Ceci est une propriété privée (pas une multipropriété) où le propriétaire réside pour des vacances périodiques. Parce que nous n'utilisons pas d'agence de location, nous sommes en mesure d'offrir des tarifs réduits à nos clients. Notre condo est Kihei Kai Nani # 133 dans le bâtiment 12 en face de la piscine. Nous sommes fiers de maintenir une propriété propre, confortable et à un prix abordable avec un lit king size et un canapé-lit queen (deux adultes et 1 ou 2 enfants recommandés.) Nous avons récemment ajouté un nouveau tapis, un nouveau réfrigérateur et la climatisation dans le salon et la cuisine. Nous avons des ventilateurs au plafond et au sol dans la chambre. Nous demandons aux clients de respecter la politique non-fumeurs. La buanderie est idéalement située à côté de notre grande piscine. Nous avons récemment ajouté un nouveau tapis, un nouveau réfrigérateur et la climatisation dans le salon et la cuisine. Nous avons des ventilateurs de plafond dans le salon et la chambre.
Le Kihei Kai Nani Vacation Resort est situé juste en face de Kamaole Beach II, l'une des plages de Kamaole de renommée mondiale. Vous pouvez marcher d'une plage à l'autre jusqu'à Wailea sur le sable le plus doux qui soit! Kam II est parfait pour la natation, la plongée en apnée, la planche à pagaie et la marée avec des sauveteurs en service - une grande plage pour les enfants et les adultes. Plusieurs restaurants, épiceries et magasins sont accessibles à pied ainsi que des informations sur les activités et la location d'équipement. Des terrains de golf de classe mondiale, des boutiques, des restaurants et des stations balnéaires sont à quelques minutes au sud de Wailea et Makena.

Kihei est à environ 19 km de l'aéroport de Kahului, sur le côté sec et ensoleillé de l'île. Nous utilisons Kihei Rent-A-Car pour les réservations automatiques. Si vous demandez, ils peuvent proposer des modèles Nissan plus anciens, etc. à des tarifs inférieurs (800-251-5288). Pour ceux qui choisissent de ne pas louer de voiture, il y a le service de navette Speedie Airport (808-242-7777) à 38 $ pour 2 personnes et le service de bus de l'île. Turtle Tracks (808-866-9979) offre le transport autour de Kihei et Wailea du lundi au samedi de 13 h à 21 h à 5 $ pour 1 personne et 3 $ par personne pour les groupes de 2 à 5 personnes. Il y a aussi Lyft et Uber.

This condo has amazing location, across the street from the beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. A convenience store and grocery store are also close by. The kitchen is well equipped and the condo was clean and comfortable. Thanks Jim and Pat for a great stay!

Exactly what we were hoping for!

Great location, Beach and places to eat nearby. Natural Breezes keep the condo comfortable although air conditioning is available. Shower is nice, bed is firm. Good communication from owner. Laundry next to the pool nearby allowing for a dip or relaxation while doing laundry. Quiet complex. Beach chairs and snorkle equipment on site. Enjoyed the stay.

Centrally located Easy access to beach Great king size bed Nice lanai at ground level. No air conditioning but because it is a ground level suite it is cooler. There are fans and windows which provide good circulation so the suite is a nice temperature. The bathroom and shower area are nice but the rest of the suite needs a facelift Overall a nice stay Thank you

We are glad to hear you had a nice stay and enjoyed our king size bed. We try to offer an affordable vacation in "paradise" in a clean and comfortable condo. We have not updated the kitchen since putting in new cupboards and countertops in 2000 because we want to offer a reasonable rate for our return renters. Each year we find something to work on and are planning on new carpeting for the living room in January. Our best wishes, Jim and Pat

Maui Dreams

This was a great place to stay! The location could not be beat. There were great restaurants within walking distance, three grocery stores within a few miles, it was an easy drive to anything along the coastline, and of course a beautiful beach across the street with three other beach parks within walking distance. The condo was well stalked with anything we could need. There were two of us and the condo was a perfect size for us, but it would be good for a group of four also, especially if you are spending most of your time out enjoying the island. The property was well kept and had good facilities for laundry and other needs and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Experience

This rental is in a great location - just across the street from the beach and many restaurants within walking distance. The unit also felt gigantic after spending time in tiny hotel rooms on the other islands during our trip. The only downside was the a/c unit isn't located in the bedroom, so it can be difficult to cool that room down. Several fans were provided for the unit, which helped alleviate this to some extent. Overall, a very good stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. Jim and Pat were gracious hosts. When we had a flight schedule change prior to the trip, we asked if we could take off a day. They were glad to do that. Check in was a breeze. The place is centrally located to the pool, office and amenities offered in the complex. It is a easy 2 minute walk to Kamaole Sands II. The place was cozy and had all the amenities we needed to cook our meals and have a comfortable stay. We have stayed at a number of properties in Kihei and this one ranked pretty high. We enjoyed our stay here immensely.

Great location in sunny laid-back Kihei

We had a wonderful time in Kihei! This condo is in a great location right across the street from Kam II beach! I enjoyed paddling my SUP in the morning on the calm water. One day we experienced high winds and decided to just relax by the pool while we did our laundry in the laundry room right around the corner. There are beach chairs and a wonderful assortment of beach toys on the patio. This condo is just the right size for two. We cooked some really delicious meals in the kitchen and outside on the grill. This is not a five star star resort but we were very comfortable and we met some very friendly and wonderful people in the neighborhood.

Great place, great location

This property is across the street from a beautiful beach. You can simply cross the street with your beach chairs and snorkel or go over at sunset along with everyone else who gathers to watch the sunset. The property has a beautiful pool, which is right across the parking lot from this unit, and the laundry room has plenty of washers and dryers Very reasonably priced. It is steps away from a small shopping area where you can have fantastic dinners, great morning sweets, including gluten, free cinnamon, rolls, ice cream, and souvenirs. The nights are quiet. This place met our three top qualifications: very comfortable king bed, fluffy towels, fully equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Maui.

Really great communicators and really helpful. TV didn't come on and they just had upgraded service. Dropped them a note and they were back in touch with me on the same day. A neighbor of theirs stopped over to fix. Would definately rent the apartment from them again.

Wonderful place to stay!

Our condo had everything we expected and more! The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into making their guests comfortable. Lots of recreational supplies (boogie boards, snorkel equip) and kitchen utensils (right down to clips for potato chip bags) and condiments. Best lodging value on the island!

Friendly hosts. Everything was very clean. Kitchen was large and will start. It is across the street from the beach and close to grocery stores. Would highly recommend. The bedroom is large in spacious. No complaints about this place!

We chose Kihei Kai Nani because of its location. Our condo is within 100 yards of the Kamaole II beach. We enjoy the short walk across the street for morning dips in the ocean and sitting on the beach wall during sunset.

We enjoy the friendliness of the other visitors and residents of the condo complex. The pool is great for swimming, water aerobics and socializing. Kamaole II is a wonderful sand beach with a lifeguard. It is great for swimming, snorkeling, playing in the waves and sun bathing.
