Kihei Kai Nani #11-343 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the 3rd floor. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, window A/C in both the living room and bedroom, a flat-screen TVs, a Blu-ray player, a telephone for local calls, and free Wifi. There is a queen bed and a queen sofa bed. For outdoor enjoyment, Kihei Kai Nani #11-343 has a large private rooftop deck, beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. In addition to the partial ocean view lanai, this condo also includes a 1400 sq ft private deck for your enjoyment.
Kihei Kai Nani is a very popular and well liked condo. It's in a great location. Walk to restaurants, shopping, beaches, parks, health food store, and Internet cafe. Six championship golf courses within 15 minutes. Kihei, being on the beautiful south coast, has the best weather and beaches in Maui, so relax by the large pool or enjoy the variety of activities Maui has to offer.

Kihei Kai Nani has a 60ft swimming pool, shuffleboard, gas grills for your use, a coin-operated laundry room, complimentary internet service and free parking. C'était super que tout le matériel pour la plage soit fourni (serviettes, parasol, chaises, cooler, icepack). Par contre, l'appartement a besoin de réparation: l'eau de la douche ne s'évacuait pas donc l'eau s'accumulait dans le bain, la porte patio glissait mal et c'était très bruyant. Le voisin est venu nous voir pour se plaindre su bruit. Finalement, il y avait un problème de fourmis dans la cuisine. Il y en avait même dans les armoires.

We had a wonderful time here. The space was clean and had everything you need! My husband and I loved having the beach umbrella, chairs, and a cooler for the beach! Rentals Maui is great to work with. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing location, great unit. The deck is awesome. Very roomy. The big bummer was the lack of decent curtains in the bedroom. At first light, the bedroom will flood with light as the windows are on the east and northeast walls. My fiancee barely got any sleep throughout the stay and so you know what that means for me. So while I loved many parts of the condo, the curtains, and lacking of them, overshadowed a lot of it so that kicks a 4 or 5 down to a 3 for me, unfortunately.

Although the living room had a pull out bed they gave us no sheets or bedding for it. Did they think a 16 yr old would sleep with his grandmother? Ants I the bathroom. Took us a day to find the living room a/c . We left.

Nice for Price

Overall was very nice stay. Maui is my happy place so always enjoy myself. Rooftop patio was nice at night. Three story stairs not so great for goceries, luggage. Bed very comfy. Nice air coonditioning in bedroom and okay in living area. Kitchen not great if you plan on doing much of your own cooking bt fine if mostly eating out. one in living area.

Great location & condo

The property is a 2 min walk to the beach & across from the pool. It was very well taken care of. Comfy bed & pull out couch. The lanai was very nice for breakfast & gorgeous views. The AC and fans worked well to keep things cool. The bath faucet needed to be replaced during our stay & they were quick to fix it. Great stay & we'd come again!

Nice property but needs updating

Overall this is a very good condo. Pros: Great star viewing from the spacious lanai, nice breezes to keep things cool, and when there isn't a breeze, the air conditioners cool the condo down somewhat. Excellent location, clean, and competitive pricing. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and there are plenty of beach chairs and towels for the beach. Good for a beach vacation. Cons: Although the major kitchen appliances look recently updated, the kitchen can fit only one person, and the counter top is very short. The in-window air conditioners struggle to keep the condo cool. The decor isn't beachy

Comfortable Stay

The extended rooftop was a plus as we got to lay out in privacy and early in the morning I used the table on the deck to journal and enjoy the new day.Only thing I would have liked was the use of the in unit washer/dryer as Ibread that somewhere however there was a lock on it and was advised to use the on site laundry facility. I may have misread the description when booking but that was my only con. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend it for those looking for a unit in Kihei!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was good. We even had our own rooftop to ourselves which we enjoyed. It was nice having AC in the bedroom and living room. But the bedroom one had a red light flashing for a new filter and property management had some stop by to clean it but the red light remained. Also the TV was not working and there weren't any instructions. The property management had someone stop by and get it working and left us instructions. Condo was comfortable but could be updated. The property itself was very pretty, clean and close to everything.

Do not stay here!

Long Weekend in Kihei

Great location in Kihei across from Kamaole Beach and easy walking distance to several restaurants. Condo was older but what I wanted. Communication with property management company before checkin was excellent and I was easily able to get in the condo. However, since I arrived after the condo complex's office and the property management's office was closed, I ended up registering my vehicle with the overnight security guard (unexpected).

An amazing week in Kihei

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The kitchen especially well equipped if you plan on cooking. The balcony is enormous and it is very quiet. In terms of location, it is easy to find shops, restaurants or beaches, whether by foot or car. If we'd come more often to Hawaii, this accommodation would be ideal every time.

Overall a decent stay

It’s a decent property for the cost. It could use some updating as the area around the shower vent was peeling and the shower itself backs up and is very high pressure. With that said it was a peaceful stay and we enjoyed our time there. The location near the beach and restaurants is ideal.
