Confortable maison nouvellement construite Ă  35 pieds de la baie avec de superbes couchers de soleil

Cette maison de 1 000 pieds carrés, située à seulement 35 pieds de la baie de Green Bay, a été construite au milieu de l'année 2018. Le cadre est pittoresque et tranquille. Le premier étage de cette maison de deux étages comprend une cuisine avec un grand réfrigérateur, une cuisiniÚre à gaz, un lave-vaisselle, un micro-ondes, la vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine, un coin repas, une salle de bain et un salon donnant sur la baie de Green Bay.

Le salon dispose d'un téléviseur à écran plat 40 pouces et d'un lecteur DVD blue ray avec une antenne pour les stations locales. Il y a des jeux et des puzzles fournis.
La deuxiĂšme histoire a 2 chambres Ă  coucher. Chaque chambre a un lit queen. Une des chambres a aussi un berceau et un coin lecture. Il y a un 2e salon au 2e niveau avec un lit gigogne. Le 2Ăšme Ă©tage a une salle de bain complĂšte avec un double lavabo, une baignoire et une douche.
Cet endroit calme et privé offre une fantastique observation des oiseaux, la plage de galets offre votre choix de pierres parfaites pour sauter et un coin salon sur la plage offre une vue imprenable.

The house was beautiful and decorated to feel very homey. Fantastic view of the lake from every room. Well stocked including available firewood bundles and plenty of available seating for the fire pit. Very quiet location with minimal traffic. The proper was easy to find. Lots of entertainment options in the surrounding communities. We wish we could have stayed longer. We would 100% recommend this rental!Owner communication was outstanding! Very friendly, even provided information for dining and entertainment.

Incredible home, beautiful and clean and the hosts were gracious and kind. The best part was the gorgeous sunsets and sitting out underneath the stars with the sounds of the waves coming ashore.

Cottage by the Lake

The cottage by the lake was a very nicely built and appointed house, with the living area on the main level featuring a half bath and two bedrooms, a full bath, and a sitting area with a hide-a-bed couch on the second level. The kitchen has just about everything you will need for a stay. The owner of the cottage was available for any questions. The road into the cottage was easy to find and plenty of parking was available. The walk from the parking area across the owners yard to the cottage was on level ground. A cart/wagon was provided to haul items to the cottage from the parking area. The sunsets were amazing with the colors as the sun set. The birds over and around the lake were fun to watch. Chairs were available to sit outside. A fire pit was available to use along with a gas and charcoal grill. The beds were very comfortable. We had a party of 4, and there was plenty of room in the cottage or while sitting outside. I would recommend this cottage for people who like low-key get-aways.

Just Perfect

How does one begin to review this perfect property, and owners. Duane and Linda were excellent at communication, with quick responses. The property was beautiful and clean. Waking up to the sounds of the waves hitting the rocks was my favorite part. Duane’s attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The kids loved playing in the rocks and swimming (bring water shoes). This location was ideal for Door County adventures.

A Beautiful Beach House & Awesome Location

The hosts are super friendly and accommodating. House is beautiful inside and out! Just far enough off the beaten path to be quiet and relaxing, yet close to all the Door County sites and activities. Sunsets were incredible. Will definitely come again!

Fall getaway

Great 2 day get away. Loved the house and being right by the water. Sunsets were awesome, fall leaves were spectacular ,especially in Peninsula State Park. Best of all, a majestic eagle flew right in front of us while enjoying a glass of wine near the water.

Beautiful cottage

Duane and Linda are the ultimate hosts. The cottage is well appointed and in a spectacular location. Have stayed here with my wife, and another couple. Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful outdoor space as well with spectacular view. Would stay here again!

Door County Stay

The grounds were very well kept and impressive when we arrived. The sunsets and views are hard to beat. The house itself was very clean and well furnished. The dishes all matched and everything we needed to prepare meals and eat was supplied. We were impressed that there were even dishes for babies although we didn’t need them. Almost everything was well thought out. We would give this rental a five and half star rating except for a couple small things. There were too few towels. One bath towel each for a week is not enough and even more important there was only one hand towel for each bathroom to be shared by four people. That is simply not enough and isn’t sanitary. Our only other complaint was that the TV service seemed to be turned off on the morning we were checking out so we couldn’t even see the news and weather. We enjoyed our stay and our interaction with the hosts who allowed us privacy throughout the stay. We would return without hesitation and we highly recommend this rental and its convenient location to the rest of Door County which we loved.

What a beautiful place to stay. The house and the views were out of this world! Seriously , you can’t go wrong with renting this lovely home. The owners were very attentive and super nice. The property was wonderful. Although we didn’t need a lot, the house is equipped just like at home. You name it they had it. We will definitely stay here again when we head to DC.

Fox Lane Beach House, LLC came into existence because Duane grew up in Sturgeon Bay and we chose to build our retirement home in Door County. Sturgeon Bay is located a short, 14 mile drive from the Fox Lane Beach House, LLC. We treasure the restful, peace of this location and the easy access to all Door County has to offer. We enjoy going up the county to sight-see or attend festivals but love returning to a serene beach that is extremely private.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our family made annual treks to this area to spend time on the water. The memories we created are dear to us and to our four children. We are excited that our grandchildren love Door County and welcome the opportunity to have others create memories in beautiful Door County.

We really love that we have arrived to Door County and are able to settle in to our accommodations a full hour before you would you arrive at a different location further up the county. The most frequently uttered comment from guests is that it is glorious to arrive in the County much sooner than other locations would allow, settle in and create an action plan to take in favorite activities. We find Fox Lane Beach House LLC to be the perfect jumping off point. The second most frequently uttered comment is that after exploring the bustling county it is welcoming to return to the tranquility Fox Lane Beach House, LLC offers.

This location has gorgeous views, is on the flight path of bald eagles, has direct access to the Bay of Green Bay and offers solitude and panoramic beauty.

Many Door County restaurants boast “water front dining” but Fox Lane has a table for 6 that is tough to rival! Marchant's grocery is 5 miles south on County road C and was amongst the Yelp, “Best 10 meat shops in Door County, Wi” for 2018. We relish getting a couple steaks or burgers and tossing them on the grill for what we consider some of the best waterfront dining in the county.

Fox Lane Beach House, LLC is custom built to nestle into the topography and maximize natural beauty that is literally outside your door. The beach house is cozy and welcoming. We have visited Door County beaches for over 40 years. It is a rare day when there is not a breeze off the Bay. This keeps the mosquitoes away and we find we can enjoy the waterfront without swatting mosquitoes. Also, there are many varieties of spiders that keep the waterfront bugs in check. We re-fuel by sitting outdoors, bird watching and listening to the waves.

Fox Lane Beach House, LLC has central air and heating for complete climate control. Guests like to open the windows. In the morning they emote about the joy of falling asleep to the sound of the water. The star gazing is spectacular. We enjoy being near the water and taking in shooting stars, meteor showers and making s’mores.
