The property was cute and clean. Our host made sure we felt welcome. We had a great visit with family and were also able to go back and kick back and have some down time at the house. The neighborhood was quiet and i enjoyed sitting out on the patio.

This is the 2nd time staying in this beautiful home. Neighbors are quiet and kind. The yard is accommodating to dogs. The kitchen has everything to cook.

Mini Vaca

My special needs son had medical appointments and it is easier to drive the 2 hours up the day before and stay the night. Check in and out was super simple and the house was super quiet and relaxing. Definitely will be staying again.

Excellent Stay! Will Stay at this property again!

Loved this house and location was great! (roads are a little windy in Lake Havasu). Owner had excellent communication and I really couldn't have asked for more. The only issue I had was being unable to locate the property initially, but the owner immediately replied with the address. This will be at the top of the list on my next visit.

Great House

This is our second time staying at this property. It is a comfy and wonderful home. Can’t say enough good things about the host. She is always there if you need anything at all. Great location would stay at this property anytime.

Just as described. Very comfortable, perfect amenities, ample space to park in the garage. Backyard not fully secured for dogs but wasn't a problem for me. Property management very responsive and pleasant. I'd book it again should the need arise.

Peaceful and Clean

We enjoyed our stay at this location as it's a perfect size for us and our pets. Pictures very accurate, large primary bedroom and comfy bed, very clean which is so important and having the use of the garage made it really nice for our needs. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Host/Christina was very easy to work with and communicated prior and after our stay. We highly recommend this property for a stay in Lake Havasu City!

Nine days in Havasu

This property is very clean, and in a quiet neighborhood which appeared very safe, and close to a grocery store. The pictures do not do it justice. the rooms are large and convenient. The garage is very large with an opener. Two bathrooms, one with a large walk-in shower. The large bed was not my favorite, but most rental house beds are not. The owner appears to be readily available, if needed. We would stay here again.
