Immense maison au bord du lac - 22 personnes! Dock privé! Nautisme, ski nautique, rafting!

Nouvelle maison sur la riviÚre Snake avec un quai privé! Vous pouvez faire du bateau, du canoë, de l'intertube ou jouer dans l'eau. Pas de foule! C'est vraiment un endroit caché de riviÚre / lac, une fois que vous viendrez, vous voudrez revenir. Traversez la pelouse et descendez jusqu'à l'eau et le quai pour un accÚs super facile! Il n'y a pas de rampe pour lancer votre bateau à partir d'ici, mais il y en a une à seulement 3 km de la marina de Burley. De là, il reste moins d'un mile en arriÚre sur la riviÚre et un peu en amont de notre propriété.
Il s'agit de notre location de 3Úme saison, nous avons dû nous réinscrire à cause de la vente d'une autre propriété que nous possédions. voici quelques-uns de nos précédents avis:


"Nous avons adoré cette maison. Il est spacieux, neuf, propre et bien approvisionné avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Nous avions 19 personnes et il y avait beaucoup de place, nous aurions pu en loger plusieurs autres. C'est à l'extrémité tranquille d'une longue rangée de maisons au bord du lac, et nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à faire du bateau dans la riviÚre. C'est un bon endroit pour faire du tube et du wakeboard, car la riviÚre est large et lisse. Les enfants ont adoré le toboggan gonflable et ont joué à des jeux sur la grande pelouse. "La maison Ă©tait trĂšs propre, moderne et joliment dĂ©corĂ©e. Les lits Ă©taient confortables et les enfants ont adorĂ© le fait qu'ils pouvaient pĂȘcher sur la riviĂšre. De plus, la salle de jeux au sous-sol Ă©tait gĂ©niale pour les enfants. Nous y retournerions sans hĂ©siter !! " - Luisa H.

The property was very nice overall. Clean and comfortable. It was very family friendly . Lots of outdoor equipment for the kids to use and a large yard . The dock was easily accessible and the kids (teens) loved jumping into the river from it. The only thing that could be better would be the Wi-fi but There is good cell phone coverage.

Christmas Getaway

It was so nice to be in a place big enough for our whole family, where we could all be together for 3 1/2 days!!! The area was also very beautiful! The rooms were plenty big for everyone to enjoy! The kitchen was well supplied and she even had a Christmas tree put up just for us to enjoy the spirit.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed with our family here over Christmas and loved it. There was plenty of space for everyone with room to spare. The property is well cared for and they are very responsive if you have any questions. Highly recommended!!

Family Vacation

The property was as listed on VRBO and the location was great, with ample parking, beautiful yard and landscaping. This location allowed for adequate daily shopping as needed, as well as touring the area. The river was great for the family and the use of the dock allowed for swimming, fishing & boating. Great Family Vacation!!!

This is a very nice home that sits right on the Snake River. We will definitely stay here again when we come up for the Idaho Boat Regatta

Wonderful!

We had a family reunion here and found it to be a lovely, fun, well-supplied, perfect home away from home. We had fun on the river, fun playing pool in the basement, enjoyed the great kitchen. We were glad we took camp chairs for outdoors.

Great Home away from Home

Wonderful House. Perfect location.

This was our 4th stay. The house is very well layed out for large groups, clean, and organized. The management is great to work with. The swing set addition was well loved by the 8 yr olds in the group.

Wonderful place to gather for family time together

We used this home to gather our family who were coming to town to celebrate the 90th birthday of my mother-in-law. We had plenty of room to spread out for small group conversations or for gathering the entire family. The different levels of the home made it easy to allow quiet places for those needing rest while others chose to work on puzzles at the kitchen table or sat and visited on the couch. The kitchen is well stocked with nice kitchen tools for just about need. The extra refrigerator on the lower level came in handy as well. The hosting team was very accommodating to any need we expressed.

80th birthday

The house was a perfect place for our family to meet up to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. We had plenty of room for everyone (ages 10 mo - 80). We loved the big yard, play set, basketball hoop, & indoor games that kept everyone busy. Our favorite was having the dock on the Snake River & getting to enjoy all of the water toys! We would love to come back one day! Thank you!!

Amazing property for fun times

There were 25 of us from ages 1 to 73. The house accommodated us all very comfortably. The house is clean, nearly new, roomy with well-equipped kitchen. The balcony on main floor and patio on basement floor were great for gatherings. The yard was huge. The basketball court and pool table were well used by our family. The yard is huge with nice shade trees with a nice swing/Playset for the younger kids. The huge yard allowed some football scrambles. And the river was amazing. It was warmer and shallower than expected which put my grandma heart at rest, but plenty deep for good boating. Most of the day there was little traffic to interfere with kayaking, paddleboarding, skiing and tubing. We loved it!

Beautiful home!

We loved this beautiful, spacious home! The following items would have added to our experience: Barbecue, steak knives, outdoor seating, and a hair dryer. You will also find a large bees nest in the tree by the garbage can. This is a great place for a large family!

My name is Lisa and I manage this property for my family. I grew up next door to this property and love to come back and enjoy the river and the beautiful views!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This land has been in our family for 3 generations. Our Grandparents purchased this farm in the 1940s. Grandpa bought the land to farm, but even then he could see the wonderful value of living on the beautiful Snake River! He wanted it to be a place for his family to come together and we hope to share that experience with you, too!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This is the BEST place to enjoy time with family and play on the water. If you want to kayak and water ski this is the place to do it! Once you experience having your own private dock and easy access from the house to the water and vice versa, you will never want to play anywhere else!
