The property is very clean. Has everything you would need. Only about a 3 minute walk to the beach. And walking distance to restaurants and shops. Also only a 6 minute walk to the pier. Was very pleased with our stay. The pool is just outside the door. Very clean as well. We had a private yard to use with a covered area

It's wonderful to hear the property felt clean and well-stocked, and that the location worked out perfectly — that stretch near the beach, pier, and shops is one of our favorite parts of the area. Clean rooms, All new appliances& cabinets, but need to be 5' 6" or taller to access cabinets & microwave in kitchen, nothing to code in this kitchen. Vinyl flooring was bubbled making it dangerous for seniors, should have been glued down. It is very convenient to everything which was great. Just needs some tender loving care by a professional.

Villa was exactly as described online . easy access to beach - walking distance to places to eat. and shopping Onsite pool needed a daily cleaning which was the only downside as pool was not clean - to use Everything else was prefect !

Great location, we didn’t move our car the whole time.

Walkable area, quick walk to beach, dinner, ice cream and more. The pool was perfect for our 6 year old.

Nice property, great location

Very easy walk to the beach and to the pier. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Host was helpful and responsive. The internet was a bit squirrelly.

Tybee Girls Getaway

The property was just as described. A great location right around the corner from the pier. It’s just a quiet and quant little space for a small family or girls trip. I would definitely stay here again. Property managers were easy to contact for questions etc. Highly recommend!

Good location, very clean, nice beds

The was a glitch with the sleeper sofa that was advertised at the time we rented this unit. The management was very responsive and provided a good quality queen size self-inflating mattress. Very clean! Would stay again.

First visit to Tybee

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was very nice with new furnishings. Prime location — just a few steps to the beach and a few blocks to the pier. Our kids loved the on-site pool, and we enjoyed visiting the “resort” pool as well. The king beds and huge TVs were also a hit. The communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to explore Tybee and Savannah. Hopefully we’ll return someday!

Steps to the Beach

Everything was great! We enjoyed our visit. I would suggest taking your passwords for tv subscriptions (Sling, Prime, Netflix, etc.). There was limited live tv channels. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, very convenient, large pool, outdoor area. If we go back to Tybee, I would definitely stay there again.

great location, would stay again

It was a perfect location to the beach and within walking distance of food and ice cream. Thoroughly enjoyed our time while we were there. The privacy area on the back side is great to have shade and some quiet time. The pool was great and the beach was fantastic. The only reason for the 4 stars is that there were half doors on main bedroom and bathroom, couldn't really figure out the reason for the half door and then full door at each, this was not in any photos either which didn't really make since to me. The floor kind of buckled when walking from the living room to the hallway, not sure if the foundation is a just a bit unlevel but that was annoying. Overall it was 4 out of 5, only due to the reasons listed above.
