Fantastique 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain Admirals Row avec vue sur l'océan. Notre villa est à seulement 100 mÚtres de la plage. Notre complexe communautaire fermé offre un excellent site de vacances en famille qui propose des activités pour tous les ùges (tennis, golf, natation, mini-golf à proximité, ramassage de coquillages, vélo et bien plus encore). Une aire de jeux pour enfants est également disponible sur place. Ne tardez pas - réservez vos vacances dÚs maintenant à nos tarifs avantageux.

Notre villa a été récemment mise à jour; nouveau réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons (août 2019), chariot de plage pour transporter vos articles à la plage, nouveau carrelage dans toute la villa; la cuisine a tous les appareils, nouvel évier / robinet et broyeur; fraßchement peint partout; canapé-lit queen (tout neuf en mai 2019) et deux chaises latérales en LR. Télévision neuve dans la deuxiÚme chambre (mai 2019) .Les frais de location comprennent les draps et les serviettes pour un maximum de six personnes. Deux piscines sur place, l'une est la plus grande piscine de l'ßle, la plus petite piscine est réservée aux vacanciers Admirals Row et est trÚs proche de l'unité. La grande piscine est à deux unités et dispose également de la Boardwalk Beach and Grill, qui propose de la nourriture et des boissons fraßches. Les activités saisonniÚres pour les enfants et les adultes se rencontrent généralement au «Beach and Grill». Profitez des restaurants décontractés / raffinés à proximité ainsi que des parcours de golf de championnat. Sur place, les restaurants d'intérieur sont CocoNutz et Gator'z.

La plage est facile d'accĂšs car chaque groupe de villas a sa propre promenade qui mĂšne Ă  la plage.

Notre unitĂ© est Ă  quelques pas de la laverie juste en face du couloir et l'ascenseur est juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de notre villa, donc pas d'escaliers et il est trĂšs calme que vous ne pouvez jamais l'entendre ou mĂȘme savoir qu'il est si proche.

Notre villa est une villa non-fumeur. Le complexe n'accepte pas les animaux.

Condominium and resort have a lot to offer when vacationing and also its proximity to the ocean is a plus. The condominium was clean with all the necessaries provided to make ones stay enjoyable. We truly had a relaxing time and certainly will return.

Cozy Condo

Property owner was exceptionally helpful with directions to location, activities available in the area, and overall communication. Condo offered just what our family required during our stay in terms of space and amenities. Overall, would stay again as the condo offers a quick path to beach and is a direct stop for the trolley for ease of travel.

We had multiple rooms at this resort and this was probably the best. Clean, nice layout. Large balcony with a peak at the ocean. Easy walk to the beach and pickleball courts.

Had a wonderful stay the price point fit our budget and the location was excellent. The building is a bit older and parts of it show but for the price point we didn't expect it to be super new. It was nicely decorated with beach theme and had everything we need to have a blast.

Comfortable stay and close to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this Hilton Head beach condo! It was perfect for my wife, our 1-year-old son, and me. The condo was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, meeting all our needs. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and even closer to a nice pool, it was ideally located. The resort was also a convenient 10-minute drive to great restaurants. We loved it so much that we’ll definitely seek this spot again on our next visit to the island!

Great beach location

Condo is in need of a serious update and deep cleaning. We could not sleep in the master suite because the bed is almost 3 ft high and I am 5 ft tall. Also the kitchen is not really set up for a long term stay.The resort area is great with many amenities.

Well laid out unit with open plan living dining area and convenient kitchen. Recent large flat screen in living room! Near elevator and laundry. Only downer was bedrooms had no outside facing windows.

Amazing!

Really loved our stay here just before Thanksgiving. Hosts are very friendly and helpful and let us know about openings before our stay so we were able to extend it. Will definitely come back here again!

Great location and unit with a view!

Loved our quick “off season” stay here! All went smoothly with booking, check in & communication with the owner. Admirals Row is the way to go for the extra bedroom and bathroom for more space with just a short walk to the beach! Everything was just as pictured and described for a comfortable stay - balcony has a great view and well stocked with beach supplies and wagon. Highly recommend this unit for your island getaway🌮

Great Little Spot

The owner was very quick to respond and was very kind and easy to communicate with. The condo was nice and spacious. The kitchen had plenty of dishes/utensils and pots and pans for any cooking need, which isn’t always found when renting condos. I would say the seating in the living room needs to be updated, but it did not stop us from enjoying our stay. We also appreciated the selection of games and puzzles that were provided.

Close to the beach but dirty

From the photos, we knew the property would be dated. That is perfectly fine, but it is no excuse for how dirty this condo is. At check in we immediately noticed this, so when the owner reached out to see how check in went, we let him know we were disappointed to find crusty food on the flatware and plates, among other things in the kitchen. He apologized but offered no solution other than he would let the cleaning folks know when they are there next. As the stay went on, we made the most of it, and enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and tried to ignore other dirty things like toenail clippings and accumulations of dirt/grime on high touch surfaces. Thankfully, the bathrooms did appear pretty clean. Other positive things would be affordability and location. But I will not be returning or recommending this rental.

Perfect condo in the perfect place!

This condo is located in a great part of the island-it’s easy to get everywhere. This condo has a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towel drying hooks (usually a need at beach locations). The property owner is friendly and quick to respond. We hope to stay here again!

The property was excellent -- barely a two minute walk to the beach. Unit was clean and well maintained and the host was exceptional. We will definitely return.

Beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay, did not run into a single issue or problem. The condo listing and information provided is exactly as it says it is, the owner, Tom, responded to questions immediately when they arise, although we really didn't have many because we didn't have any problems. One thing we weren't expecting was all the activities offered at the pool, they had a dive in movie one night, karaoke at the pool another day, a dance / pool party another day, the kids really loved it! If we come back to Hilton Head, we would stay here again. y problems

Carolee & Tom have been enjoying Hilton Head since 1980. We have had several family reunions here and our children have been coming to HH since 1984.

Hilton Head has always been a favorite spot for our family, and hence the decision to purchase a condo here. We chose Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Club as tennis is also a passion in our family--plus you can’t beat the proximity to the beach! Beside tennis, we enjoy bicycling around the Island and it is a great place for that -- on the paths and on the beach!
