Maison unifamiliale, 2 chambres 2 salles de bain entiÚrement rénovées, grand terrain de 1 acre et vue depuis le porche enveloppant du lac Birch. Meublé joliment avec de nombreux nouveaux meubles, grande cour arriÚre privée avec feu de joie et foyer à grillades. Beaux sentiers de randonnée à proximité, de nombreux restaurants à choisir dans la région ainsi que des boutiques pittoresques à White Bear Lake. Convenient location for MSP area

The cabin was very nice and will be even better once Kim finishes fixing it up. The area was very convenient for visiting MSP and the surrounding lovely small towns, including White Bear Lake.

Fantastic stay

The property was exactly as described and just perfect for our stay! Very clean and nice amenities and location was also just right. Easy to get to and enjoyed the quiet and trails nearby! I hope we can stay again in the future! The owner was also responsive and helpful when needed! Thank you!

Great short-term stay!

Kim was a great host and his home was perfect for our stay. His home was stocked with everything you could need for a weeklong stay and was very clean. There was plenty of space to park and while the home is off a busier road, it is a very quiet area. Kim was at the property working most days our group stayed, but he kept to himself and was pleasant to chat with when we ran into him. I would definitely recommend staying!

Birch Lake Home away From home.

Lovely experience. Beautiful wrap around porch on a big private acre. Grand kids had fun. Nice fire pit and charcoal grill. House was clean, welcoming and provided everything we needed. Renting again next year and staying much longer. Owner was so friendly and created an at home feel for us.

Area is very convenient

Property is accurately described and is supper convenient. Only issue was snow removal. If you are staying in the winter you will need boots and mittens. Kim is very responsive.

Pleasant house near the lake

The house was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Kitchen had everything we needed. The living room had several really comfortable chairs - which most VRBOs do not! Bathrooms were well supplied. Our host Kim made us welcome without intruding. Only suggestion I could possibly think of would be to put just one railing somewhere on the stairs to that lovely, wrap-around porch to make it a bit easier for the old folks. We were there a week and had a great stay.

Long weekend in WBL

We relaxed and enjoyed our stay at this home. We really like the White Bear Lake area. The beds are comfortable. The house is big enough for 3-4 people to spread out and do their own thing The listing is confusing, but I can say that there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Plenty of kitchen gear for what we needed. Washing machine is in great shape and amazing - dryer is older and slower. Nice large lot, though on a busy street. The tub is only usable as a shower because the stopper doesn’t fit in the tub, which disappointed our son. The on demand water heater is a bit fussy if you try to shower and any other water is running. Pro tip: if the TV won’t turn on, it’s likely the wall switch for the lamps has been turned off.

We emailed the owner twice to find out the check in process. No response. Had to call VRBO who contacted the owner. Not all windows had curtains. Some type of beverage stain on a bedroom wall. Cobwebs above kitchen cabinets. Owner came to the property/garage 3 times without any prior notice. On the 3rd trip I had to ask who he was. No cable TV. Location was convenient .

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Kim's place. It was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals for our 5 night stay. The location was great and we look forward to returning when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the outdoor space, plus walk & bike around the area. WBL is such a cute area.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comforting. Unfortunatley our stay was due to a family sadden event. Would have love to spend the week. Instead, after my confirmation and charging my credit card. I was called by the owner telling me the proporty was not available. Total cluster between owner and VRBO and still dont have all my money back.

Easy access. Lake View. Walkable location. Friendly and helpful property manager. Check dryer for clean towels That was our one complaint. Thought there were toofew towels then found a ton of clean, dry towels in dryer on our 3rd day...LOL! Same thing with dishwasher...a lot more dishes and glasses found there!
