Beautiful River Property. Situated right on the Snake River. This large property comes with a large, beautiful yard and mature shade trees perfect for large family events. With a private boat ramp and boats docks, there is fun for all. A hot tub on the back patio gives the perfect setting for a quiet evenings. A fully furnished home with 2 full kitchens, 2 family rooms and the ability to sleep 16 makes it a great place for family and friends. The property has 2 patios and an amazing landscape design at the rivers edge with a putting green for the golfers. Kayaks and water toys are available. For special requests we can accommodate larger groups with more sleeping options.

Our stay was lovely. We are considering it to be our annual holiday get-a-way. Everything in the house was perfect. The view is gorgeous, with the exception of no snow. The skiing at Pomerelle was fun, just wishing that there was more snow.

We had a great time staying here for a week and enjoyed being right on the water. The property is beautiful with lots of grass area to play bucket golf and let the kids run and play. The house was clean with lots of room for everybody to stay comfortably. Brock was wonderful to work with and very attentive to anything we might need! Thanks for the wonderful get-a-way!Jim

Absolutely beautiful piece of property right on the river. The endless lawn is immaculately upkept, and that comes straight from my ex-landscaper husband. Brock was extremely accommodating and made our stay everything we needed! We hope to come back some day.

Short stay but would have liked to stay longer

After an issue finding the house everything was perfect Riverfront was perfect for our interest; kayaking, fishing, kids play area, rest and relaxing. Jacuzzi was a hit for the kids and fishing for Smallmouth Bass was great for everyone who wanted to participate. Catch and released over 20 for the two days. Would definitely recommend this location

Great gathering place!

We had family from out of town stay here. Those of us who live locally would come and join. It worked out great. The owner was great to work with and quick to respond.

Beautiful and Peaceful

We were a group of 12 in town for a softball tournament and Brock’s home was everything and more! From the private road, to the long drive way surrounded by trees, a lush lawn, cute little garden, beautiful home, and breathtaking views we didn’t want to leave. Staying here made us feel at peace and we enjoyed every minute of it! The home is spacious and clean. It has everything you need from towels, shampoo/ conditioner, body wash, etc. We had everything we needed to cook with. We loved having the Blackstone to cook on and the double oven and different cooking settings was nice. The fridge is huge. Some other appliances there, are the toaster, slow cooker, and coffee machine.The two decks with outdoor seating and umbrellas is probably where we spent most of our time. The hot tub was great too and the kayaks. We didn’t use the paddle board, no one in our group had great balance but do make sure to bring your own life vests. There is a boat dock and a place to launch your boat, and this has nothing to do with the house, but just know there is literally nowhere in Burley or Rupert that rents boats or jet skis. We know for next time, but again, the guys did enjoy the kayaks and fishing down at the dock.So many good things to say about the property, but not enough characters allowed in this form. Thanks again Brock! We hope our team plays out there again or we will find an excuse to visit again

Snake River Stay

There were some unexpected fees increasing the cost to nearly double the advertised price.Pros:Host was responsive and provided gas for the grill when needed. Great view and the hot tub was well maintained.Property was clean and looked nice. Cons:Entrance had ice that was not salted. Basement did not have heat.Fireplaces were difficult to operate/covered in ash. Only the living room would operate. Internet was unreliable and lost connection around 11pm until morning. Overall, it was a nice experience but a bit overpriced.

Relaxing Family Getaway

This was my first time booking at Vrbo and I can say that was so impressed by the ease and availability of the host Brock to address any questions I had. The property was so beautiful and it met all my family needs. I would definitely keep this property in mind for further stays. My family enjoyed the kayaks, hot tub, deck and the view was spectacular. We even set up our Cornhole board and hammock on the grass.

We loved staying here! The property is beautiful and well kept. There was a large grass area for us to lounge, play croquet and kickball. The kayaks supplied were so fun to use! Brock was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. We had an amazing time!

Brock has an amazing property. It has views in all directions. Tons of space for a whole family. A private dock and boat ramp. There is a putting green and lush green grass on the entire property. We all had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back.

Never ever

Staying ANYWHERE else in this area! We absolutely LOVED our stay. From the moment you pull onto the property you feel like you transport into an oasis. Walking into the house you are immediately greeted with a stunning view of the Snake River and an aroma that just makes you want to curl up on the large and SUPER comfy couch by the fire. The house is spacious, well kept, and the owners definitely think of all the little things for you. They do a great job at mixing the small hotel-like amenities with the comfort, peace and security of a HOME. It took us a second to realize there is a whole full size basement with a second kitchen and bathroom, additional private bed and a second large room that has 3 air mattresses and some comfy chairs. It gave the “wow” factor and is definitely a great spot for kids to play and hang out or additional guests to stay. You truly can’t be disappointed with this property and it’s worth every cent. The hosts are communicative and welcoming. We will be returning every year and then some for sure. Thank you Brock!

Highly recommend, plan on staying here again, one thing to consider is one room has large blow up air beds vs. traditional mattresses. Quiet property and great for large groups, plenty of room to spread out ! Highly recommend
