The house was very clean and spacious in a quiet residential neighborhood. It served well as our basecamp for family excursions into Bozeman, Yellowstone & fishing in the Gallatin River. However, it was very hot and although the upstair's bedrooms had window air conditioners, the main floor did not - nor the basement which was somewhat cooler. Some fans would have been most welcome. When the dishwasher failed to work the owner responded right away and got it going, but I had the feeling that the rubber seal on the machine has been flopping around loose for some time. If these issues are addressed this will be a great place to stay for a bit less expense than Bozeman. I highly recommend the Mint Cafe in Belgrade - pricey and well worth it.

Great property conveniently located near Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. The property appears to have been recently renovated, is in excellent condition and was very clean. Also, the host was very attentive and dedicated to making sure we had an excellent stay. We would be very happy to stay here again on our next visit to Bozeman.

David was friendly and fixed the couple of issues we had right away. it was a convenient place for a great day of skiing at Bridger Bowl. It was clean and comfortable with the master bedroom:bath on the main floor for the grandparents.

The house was very clean and conveniently located close to the interstate. It’s close to the Bozeman airport and about 15- 20 minutes from Bozeman. We enjoyed our down time visiting in the house.

Our family group had a nice visit over the weekend. We enjoyed having a home with 5 bedrooms and ample space for sitting and visiting inside and outside. It was only about 15 minutes to Bozeman. Our host, David, showed up on Saturday. We had a nice visit. He checked on a toilet upstairs.

Nice House

Recently renovated, this spacious house is clean well equipped. The host was attentive when needed, but not intrusive. Short drive to airport and Bozeman. We skied Bridger which was a 40 min drive.Big Sky is about 80 minutes.

Excellent House

Great communication from the beginning. I was told how to enter house days before arriving. The house was very clean upon arrival, and was spacious. Living room smart TV was great for the young kids to watch movies, and the pool/ping pong table was a hit during our downtime. Downtown Belgrade had lots of food options, and this house was very close to Bozeman, where we attended a wedding. Only issue was the pilot light on water heater, but David was quick to respond, and the issue was quickly resolved. Showers here had great pressure and great temperature. My bed was comfortable, and my family said the same about their beds. The covered front porch was also great for sitting and enjoying the weather. Overall, excellent experience. Highly recommend.
