kitchen if you eat in as is our preference. Beach equipment was plentiful, chairs, towels, toys, cooler for use. The 3 story home was spacious enough for my family of 5, with 3 grown children to spread out and enjoy our week. The waves in Rincon are for surfing, and not ideal for young children, the community would be great for a family with young kids, as we watched newcomers welcomed into soccer games and bike riding, and the small tidal pool almost direct in front of the villa made a perfect swimming spot. The local families were welcoming and we were encouraged to join their New Years celebration. Lots to do locally in Rincon, especially for young adults, and great local restaurants and grocery shopping with easy directions supplied by Chris. We played tennis daily and enjoyed the wonderful pool. Tennis courts need updating (we heard that is on the agenda), and the villa is showing some signs of age, but was completely safe and functional. We flew directly into Aguadilla rather than San Juan, and the airport was a quick 30mns from the villa. Owner was very gracious about letting us enter early and offered to let us stay a few hours later than check out if we were able. Overall, a wonderful week.

I thank excellent guests Melissa and Javier for their very nice review, personal comment and glad their family had a wonderful time. In the winter , many use the sea tide pool right there or pool as waves can be suitable for surfing. In late spring and summer ocean can be like a lake. In text , guest mentioned an upgrade to kitchen would be suitable ( which is of white tile mediterranean style ), but same is fully functional as informed by guest and in good condition, really not in need of change as shown in ad. Tennis courts are fully playable but are to be resurfaced in the near future according to HOA. An effort to assist guests is always made as travel can be unpredictable at times. Most importantly, the house has spectacular, direct ocean views and is 100 steps from the sand. There is no need for a car to get to the beach.

It is also tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The location is in the middle of the project with two parking spaces included. Best of the rental units in Rincon and the Caribbean.

Punta del Mar is one of the most beautiful ocean-front settings. Beautiful trees line the fringe of the beach, so there is no need for umbrellas- Very private. There is also no noise pollution, as the property is a quarter mile from the main road and Rowdiness/late parties not allowed (strictly enforced) here due to community rules.
