Amazing location, very clean, well stocked kitchen. Overall very nice space!I didn't love that I had to make a stop to check-in. Everything was done by code that could have been sent via email or text. No need to add an extra step after we had a 15 hour drive to get there. We weren't able to get the AC work while we were there. Wasn't needed too much as it wasn't that hot, but we followed the directions and they kicked in the first day but not after that. We also couldn't get the internet to stay on during our stay.

The condo itself was great. The magnifying mirror in the master bathroom was a nice surprise! The grandkids loved the bunk beds. There was a wagon full of beach gear and beach chairs outside the door. We did not get to use them or go to the beach due to weather. The internet was not working when we arrived on a very rainy weekend, but the problem was resolved before it became inconvenient for us. Very easy walk to all restaurants, shops and the park at Coligny. Plenty of room when you are not planning on being inside much. Difficult being on the top floor with little kids (and other tenants underneath) if you are forced indoors due to weather. Ceiling fans and split units in both bedrooms and in the living room, made it easy to keep everyone comfortable day and night. Lots of codes to remember for gate, beach gate and door (all different) and then bike locks if you rent bikes. Also tricky to turn around in the parking lot. We drove a large SUV and parked up close to the building, then had to back out a distance to have room to turn around and be able to get out the gate. Having learned all these things I would stay there again for the location and ease to the beach.

Had a great stay in this condo, location is steps away from the beach and having to pool to cool off was a great treat.Close to coligny & tiki bar, on bike routes to make it easy to get around. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay!

Location - excellent Beach access- close and easy Condo- kitchen has all you would need, small washer/dryer in unit was a bonus, very comfortable beds, beach wagon and gear to use Robert was quick to respond to texts and calls and helped to quickly resolve any minor issues we had. We would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful property

We enjoyed our stay very much! The weather was rainy, but we still had fun. The condo was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. Restaurants in the vicinity were nice, and the beach was a short walk. We are definitely planning to return soon.

Great location and condo

We had four adults and five children on our trip and all fit comfortably in this condo. It was clean, is walking distance to Coligny Plaza, and all photos are accurate. We recommend this condo.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed in Beachwood in the past in a different unit and loved the location being walking distance to Coligny and the easy beach access from Beachwood with little ones is wonderful. Very quiet, the master bed was comfortable which is always a plus.

A wonderful updated conveniently located place for a fan!

We loved our time at this property. It was updated and clean. We would have used a dust pan, but everything else was perfect! The convenience of the beach, and laundry on site was perfect. We loved the smaller setting that was not crowded or loud!

Great condo

We loved the condo itself and the location! The pool isn't huge but we had it to ourselves most of the time and beach access is right there also. Plenty of room for my family of 4. The only improvement I would recommend is to email the check in information- there's really no need to go to the rental office to pick up the paper with codes. Codes. Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for staying with us. Yes you do need to come by the office which is only 200 yards from the Sea Pines circle that you go thru to pick up your package to get your checkin instructions. Very very convenient office location We hope you come back soon. Thank you Hilton Head Vacations
