SituĂ©e au dernier Ă©tage de cet immeuble privĂ©, la suite Sunset est l'endroit oĂč vous voulez ĂȘtre pendant que le soleil plonge dans l'eau. RĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e, cette suite comprend une chambre principale king-size orientĂ©e ouest, dotĂ©e de baies vitrĂ©es et d'une salle de bains privative.
Chambre 2 a un lit queen avec une grande promenade dans le placard.
La chambre 3 a 2 lits queen et une fenĂȘtre du sol au plafond.
La chambre Bonus comprend un canapĂ©-lit gigogne de taille double, un accĂšs Ă  la salle de lavage et de sĂ©chage, ainsi qu’un ascenseur menant au garage. IdĂ©al pour dĂ©poser vos bagages au troisiĂšme Ă©tage.
Outre 3 chambres et une salle supplémentaire, il y a une grande cuisine haut de gamme équipée de comptoirs en granit et d'électroménagers en acier inoxydable.
Le grand balcon est accessible par les portes coulissantes en verre du salon ainsi que par les portes coulissantes en verre de la chambre des maßtres. Profitez de la vue sur le golfe du Mexique depuis le balcon pendant la journée et regardez l'éclairage du paysage illuminer la propriété aprÚs le magnifique coucher de soleil.

Des courts de tennis gratuits, une bibliothÚque et une aire de jeux sont situés juste en face de la rue. La nature de la mangrove marche à moins d'un pùté de maisons.
Et juste sur une note personnelle, je suis fier de proposer une location qui nettoie de maniĂšre considĂ©rable nos concurrents. J'ai appris que les couvre-lits ne doivent ĂȘtre blanchis que deux fois par an. Vous venez de tomber de votre chaise? La chose la plus grossiĂšre que j'ai jamais entendue. Nous lavons les nĂŽtres Ă  chaque fois. CHAQUE FOIS. Oui. De rien. Alors blottissez-vous avec confiance, mes amis.

Family Vacation

This property had pros and cons.Pros: Great location, clean, big deck, beach front, ice maker, take small dogs.Cons: Air conditioning is set at 74 and you can't change it, the fans barely work and the nights are extremely HOT. We were all terribly hot. Two fans in Master and Main TV room. Only light bulbs in one fan other light bulbs are taken out of second fan in both rooms. The TV in spare rooms don't work only for Xbox hookup. They give you only 2 pods for dishwasher and barely any soap for washing dishes, toaster barely worked, Kcup large coffee pot was all moldy. The pool was trashed until our last day it was finally cleaned and the area was finally power washed and looked better.

Perfect spot for a girls trip

The Sunset Suite was the perfect location for our annual girls trip. We had plenty of space in the suite for 8 adults, loved the time at the pool and the beach was easily accessible. Would definitely recommend, especially if it's your first trip to the St. Pete area.

Pretty nice place, clean. Elevator doesnt work, which is made known in the listing. Foosball table has several broken parts. Property has a hot tub listed but the "hot tub" is just an extension of the swimming pool that has the same temperature water as the pool. Garage doors are missing. Overall we did enjoy our stay but felt that it was pretty expensive for the property.

Family vacation

Overall it was a good trip! There are some things that need updated in the building and the elevator was not working and we were on the top floor so that was a bummer. The owners were there either 3 or 4 days which was uncomfortable but they were really nice and were there to clean up things after the hurricane. The hot tub and pool were both in working condition. We felt that the price for the stay was too high for all that was wrong in the condo. No discount for the elevator being out of commission. It was a good trip but we would not stay in this condo again.

the place was great, very clean. this is an amazing location with great sunset views steps from the beach that is never crowded. the outdoor area with pool and hot tub are great too. Definitely will come stay here again!

Accommodations were wonderful. Property manager was very attentive and helpful. Enjoyed our quick weekend away visiting our family.

Great location, condo could be better.

This was our third stay in Indian Shores but first in this unit. We found a bit more run down than our previous rentals. The unit also does not have a closet for beach chairs/umbrellas which we were used to having. They had some rusty chairs and umbrellas sitting by the back gate which were first come/first serve for all units in the building. We actually had to buy a beach umbrella and left it when we left. Beds all need to have upgraded mattresses as they were very uncomfortable. Otherwise the unit is in a great location and had beautiful sunset views from the balcony. Could be a top property with a few small uprades. Don't miss Indian Shores coffee across the street, a real gem.

Gray 2024 Family Vacation

We had a great time staying at the property. We are return clients and absolutely love the location, facility, and easy process. We did noticed the refrigerator didn't seem to get very cold. We also had random teenage visitors using the pool and pool accesories when we returned from dinner and went to use the pool. My husband noticed them from being on the beach earlier in the day. He asked them if they were staying there and they quickly got up and left. They commented they do it all of the time, so thought you'd like to know as some guest may not be as pleasant about paying for a location and only to have to share our run off random guest. didseem to stay

First trip to the beach for grandkids

The beach was excellent in this area, not too crowded or commercial and so close to the property. The condo and balcony were huge, we had plenty of room. Would defintely stay there again.

Great location and property

This was a great vacation spot. The penthouse condo was clean and spacious. It was so nice having the pool and the ocean just steps away. We had a big group of family and friends and there was plenty of room. Lots of things to do within walking distance and Johns Pass just a short drive. Will definitely rebook this property.

Ladies trip- 4 generations

A wonderful lady's trip!. The three-bedroom condo was absolutely beautiful. Two car garage for parking as well as an elevator made this trip perfect. Beautiful pool and hot tub with a short distance to the beach. We cooked every night in them. Beautiful kitchen. Everything we needed was there to make a shrimp and pasta dinner, grilled steak on the grill, And then he gets killed and suddenly and then had Sunday dinner in the oven. All the rooms were clean, linen white and clean, kitchen clean and stocked with utensils and all different size pots and pans. We will definitely be backâŁïž

Awesome location.

Awesome location and outlook over the Gulf of Mexico. We had the Penthouse (3 couples) on the top floor. Clean and tidy. Host was very accommodating. It could however do with a bit of updating inside and out.

Vacay after son's wedding

We had a great time just relaxing! Luckily the other people staying in other units seemed to be on beach when we were in pool or in pool when we were in beach so it worked out perfect. It could be awkward if odd interaction with people in other units. The only thing to be aware of the unit we stayed at was limited on utensils :-) Great location!!!

Family mini vaca

Was VERY disappointed the pool was not working kids could not swim! They were disappointed. People parked in our lot that should not of been there it was difficult getting in and out. The house was clean we met the cleaner she was very friendly and helpful! Over all the house was nice. The bed in the master bedroom definitely needs to be replaced super lumpy!

You're paying for location

The location is amazing however the property needs major renovations. If you are okay with paying upwards of 500+ to be directly on the beach and have access to a pool this place is okay. The property itself is old and rundown. If they were to replace shower heads, toilet in the master bedroom, and the beds it would make a huge difference. Also the pool doesn't get cleaned very often and the hot tub was never running. The parking is difficult because there is not alot of space for all the other renters staying there. We will not come back to this property again.

Older property with great location

The location of the property is perfect, right on the beach. Very close to cute coffee place and easy walks to other attractions/dinning options. Having garage parking was also great, especially when there was a tornado warning! Check in/out was fairly straightforward and the manager allowed us to check in/out earlier/later since there wasn't anyone else before/after us. Communication was ok, could have been more prompt at times. The condo is definitely older but fairly well maintained. It would be helpful to guests to provide dishwasher and laundry pods/tabs if it is expected for us to leave things clean. A broom/dust pan or vacuum would also be helpful for the sand. We did have to kill a cockroach in the master bedroom one night...definitely a memorable experience. The pool/hot tub seemed to not be working correctly and based on previous reviews, this has been an ongoing problem that really should be fixed. A lot of people want to have the pool and beach access and are willing to pay for it but will be very disappointed when the hot tub isn't hot and the pool is green. Overall, nice place to stay but would recommend some freshening up of fixtures, towels, and fixing the pool/hot tub pump. And calling an exterminator.

Not bad but wont stay there again

The room was nice and spacious but could use some upgrades. The showers hardly had any water preasure and no lightning in them. The toilet paper holder was nasty and all rusted. There was a loose handle on the kitchen sink, a broken hinge on one of the cabinets, there was a picture that must have fell from the previous renters that was leaning against the wall, the fridge woke us up at 2am for 3 days because of a loud motor was going on it, (that got fixed) but took 3 days. Found it to be a pain to open the door because it still used keys and not a key pad. Was worried we would lock ourselves out if we forgot the key. One of the biggest complaints was the tv situation. There was nice big televisions but unless you logged in on your own subscription to a streaming service there was nothing to watch, not even basic local channels. Finally the room was clean but the facility was not, the stairs and hallway was filthy, there were leaves all in the garage and around the pool area, the grill was all rusted on the lid but worked great, the jacoozi had to be filled up everyday for some reason, figured it was loosing water somewhere. The place could really use a property manager to keep it cleaned even if its an hour a day. The location was great and we did enjoy ourselves, just want to let people know what to expect, but for the cost i think ill try somewhere else next year.

This condo was perfect for our group. No bunk beds. The property manager was EXCELLENT. She went above and beyond to make our experience fantastic. We will be booking in the future.

Property review

There was an older property that was not particularly well-maintained. It advertised the fact that it had an elevator, which, indeed it did, but the elevator was inside the three levels of the property, not as a separate thing, and if somebody on the second floor was using it you couldn’t use it or if they forgot to close the door the elevator wouldn’t function. It needed paint and needed maintenance and was not particularly well stocked. The property manager, however, was excellent and addressed all of our concerns.

Holiday getaway

The location of the unit was great. There was the cutest little coffee shop within a few minutes walk from the unit. We stayed on the top floor of the unit which had a wonderful balcony which offered a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. There were a few minor issues with a shower head being broken and several light bulbs were burnt out and needed changing but overall a nice unit. The only real disappointment was the spa. We tried to use it a few times in the evening and it never seemed to work properly. I did reach out to the property manager who did respond about an hour later, but it never did turn on. Overall we had a lovely time.
