Downtown CDA Studio Apartment. Marcher Ă  presque tout!

Notre studio au sous-sol est confortable et spacieux. Vous profiterez d'un lit queen confortable avec une couette en duvet d'oie, de peignoirs moelleux et de toutes les commodités dont vous auriez besoin. Nous avons essayé de penser à tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour en faire un séjour merveilleux et confortable. Nous sommes fiers de la propreté. L'entrée privée se trouve à l'arriÚre de notre maison prÚs du parking réservé à ce studio.

Nous sommes situĂ©s dans un emplacement idĂ©al, Ă  quelques pas du lac, de la plage publique, de Tubbs Hill (sentiers de randonnĂ©e), de restaurants exceptionnels, de bars, de galeries d'art, de boutiques et du centre-ville de CƓur d'Alene.

Il y a beaucoup de choses Ă  voir et Ă  faire Ă  CDA: concerts estivaux dans le parc, location de bateaux et de jet-skis, Ironman Race, salon de l'automobile Car d'Alene, promenades en hydravion, ski sur une de nos stations de ski locales (Silver Mountain, 32 km) , Montagne de Schweitzer 59 miles, montagne de Lookout 53 miles).

Our stay was very nice. It is VERY close to everything and quite comfortable for the two of us. Checkin was easy and they thought of all the little extras you might need! I would recommend it and stay here again if back in Coeur D Alene

This was our first trip to CDA and this studio was perfection! The perfect size for two people and it had all the amenities that we needed. The studio was also decorated super cute! Location was great, we walked to restaurants and a coffee shop on Sherman during our stay, and to the lake. We would definitely stay here again! Can't wait to come back to CDA, we loved it!

Great place for just the two of us. Was able to park steps away in the driveway or front of house. Kitchen has what you need if going to eat in, although we went out. So many great place in the town to try. We meet the hosts on arrival, very friendly and help us settle in, then never saw them after that. Enjoyed some drinks on patio. A lovely place.

This studio was perfect for a relaxing stay in CDA. It was comfortable and had everything I needed in addition to having off street parking. It was close to the dining and shopping in downtown and the location also made it easy to hop on the interstate if I wanted to explore farther out. There are restaurants within a couple of blocks that offer great options for breakfast and dinner. The host was friendly and accommodating. If I was ever back in the area I surely would choose to stay gain.

Over all this is a cute and cozy little place to stay. It is close to downtown and you can walk to most things. It ia easy to get to and the owner has almost everything you need if you forget something. I look forward to staying here again.

The place is a comfortable basement suite with all amenities that you would need. The bed is super comfy and the location of the house is within walking distance to restaurants. Enjoyed our stay and the owners were friendly and engaging

We have lived in Coeur d' Alene (Heart of the Awl) over 45 years, and love our city by the lake. We have rented this studio apartment for 8 years to family and friends, but now we want to share it with you!

You will have privacy with all the comforts of a home suite, yet be close to almost everything you may need. I have tried to provide the amenities that I would enjoy while away from home to make you comfortable.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Separate entrance, beautiful tile flooring, safe neighborhood, fenced yard, yet can sit on the porch and watch the neighborhood activities. One block from main street where the 4th of July parade passes by, only blocks to beach and hiking.
