Beautifully updated and nicely equipped interior. We loved the location a block off the lake and a short walk from the shops and restaurants of White Bear Lake (tip: Orso Bianco gelato!). The screened in porch also was lovely. Landscaping needs some TLC, but otherwise a lovely place to stay!

The house is in a great neighborhood and just 1 block from the lake. The house itself was very clean and many of the furnishings were new or newer. The kitchen was high end and well stocked with good pots/pans/tools/etc. We enjoyed our stay and would go back if we ever need to be in that area again. There was a leak under the sink and we noticed it at about 4PM one evening. We called the property manager and by the time we returned from dinner all was fixed, so great job by the manager (and plumber)!

The property itself was beautiful! When we moved in there seemed to be a lot of flies on the main level , as we settled in there were more and more an infestation !!! We must have killed 50 at least and they kept on coming !! I sent two texts two days in a row with NO response !!! We finally found some spray and we put on all the window sills and doors so there are dead flies everywhere!! We had some friends over second night , w literally had to swat flies from the food !! I couldn't believe no one contacted us !!

We can understand how upsetting it must have been to continually deal with flies, and this is not the experience we want for our guests. We’re especially sorry that you felt you weren’t being heard when you reached out. We unfortunately did not receive any of your messages, either by text or phone call. The emails you sent were going to an automated inbox that isn’t monitored by our reservations team, and because we also did not receive any calls or texts, it’s possible you may have been contacting an incorrect or unmonitored number. We truly regret the communication breakdown and any frustration it caused. Since your stay, we have had professional pest control visit the property to investigate and address the fly issue, and we have taken extensive steps to help prevent it from happening again. We’re grateful you brought this to our attention so we could make sure it was properly addressed.
