Belle suite de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains à Lake Havasu, récemment rénovée, à proximité du pont de Londres. Vue sur l'eau et le parcours de golf, vue sur les palmiers et la piscine avec 2 bains à remous. Tout à distance de marche. Près des magasins, plusieurs restaurants et cinéma. Prenez un ferry de 15 minutes pour vous rendre au casino (ouverture du nouveau casino en juin 2018) ou un bateau Jett pour Laughlin. Tellement de choses à faire! Grande marche, vélo, centre communautaire, boulette de cornichon, boulingrin, aviron, paddle board de cannal, pêche et kyaking.
La suite est entièrement rénovée. Appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, comptoirs en granit, douches à l'italienne. Canapé inclinable, smart tv 55 pouces, cuisine bien équipée, draps neufs, lits king et queen, peinture neuve et revêtements de fenêtre. Communauté fermée sécurisée et conviviale, faites du vélo ou marchez sur le trottoir de plage ou l’île.

We loved the unit. It is advertised as a 2-bedroom 1 bath so we were surprised to fine the second bathroom! the view from the balcony was great, beautiful sunset. The kitchen seemed to be well equipped, but we did not do any cooking during our stay so I really cannot comment on how well the kitchen was appointed. the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Close to the village...great location

We've stayed here multiple times and each time the condo is great! It's a very nice location overlooking the pool and golf course along with views of the lake. The condo is clean and comfortable. Always look forward to staying here has it's our "go to" place.

Awesome condo!

We loved this place during our stay! The condo was cleaned and had everything we needed for our stay. The space to park our boat was a plus! Our host,Leanne, was promt in getting back with any questions I had. Will definitely be back for our next Havasu trip!

Best Queen’s Condo Yet!

Nicely appointed and clean condo with everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Wi-Fi was sporadic, but other than that, it was just perfect for us.

Wonderful spot!

Well appointed, clean, lots of thoughtful touches, beautiful grounds, large pool, close to a nice walk along the channel. Well managed condo building. For us, it was an ideal rental.

Awesome!!!

We enjoyed our stay, this condo is immaculate and very well put together. Our view was great and we were able to walk to the shop s and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and a day of golf. I highly recommend this Condo, the owners are great and very responsive.
