SituĂ©e au dernier Ă©tage de cet immeuble privĂ©, la suite Sunset est l'endroit oĂč vous voulez ĂȘtre pendant que le soleil plonge dans l'eau. RĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e, cette suite comprend une chambre principale king-size orientĂ©e ouest, dotĂ©e de baies vitrĂ©es et d'une salle de bains privative.
Chambre 2 a un lit queen avec une grande promenade dans le placard.
La chambre 3 a 2 lits queen et une fenĂȘtre du sol au plafond.
La chambre Bonus comprend un canapĂ©-lit gigogne de taille double, un accĂšs Ă  la salle de lavage et de sĂ©chage, ainsi qu’un ascenseur menant au garage. IdĂ©al pour dĂ©poser vos bagages au troisiĂšme Ă©tage.
Outre 3 chambres et une salle supplémentaire, il y a une grande cuisine haut de gamme équipée de comptoirs en granit et d'électroménagers en acier inoxydable.
Le grand balcon est accessible par les portes coulissantes en verre du salon ainsi que par les portes coulissantes en verre de la chambre des maßtres. Profitez de la vue sur le golfe du Mexique depuis le balcon pendant la journée et regardez l'éclairage du paysage illuminer la propriété aprÚs le magnifique coucher de soleil.
SituĂ© en plein centre-ville, commencez votre journĂ©e par un cafĂ© au magasin situĂ© en face de la rue et terminez-le par un dĂźner gastronomique au Salt Rock. Vous ne pourrez pas rĂ©sister Ă  l'odeur, vous ĂȘtes si prĂšs!
Des courts de tennis gratuits, une bibliothÚque et une aire de jeux sont situés juste en face de la rue. La nature de la mangrove marche à moins d'un pùté de maisons.
Et juste sur une note personnelle, je suis fier de proposer une location qui nettoie de maniĂšre considĂ©rable nos concurrents. J'ai appris que les couvre-lits ne doivent ĂȘtre blanchis que deux fois par an. Vous venez de tomber de votre chaise? La chose la plus grossiĂšre que j'ai jamais entendue. Nous lavons les nĂŽtres Ă  chaque fois. CHAQUE FOIS. Oui. De rien. Alors blottissez-vous avec confiance, mes amis.

Perfect spot for a girls trip

The Sunset Suite was the perfect location for our annual girls trip. We had plenty of space in the suite for 8 adults, loved the time at the pool and the beach was easily accessible. Would definitely recommend, especially if it's your first trip to the St. Pete area.

the place was great, very clean. this is an amazing location with great sunset views steps from the beach that is never crowded. the outdoor area with pool and hot tub are great too. Definitely will come stay here again!

Amazing Vacation Spot

We loved our stay. The location is perfect, plenty of space, clean, accommodations were excellent. We definitely will be back to stay at this location.

Pretty nice place, clean. Elevator doesnt work, which is made known in the listing. Foosball table has several broken parts. Property has a hot tub listed but the "hot tub" is just an extension of the swimming pool that has the same temperature water as the pool. Garage doors are missing. Overall we did enjoy our stay but felt that it was pretty expensive for the property.

Family Vacation

This property had pros and cons.Pros: Great location, clean, big deck, beach front, ice maker, take small dogs.Cons: Air conditioning is set at 74 and you can't change it, the fans barely work and the nights are extremely HOT. We were all terribly hot. Two fans in Master and Main TV room. Only light bulbs in one fan other light bulbs are taken out of second fan in both rooms. The TV in spare rooms don't work only for Xbox hookup. They give you only 2 pods for dishwasher and barely any soap for washing dishes, toaster barely worked, Kcup large coffee pot was all moldy. The pool was trashed until our last day it was finally cleaned and the area was finally power washed and looked better.

First trip to the beach for grandkids

The beach was excellent in this area, not too crowded or commercial and so close to the property. The condo and balcony were huge, we had plenty of room. Would defintely stay there again.

Great location and property

This was a great vacation spot. The penthouse condo was clean and spacious. It was so nice having the pool and the ocean just steps away. We had a big group of family and friends and there was plenty of room. Lots of things to do within walking distance and Johns Pass just a short drive. Will definitely rebook this property.

Family vacation

Overall it was a good trip! There are some things that need updated in the building and the elevator was not working and we were on the top floor so that was a bummer. The owners were there either 3 or 4 days which was uncomfortable but they were really nice and were there to clean up things after the hurricane. The hot tub and pool were both in working condition. We felt that the price for the stay was too high for all that was wrong in the condo. No discount for the elevator being out of commission. It was a good trip but we would not stay in this condo again.

Awesome location.

Awesome location and outlook over the Gulf of Mexico. We had the Penthouse (3 couples) on the top floor. Clean and tidy. Host was very accommodating. It could however do with a bit of updating inside and out.

Great time, we will be back !

We had an amazing time. Love the pool and such a close proximity to the beach, it was easy to access both even with small children. Wish we would have stayed longer, maybe next time. We would definitely return to this condo, or another property from this owner as we had such a wonderful time and experience!

Great vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very nice and clean. The pool was great and just beyond that was the Gulf of Mexico. We had 8 people and had more than enough room. The area was very quiet and mostly residential.

Vacay after son's wedding

We had a great time just relaxing! Luckily the other people staying in other units seemed to be on beach when we were in pool or in pool when we were in beach so it worked out perfect. It could be awkward if odd interaction with people in other units. The only thing to be aware of the unit we stayed at was limited on utensils :-) Great location!!!

The property location was perfect. The penthouse was clean and everything we needed. This property is exceptionally great for the price. Yes, a few things could be improved. (Communication with the host) However, they helped us out with our checkout situation. I’d definitely stay here again. This was our second stay.

A wonderful lady's trip!. The three-bedroom condo was absolutely beautiful. Two car garage for parking as well as an elevator made this trip perfect. Beautiful pool and hot tub with a short distance to the beach. We cooked every night in them. Beautiful kitchen. Everything we needed was there to make a shrimp and pasta dinner, grilled steak on the grill, And then he gets killed and suddenly and then had Sunday dinner in the oven. All the rooms were clean, linen white and clean, kitchen clean and stocked with utensils and all different size pots and pans. We will definitely be backâŁïž

Wonderful view and space

We had an easy, enjoyable experience. The view, beach and location are great. Salt Rock Grill restaurant and Indian Shores Coffee are across the street. Both are delicious. The condo was very clean and spacious. Nice to have a garage. The host was lovely and responsive when we reached out. The kitchen could use baking dishes, serving bowls and regular spoons. Poly wood or other new deck furniture would be nice. Overall a wonderful week with family!

Great beach access; walking access to pickleball court, coffee, mini-golf, etc. Easy drive to other activities. Condo all as represented. Would have been nice to have heated pool. Hot tub temp management a problem. Cycles too quickly between hot and cold.

Best Family Thanksgiving!

Our stay at Casa Gia Sunset Suite was beyond expectations! My family didn’t want to leave this beautiful beach home! The condo is appropriately named. The sunsets view is spectacular! It was very clean, spacious and even had everything I needed to cook a great Thanksgiving dinner! We had access to very near kayak & boat rentals! Across the street is a wonderful coffee shop & fabulous restaurant! I have rented VRBO homes before but this was by far our best experience. The owner is readily available to answer questions and beyond gracious & accommodating! Our family is already planning our return visit!
