Conveniently located just 5 blocks north of popular Sherman Avenue, the Flat on 5th is your perfect Couer D'Alene accommodation. Shopping, dining, parks, hiking trails and beaches are all only a short walk away! Wifi is setup for both streaming and work capabilities. Book now to enjoy our Flat on 5th and all of the exciting experiences beautiful downtown Coeur D'Alene has to offer.
This cozy apartment is furnished with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. In the living room we have a TV, and Roku for streaming, and a hide-a-bed couch for additional guests. The Flat comes fully stocked with toilet paper, soap products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap) as well as bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped and is stocked with paper towels, coffee, cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances. Recently renovated one bedroom apartment in historic multiplex building. Being an older building, doors and floors are prone to squeaking :) This apartment shares a common entrance/foyer with the 3 other units in the building. Please note that this is a bottom floor apartment and noise from other guests or tenants may be possible. The AC is provided through a window unit and heating is through electric baseboard.

The property is really cute and well-arranged. It is also immaculate. The neighborhood is perfect because the house is on a quiet, tree-lined street, but it’s very close to the downtown shopping area and the park. We walked everywhere, and the overall experience was very pleasant.

Nice little place to explore CDA

We had a very nice stay. We were in town for a wedding for a few days and this little flat was very close to everything. Very clean and cute as a button. We had a little glitch with the door code in the middle of the night because we were delayed getting into Spokane and it was fixed in 5 minutes.

Exactly as described!

This was the first time we rented an apartment not a house. We were apprehensive but are very glad we went by the reviews. The Flat on 5th is perfectly located and we alked everywhere!

Charming apartment

The apt was light and bright , and nicely layed out. Location was convenient to downtown , park , and library. The amenities were overall good, but maybe more bath towels , and bath mat would have been better. Would recommend this cozy spot .

Great weekend stay

My husband and I wanted to check out the CDA area as new Idaho residents, found this little gem on VRBO. Very clean, well situated apartment blocks from restaurants and shops in downtown CDA. Loved staying here!

Charming home.

It was a charming home. In a cute neighborhood. Home was very clean, except i think the cleaner forgets the cob webs on ceiling in the corners. Otherwise it was pleasant stay. Host was very prompt answering text messages. Highly recommend the place.
