Family stay in Bozeman!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was terrific for our hiking and rafting activities in the Gallatin River Valley and also just 10 mins from downtown Bozeman! The two unit set up was great for our two families and the hosts we extremely responsive and accommodating with anything we needed! We loved the large upper unit kitchen and dining room area for meals together and game playing for our group of 10 ranging from 6 to 81 years old! We would definitely recommend this Vrbo and look forward to a future stay the next time we’re in Bozeman!

Perfect for our group

This property was very well suited for our group. Restaurants and the university were very easy to get to from this location. Both the upper and lower spaces were very well stocked, including dishwashing and laundry detergent, coffee, herbs, soaps, etc. Ted was very quick to respond to all communications. Would stay here again.

Love Lane Property

We rented both the upper and lower unit. I found both units to be stocked with essential cooking utensils and spices. Hosts furnished coffee and left us a bottle of wine and some yummy made in MT candy. Yard was spacious and had outdoor seating and a bench swing.

Skiing getaway with family

The property was what we expected and well maintained. We were meeting with family flying from Minnesota and driving from Billings. The local family changed their plans a couple times before we arrived. We ended up having 11 people for 2 nights rather than the 10 we registered for. There was an upcharge of $160 for a child to sleep on a couch for two nights which I think is ridiculous. It truly spoiled my feelings for this location. This after we gave insurance adjusters access for 2+ hours in the lower unit to inspect for water damage to the flooring and cabinets.

Richard and his party were provided FREE early check-in access to our property - then arrived with 12 guests instead of the maximum of 10. Then he mislead me by saying that two in their group were not staying, but were traveling back home to Billings. Sensing that this story was suspect at best, we offered a very reasonable $40 per night per extra guest so that they could stay. While 10 of their 12 guests were out for the day, we requested permission from the guest for an insurance adjuster to inspect some recent repairs done due to a pipe bursting during some recent sub-zero temperatures. The guest graciously said it was absolutely not a problem. Then after receiving the extra guest charges which they agreed to, they apparently were not happy, but said nothing. In addition, they backtracked on giving us access to the insurance company as if it somehow inconvenienced them. We regret that they did not communicate their displeasure, we would have surely worked with them - and we did appreciate them granting the temporary access. If we knew they would hold it against us - we would have delayed until after departure.

Great Bozeman stay

This was one of four houses I rented for our family while in Bozeman for our daughters wedding. It was originally intended for my immediate family but we had to move around because the groomsmen and their wives needed an extra bedroom. Ted was very respectful when calling me about an issue with the groomsmen's use of firepit. We always want to be respectful of someone's property and he was gracious about letting us know what needed to be cleaned up. This was a great property and I appreciated the direct contact with Ted.

Family wedding

While going to my car to load up to leave I tripped on the almost two inch rise on the concrete slab( right ride) and took a full header onto the cement driveway. I received a cut and bruised arm and elbow fortunately no stitches were required. This and the unsecured post at the bottom of the upper unit stairs need to be addressed.

Convenient location

We chose Ted’s property because it was conveniently located to our daughter’s wedding venue. If you have a wedding in the Four Corners area, this house is a good choice.

Beautiful home for us and our bridal party

The home was great we really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and perfect for our group. The owners were very easy to communicate with. Their systems of the self check and use of garage in was great. We would definitely them a 5 if not for a couple of pretty easily fixable things. One, the beds weren't the most comfortable we have had. The bed frames were squeaky/loose with minimal movement. Two, kitchen was mostly provisioned but cookware was limited/poor. Only two cheap pans they had both seen better days. Three, there is a big RV on site that can be rented out. It was not on the listing and we were not told it would be rented out until we were already on the property. We rented both units and expected to have the whole property including backyard to ourselves. We had no issues with those who rented the RV but it could have been an issue especially the backyard fire pit area. I think a little better communication would be great. Had we known it was available we would have likely rented it for some more guests at the wedding. Overall, a great place and a few changes and it would be one of the best places we have stayed.

Perfect spot for a family get-together.

6 of us from the same family came to MT for a family wedding. This duplex had just the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and was convenient to the wedding location in Bozeman. We were able to go to stores that were nearby and loved making a small fire in the fire pit to roast marshmallows and make S'mores. Everything we needed was supplied at the property and we had a very nice time.

Ted has a beautiful, spacious home set up. Took a quick trip with 4 couples to take in a Bobcat game. Home and property was beautiful. Had a minor issue getting checked in but Ted responded right away. Would definitely stay again.

Our property is on a two-lane country road with 2000 acres of agricultural farms owned by Montana State University behind us. Unfortunately, you visited during a very unusual hot spell and decided to punish us as hosts with 3 lousy stars.. Normally temperatures in the evenings drop to the 40s, even in August. Glad you said the property was good.

Great property, nice ‘extras”—candy, wine, shampoo etc. only negative was lack of air conditioning —unusually hot weather. Cools down at night nicely tho. Well stocked kitchen—comfortable and attractive decor.

Behind the property is agricultural land owned by MSU and you are surrounded by six different mountain ranges. You have sunset views of the Tobacco Root Mountain Range.
