Oceanview 2 BR 2 BA Totally Remodeled in Spring 2024. Great open, fully-stocked kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances. Professionally decorated, new furniture, new floors, smart TVs, updated bathrooms, king size bed in primary suite, guest room has a bunk bed with two double and twin trundle underneath. Living room has a fold out couch for occupancy of nine people. Very nice ocean view from balcony and primary suite, covered balcony with new raised adirondack chairs to enjoy the view. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 3B Beachwood in Forest Beach is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

Had a great stay in this condo, location is steps away from the beach and having to pool to cool off was a great treat.Close to coligny & tiki bar, on bike routes to make it easy to get around. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay!

Location - excellent Beach access- close and easy Condo- kitchen has all you would need, small washer/dryer in unit was a bonus, very comfortable beds, beach wagon and gear to use Robert was quick to respond to texts and calls and helped to quickly resolve any minor issues we had. We would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful property

We enjoyed our stay very much! The weather was rainy, but we still had fun. The condo was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. Restaurants in the vicinity were nice, and the beach was a short walk. We are definitely planning to return soon.

Great condo

We loved the condo itself and the location! The pool isn't huge but we had it to ourselves most of the time and beach access is right there also. Plenty of room for my family of 4. The only improvement I would recommend is to email the check in information- there's really no need to go to the rental office to pick up the paper with codes. Codes. Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for staying with us. Yes you do need to come by the office which is only 200 yards from the Sea Pines circle that you go thru to pick up your package to get your checkin instructions. Very very convenient office location We hope you come back soon. Thank you Hilton Head Vacations

Great location and condo

We had four adults and five children on our trip and all fit comfortably in this condo. It was clean, is walking distance to Coligny Plaza, and all photos are accurate. We recommend this condo.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed in Beachwood in the past in a different unit and loved the location being walking distance to Coligny and the easy beach access from Beachwood with little ones is wonderful. Very quiet, the master bed was comfortable which is always a plus.

A wonderful updated conveniently located place for a fan!

We loved our time at this property. It was updated and clean. We would have used a dust pan, but everything else was perfect! The convenience of the beach, and laundry on site was perfect. We loved the smaller setting that was not crowded or loud!

Nice area, not real clean but cleaned it ourselves. Construction next door with banging all day starting at 7am by master bedroom. Location kept us happy.

We love this area of Hilton Head and have been vacationing here for 19 years. We have stayed in this unit in the past - great recent remodel with updated decor. Lots of sleeping options for nine. And lots of extra towels and linens, but the unit could have been a bit cleaner (specifically surfaces and floors). We like the small building with just a few units/guests.We love that it's directly on the beach (with a bit of an ocean view from the side balcony) and close to Coligny Plaza (restaurants & shopping). The bike rental credit and delivery upon arrival was also a plus because we always rent bikes.Our biggest disappointment was that the internet kept going out. Obviously, not the owner/property manager's fault (they were quick to respond to our calls and sent someone out), but it was out on a rainy Saturday when going to the beach and riding bikes was not an option and football games were on. The internet provider wasn't able to fix it that day. Definitely recommend Beachwood Place!

Carla, thank you so much for staying with us. Yes, we went down there three or four times for the internet and rebooted it and we got it working until the weekend. We have the owners and the Sparklight company coming to replace the router. In the world of technology I know everyone needs wifi. We are sorry for any inconvenience. I wish you had mentioned we needed to do some extra cleaning. We will always send housekeeping back if they miss something. Please always let me know.
