Beautiful four bedroom beach house that sleeps 12 . Screened in porch, barbecue, outside shower, beautiful outside seating. The house has been totally renovated with a new kitchen new bathrooms everything is fresh and ready for your stay. Parking pass to the Ocean pines Beach club provided.

It is a very nice house and it accommodated all of us nicely. The kitchen is very large with lots of counter space and sittings. Only two things we did not like although it was not really a deal breaker. First, it has two bathrooms only and one of them is mostly for children or shorter people due to its slanted ceiling and very small so most of us had to use one shower. The other is the lack of lighting out in the backyard. Backyard is beautiful and nice to sit out and play with the kids but could not use it in the evening. Overall it was great and we had a great time with family.

Check in was easy! The kitchen has a lot of space which was helpful for our large family. The outdoor shower was so helpful for rinsing off sand before going inside. Really loved the bedroom for my parents on the main level to avoid stairs. The cabinets are full of a lot of random items, and could use a cleaning and reorganizing. No Tupperware for leftovers which would be helpful for a large family vacation.

Our stay was perfect! The house was clean, well stocked, roomy and in a great location! The host was very accommodating and responsive! We had a lovely vacation!

Very nice house, lots of sleeping space. Large kitchen and living room. Quiet neighborhood with plenty to do around it - short drive to the beach. Highly recommended.

Second Stay

This is my second time staying at this property and my family and I were pleased once again! The property is well kept and clean and was able to accommodate my family of 10 comfortably. We love how close the house is to everything we needed. Pat is so easy to work with and responded to any email I sent promptly! We will be returning again!

Very comfortable and convenient

This was a terrific, reasonably-priced home for an extended family. The kitchen reno is amazing, and its conveniences and amenities are extensive--everything you'll need to cook, feast, or snack. Bedrooms are comfortable. This was so much better than staying in a hotel!

Perfect home

Property size was more than we expected with the extra room and open concept. Well equipped with items we didn't know we needed. The outdoor patio and shower were a nice addition too. Not too far from the beach and boardwalk.
