Everything was wonderful. There is not enough tvs in the bedrooms. There were cob webs everywhere.Other than that it was a great place plenty of room and location.

Great Family Vacation Home

The property was clean and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The furniture appeared to be updated. The house was stocked with some spare laundry detergent, seasonings, and coffee. Outside was equipped with what the listing stated, plus nets and hotdogs roasters. Overall, we recommend this house and would stay here again.

Booked this place for our group of work friends weekend beach trip. It was important to us to have enough bedrooms and beds for the group of 7. When we arrived, we were all pleasantly surprised by the ample space in this house and it was much more spacious than the photos. There was also a spacious basement which served as an extra room when we set up our own air mattress. One of our favorite moments was making dinner in the kitchen and then enjoying the food on the deck with the night view by the water. It felt private and homey. Everything was simple but perfect. Thank you so much for letting us stay and make memories in this space!

Great place to stay!

We all were totally satisfied with the residence and the amenities. It was roomy, clean and very comfortable. Thanks for your provision of such a rental! Our family vacation

This home was perfect for us and we loved that we could take our dogs. The house was well equipped with a decently stocked kitchen. Very clean and as mentioned previously, you'd never know it was pet friendly. No pet odors or evidence of previous pets. Also, the pet fee was very fair. If i had to board them, it would've cost me dpuble. The deck out back is fantastic. My kids enjoyed it a lot along with the kayaks, fire pit, floating deck and bikes. They are all young adults and they were NOT bored! We'd definitely rent this house again if the opportunity presented itself.

The interior cleanliness of the house was OK but the exterior was terrible. Leaves, sticks twigs etc. all over the place. Every time we came into the house we’d track dirt all over.

Based on the cost and the pictures we expected a whole lot better. The outside was really dirty. It was overrun with leaves and nuts and pine needles, and it looked like it had not been swept or cleaned up in weeks, if not months. There was green all on the siding, and under the deck was an absolute mess. We have pictures of all of this. The inside was very dated. The TV insude the master bedroom did not have batteries in the remote. And then did not even work once we took batteries out of another remote. The condition of the carpet, the walls and things like that, were pretty banged up.All the other houses in the area were beautiful and taken care of and I would think for 1200 this one would have been in much better condition. I don't know how you can justify charging that amount of money with such a late check-in time and an early checkout time. The booking was only for 1 and a 1/2. Next time we will be using a hotel.

While the Ocean Pines area is heavily wooded—making leaves and pine needles a constant challenge, especially during this season—we do strive to keep the exterior as tidy as possible for each guest’s arrival. We also apologize for the inconvenience with the master bedroom TV and remote. Our maintenance team has been informed to check and replace batteries as needed and confirm all equipment is in working order for future stays. Regarding the interior condition, our team regularly evaluates furnishings, carpets, and walls and schedules seasonal deep cleans and touch-ups during the offseason. Your feedback helps us prioritize those efforts to enhance the guest experience moving forward. We truly value your comments and the opportunity to improve. Dirty- disgusting, filthy. YUCK.

House is filthy. Beyond yuck. A/C quit twice. Stains on furniture. Cob webs with dead bugs. Dishwasher rack is broken, basement furniture falling apart, shower head is duct taped, mold in multiple locations. Don't stay!

My stay at 19 Battersea On the Canal

The house was clean, I must have just missed the cleaning team because we could still smell the freshness. Certain things were broken, but when I told the office about it, I was given a supportive reply right away. I would like to continue working with Vacasa on my future vacations. The people at Vacasa are very easy to work with and are pleasant

Could have been better

Water was shut off along with the hot water breaker upon arrival. No shower curtain in one bathroom and the other fell apart while showering in the other bathroom. A few outlets not working. No heat in basement or back bedroom. Was not a pleasant stay. If a vacation home is going to be rented out it needs to be checked before arrivals and maintenance needs to be made periodically to keep up with problems in the home.

Beautiful location and lots of space

We stayed here with my in laws and sister in laws and our kids. Plenty of room and canal is beautiful. Community pools and playgrounds are great. Main complaint is the beds are terrible. None of us slept good this vacation. Also the bed in the loft area is a single sized bed so too small. Otherwise if upgraded the beds then we would stay again.

Highly recommend if you don't want to stay in downtown Ocean City. Very close to Sunset Marina

The deck out back is a great place to relax and the house provides plenty of space for a family, or in my case , a group of friends on a fishing trip. Will certainly book again next year.

Great location, price and stay

We had a great stay. Great location, short drive to the beach but tucked in a quaint, quiet setting to just relax on the canal. So much space in the house, has everything you need.

Beautiful setting spacious home

Home was very spacious, although the outside needed some updating we enjoyed the space the home for our family vacation. The setting on a private inlet was so relaxing during the day. Evening not so much to many year round neighbors who didn’t appreciate the family who didn’t have to work in the morning. Otherwise we really enjoyed the experience.

My stay

The property was lovely and large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. There were a few cons however. The listing indicated we could use the garage but upon arrival the garage was locked. The listing indicated there was a propane grill but upon arrival the grill was a gas grill. The house was large but very outdated. The linen on the beds looked old and tattered. We struggled for a minute trying to find cable but eventually found something that has the same feel as Netflix, it’s just not Netflix. The property wasn’t dirty at all, just very outdated. Overall I would stay again but bring my own linen, sheets, comforters, etc.

Great Spot

This house had everything we were looking for. Very clean and accommodating. Plenty of places to sleep and different areas of the house allowed for everyone to have their own space. Would definitely stay here again!
