Admirez la vue magnifique depuis le balcon du dernier étage de ce condo d’une chambre ou d’une salle de bains situé au Savannah Beach and Racquet Club. Situé à quelques pas de la piscine communautaire et de la plage de Savannah Beach and Racquet Club! Observez les navires remonter le canal ou promenez-vous le long du littoral, où vous pourrez regarder les dauphins jouer dans la rivière Savannah tout en ramassant des coquillages sur le littoral.

Le condo à aire ouverte comprend un salon confortable joliment décoré et meublé d’un canapé-lit et d’une grande télévision à écran plat. Le plan d'étage ouvert et lumineux donne sur le balcon et comprend le salon salle à manger et la cuisine. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et dispose de tous les nouveaux appareils. Il y a une table de café pouvant accueillir 2 personnes avec des sièges pour 2 au bar du petit déjeuner. Les clients apprécieront également de disposer d’un lave-linge et d’un sèche-linge tout-en-un situés dans la salle de bain complète. Détendez-vous dans la chambre nouvellement aménagée et dotée d'un lit king-size et d'une télévision à écran plat.

Adapté aux personnes handicapées (ascenseur, non conforme aux normes ADA). Le stationnement pour ce condo n'est pas réservé pour 1 véhicule seulement. Vous recevrez une carte de stationnement lors de l'enregistrement.

Situé à l'extrémité nord calme de Tybee Island, directement sur la baie où la rivière Savannah rencontre l'océan Atlantique. Il y a une plage, mais aucune action de la vague réelle. Regardez les dauphins jouer et les navires entrer au port. Perfect condo for me and my husband. The balcony had beautiful sunsets and we truly appreciate the laid back atmosphere. Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had all the stuff:) wonderful vacation

Great time in Tybee!

We had a great time on Tybee Island. Walking the beach was beautiful. Loved that it was close to Savannah so we could explore there as well

Wonderful Place!

We stayed here for a short vacation. The location on the North beach was phenomenal with views of dolphins and boats from the balcony. The kitchen was well-stocked and clean. The bed was comfy. Overall, very pleased with the place and would rent again when coming back to Tybee!

Great for a weekend getaway

Was just what we needed for a weekend away. Wasn’t expect the bedroom to be right inside the front door and the bathroom was tiny but other than that it was nice and neat and in a great location for waking to the pool, beach and shops.

Loved this stay! Property is north on the island - not in the thick of things but 5-7 minutes from everything. Our stay in April was quiet and we had full access to the pool and the beach. Having an ocean view from our balcony was a bonus.

Perfect Location by the Beach

Tybee Rentals was a perfect host. Communication was good. We could walk to the beach, Tybee Light, Huc-a-poo's & TyBean for morning coffee and it was close to South Beach when we wanted that busy-ness. Ideal location and clean!

Summer getaway

Great update condo. My daughter and enjoyed our time away before she leaves for college. We love the small quiet beach where we were able to watch the boats and ships going to and from Savannah.

Lovely property with good views of Savannah River from the 3rd floor balcony.The unit was clean, well appointed and quiet. The check in and check out went smoothly. We would definitely consider coming again.

Loved watching the dolphins.

We were able to watch the dolphins from the balcony and see the beautiful sunset. Easy beach access and close to restaurants. Some of the other guests were not considerate during the night and early morning, but we enjoyed our stay

The view and location could not be better. We saw dolphins every day. The beach was quiet. Very nice pool. The only downside was the mold in the bathroom and the strange smell. The condo looks like the pics. Well stocked kitchen. Building is a little run down but the condo itself is nice.

Pros: Loved being on the bay. Beach was nice and wide without the big waves so it was great for evening walks. You can watch the sunset over the water (sort of) due to the location on the island. The walk is especially nice, going towards the lighthouse. Pretty homes and lovely dunes of sea oats. Also saw some neat wildlife. A great blue heron and a crab in an interesting shell.Overall, very comfortable and adequate space for two people. Cons: Ad said “stunning views”. It was a nice view of the bay, but not stunning. The unit was second from the end, away from the beach. The furnishings were nice but not luxury. Overall decor was not high end but adequate. The mattress squeaked although the bed comfort was okay. The lamp on one side of the bed didn’t work. The small bathroom had no fan. The bathroom tub drain was very slow, partially clogged.The living area was pretty small, just one sofa and a small wicker chair. This place was adequate for a close couple but a little tight for two friends.

June 2020 Stay

My new husband and I loved our honeymoon to Tybee Island! The place was really nice and had such cute decorations. We loved the updated kitchen and spacious balcony with good views. The beach was not crowded at all and was very relaxing. We also loved being so close to Savannah and spending a day there. Lots of beautiful views and great restaurants nearby! We hope to come back someday soon!

The address for the check in at the local office is wrong. When we put the address in our maps, it took us 2 miles past where we were supposed to go. The condo however is super nice, close to the water and very private. All the amenities were great!
