Beautiful place, perfect location

Easy access to OC and Assateague. Room/bed setup is perfect for a large family. Dock and pier were huge factors for us in booking and it was perfect for paddle boarding!

Family Vacation

The house as great and allowed my whole family ( 10 of us) to vacation together in the same house, but still have space that we did not fell like we were all on top of one another. Since my group ranged from 10 years old to 65 years old the location was great where we could kayak , going crabbing and use the pool all in the same area and having the beach only 5 min away was a plus. We look forward to returning next year.

Beautiful home, wonderful homeowner!

My family rented this home to stay in during the week following our wedding. The house is spacious and comfortable and allowed 3 families to stay without bumping into one another! The homeowner was very accomodating and easy to work with. Our family enjoyed kayaking and crabbing and swimming in the pool. It was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon vacation!

Large and spacious home in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood.

My family and I, which included 6 adults, 2 small children, and 2 small dogs, stayed at this property for 5 days and 4 nights... we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! The property includes use of the indoor/outdoor pools, playground, and the clubhouse - this was perfect for the kids especially on a rainy day! we were within a few miles of the shopping centers and ocean city, so everything was very convenient! I highly recommend this property for a large party especially with children! Just remember to pack or buy some of your basic necessities as listed in the rental agreement!! (I.e. Soap, linens, dishwasher detergent, etc.)

Beautiful home

We rented this house for a large group of people...8 total. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house is about a 10 minutes from the boardwalk and 10 minutes from the assateague island. It is quiet and peaceful The clubhouse was a nice addition as it had pool, games etc. The minuses are : you must provide all of the linens, towels, sheets, pillowcases. Kind of bizarre and inconvenient. There is also no paper products, including toilet paper, paper towels etc. One dish towel In addition there are signs posted everywhere such as $charge if you open the sliding door to the closet and it falls off the track. $for not taking trash to dumpster. $if plumber has to be called, and on and on. I found it annoying since you do pay a large deposit and a cleaning fee . There is also no Internet/ wifi in the house you have to go to the club house, about a 1/2 mile away or you can stand on front porch and use the neighbors Internet. We spent so much time cleaning and trying to not to violate all the warning signs that I think next time we will rent a hotel or condo .

Thank you for the review, and we are sorry about the minuses that you mentioned. Like most people who rent out their homes in the summer, we do not provide linen and towels because cleaning services in Ocean City do not do laundry. That is why we tell renters to bring their own, as well paper products. On the flip side, if they did, they would charge more for the cleaning fee. FYI there are several linen services in Ocean City that deliver linen and towels at checkin and pick them up at checkout for a fee. We were unaware that you had trouble accessing WIFI, and that you had to go to the clubhouse for that. We do have internet and WIFI in the home. Also, we provide renters with a list of checkout items to perform, and cleaning is definitely not on the list since they pay a cleaning fee. So, not sure why you felt you needed to clean.

Good Location, lots of beds

We enjoyed the house and the location. Unfortunately we were challenged by a few things. The master bedroom is very large and has a great bath and closet. There is plenty of storage. The bed in the master was comfortable but the plastic mattress cover was a bit of a challenge. It was loud whenever we moved but we made do. I had to clean the master bath floor as it was quite sticky on bare feet but it was a lovely bathroom once I took care of that. The kitchen was a challenge. There were not enough dishes and silverware for our dinners and desserts for 10 people. The first night I tried to cook a lasagna and it would not heat through, it was in there over 2 hours. We figured out why the oven didn't work well it was because there was foil covering the racks which blocked the airflow and heat distribution in the oven. We removed it and were able to use it in a timely manner after that. We replaced it before we left. The dishwasher didn't work very well but we made do by rewashing it twice. The TV in the living room didn't work and we had to have the provider come out, twice. They never did get it resolved as they needed to upgrade the equipment and I could not give them permission. This would be a great house for a large family with all of the beds on the 3rd floor. This is a nice house but has some challenges. We only rented this to have family dinners and it was not really good for that. if cooking is not the focus of your trip it would be a good place to rent.

Wonderful location and home

We had a wonderful time here. There were 9 of us staying at the house (6 adults and 3 kids). There were plenty of spaces to accommodate everyone and we never felt cramped. We were only a few minutes for Assateague Island and OC, it was the perfect location. The pool at the community center was great, the kids loved ending their day there before we settle down for the night. You do need to bring some of your own household stuff like bedding, towels, soap, paper goods, etc. but it is explained very well in their listing, lease agreement, and check in/check out information. They do have the option to rent the towels and linens which we did use, and it made packing much easier. Louiza was very responsive and helpful with information and requests. Definitely would recommend this place again.

Great find!

My family stayed here for spring break in April 2022. Louiza was very helpful with any questions I had. The house was well kept and very spacious. Close enough to all of the hustle and bustle of Ocean City but far enough to leave it behind once you are done. The pictures posted on the site do not do it justice. The house is much more updated and prettier than it appears in the photos. I am looking into booking again for the summer!

Perfect quick get away

My family had a great mini vacation at the property. The house has lots of space to spread out and all the amenities to make you feel at home. The location is perfect for families like ours that like to enjoy the activities of Ocean City, but also have access to less crowded and peaceful time as well. Property management was very personable and quick to respond with anything we needed. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Seven of us stayed in this home for our golf miniweek vacation. Home was excellent! Private, huge with 3 floors, and nice backyard. Location couldn't be better. Close to everything. Excellent community with great clubhouse and amenities. Couldn't be happier with our choice.

Wonderful Getaway

Great getaway for families or groups. Home is gorgeous, spacious, and comfortable. Location is very convenient to everything. Community has a lot of amenities, pools, clubhouse, tennis, kayak dock, and a fishing pier. Plenty to do right there. Boardwalk and beach are just minutes away. Had a great time with my family.

Look No Further

This was our first vacation in this part of Ocean City after we recently moved to Maryland. My sister and searched online for a nice home that would accommodate 3 couples with 6 kids and we were very happy to come across this beautiful home. It was as described in the listing and had more space than we expected. It was very comfortable, had 5 TVs, great appliances, including a washer/dryer and a cloth steamer. Master bedroom is to die for. Kids loved the loft where they had 3 twin beds. Community was family friendly, had an excellent clubhouse with pools, lounge, fitness room and game room for the kids and adults, tennis courts, playground, kayak dock, and fishing pier on Sinepuxent Bay. There was plenty to do right there. Downtown, beach, and amusement parks were within a short drive, and so were the restaurants, bars, shopping and everything else. This was a great vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Vacation Spot

This beautiful home is located in the Bayside at Ocean City resort within 5min drive to the boardwalk, downtown Ocean City and the beach, which was perfect for for our family. The home was beautifully furnished and decorated, spacious, clean ad well maintained. Has 4Br, 3.5B, a den on the main level, and a loft on the 3rd floor. The master suite is huge and the bathroom had a jetted tub and a shower. Backyard was wooded, private, great for the kids to play. There was a gas grill and furniture on the stone patio which we used every evening . Community had wonderful amenities which we had access to. The whole family loved the pools, the clubhouse with the game room, the crabbing pier and the pond where we caught crabs. Some of the adults did kayaking right there. Recommend highly for a fun beach vacation.

Family vacation

This family vacation was to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. The house was large enough for our family of 5 adults and two children. The master suite was huge with large walk-in closet, water closet, two sinks, shower and jetted tub. My one daughter and her family occupied the other 2 bedrooms on the second floor which shared a bath. My other daughter occupied a bedroom on the third floor which had it's own bathroom. I had some questions of the owner and she responded to my texts quickly. The clubhouse has an indoor and outdoor pool, exercise room, pool table and large sitting room. The property is close to Ocean City and many restaurants and activities. My family totally enjoyed our stay and their comment was "lets do this again". I agreed and would rent this property again without hesitation. I feel the property owner did her best to make this a wonderful, memory filled vacation.

Great Location, Beautiful home, Fantastic Owner

First, The owner was amazing. Super easy to deal with. The location was perfect. Far enough to avoid congestion, close enough to get to the beach in minutes. Beautiful, comfortable home, everything a family could need. Spacious and bright, beds everywhere. Master, just beautiful. The community clubhouse has the best arcade games (no quarters needed) and a beautiful pool. Super clean fitness center. Really couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks Louiza & vrbo for a great vacation. We will be back. This house is a winner A+

Beautiful,clean, quiet, peaceful

We have been staying at this home for about 5 years or so and we absolutely love it. It is so peaceful in this community and the house is great. It sleeps about 12 people so great for family and friends to come together. We love to run around the community and on the docks. The children love the indoor and outdoor pool it's like Home away from Home except you have all the amenities. We go every year for the 4th of July and love watching the fireworks on the boardwalk. Everything is in close proximity. It's about a 7-10 min drive to the beach. We love that we can cookout on the grill to save money from eating out everyday but there are lots of great Restaurants around. When we are at the pool we like to order pizza from Tugo's pizzeria and they deliver. Did I tell you how sweet the owner is? Love her. If your looking for a great beach house rental, this is it.

Highly Recommend

We enjoyed our stay in this home located at the Bayside at OC resort, and would highly recommend it to others, groups or families. Our family rented it for an extended stay to spend the New Year's holiday. Home was beautiful, very clean, price was very reasonable, and the check in and out process was very easy. We liked that they had a lock box by the front door and we did not have to go to a remote location to get the keys. The location was just fantastic, close to many attractions, shopping and restaurants. Community offered a lot of amenities should one choose to stay on-site. The pictures and property description were spot on with what we envisioned our accommodations would be . We would definitely stay here again.

Nice and Fun Vacation

Beautiful home located in the very nice community of Bayside at Ocean City Resort, within minutes to downtown OC, Boardwalk, attractions, and many other amenities. Very clean and spacious with 4 bedrooms, a loft and den, a good size kitchen, beautiful and large master bedroom suite. Enjoyed the jetted tub in master bath. Hassle free booking, nice and helpful owner. Will stay here again.

We were visiting Assateague Island and while driving back we saw the development when it was still under construction. We stopped by and fell in love with the community and all the amenities it offered. We also loved the model homes. So we decided we had to buy this particular model which had a long and private driveway as well as one of the largest lots which is also private and backs to the woods. Another reason we chose this model is because it was the only home with a kitchen in the back versus front and had a den on the first floor, as well as a finished third level. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, golf, and all the attractions Ocean City has to offer.
