Imprégnez-vous de l'environnement spectaculaire de ce grand condo de 1 416 pieds carrés et situé au rez-de-jardin du Lanikai Resort, qui se trouve à quelques pas de la plage de Lae Nani dans le quartier Wailua de Kauai! Ce condo calme et privé a une véranda paisible où vous pouvez prendre le petit déjeuner chaque matin, la climatisation dans chaque chambre et une piscine partagée chauffée toute l'année à 84 degrés en bord de mer d'eau salée où vous pourrez bronzer, dîner et profiter d'une vue incroyable sur la côte! Détendez-vous devant l'un des deux téléviseurs de 55 pouces, situés dans le salon et la chambre principale.

Ce condo est situé dans une zone extrêmement piétonnière, et se trouve à quelques pas de Lae Nani Beach et du chaud océan Pacifique. Vous serez à un quart de mile sur la plage des happy hours en bord de mer au Lava Lava Beach Club et à Hukilau, et en face de restaurants locaux tels que Kintaro Japanese, Brick Oven Pizza, Street Burger et Avalon Gastropub. Vous pouvez également conduire 20 miles au sud vers la région de Poipu de l'île, ou se diriger 25 miles au nord vers les belles plages de Hanalei et ses paysages accidentés.

Terrific location

This condo was excellent in terms of location and amenities. The pool overlooks the ocean and it’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and more! We enjoyed our time.

Perfect for our family

Quiet Comfort

Property was quiet and extremely well maintained with an onsite manager who was always available. With the addition of our own pantry basics, the condo had all the comforts we could want..The salt water pool was a big hit!

Fabulous location - easy to make your way around the island from this condo. The pool was the perfect temp and beach access was easy peasy. You can even take the public access trail through the adjoining condos and head down to a longer stretch of beach - don’t be afraid to explore! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this location again :)

We really enjoyed our time there. Beautiful inside and out. Right next to the ocean either a pool looking over it. Everything you next to cook or BBQ is Equipped in the house. Great restaurants and shops are right down the street

Relaxing stay

It was easy to get to. Near restaurants and grocery stores. It was right on the beach so you could always hear the ocean. It wasn't a good ocean swimming area for my 70 year old Mom, but the pool was easy t get to and she was able to swim once or twice a day. The other residents and visitors were kind and friendly.

Lovely condo & great location!

We had a great stay and the condo was spacious and lovely. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with an induction cooktop. We ate our meals at the table on the patio with a view of the ocean. There were also beach chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards for our use. Highly recommended!

Condo in Paradise

This condo has everything you would ever want for a vacation in Kauai!! The kitchen is very well equipped, including a blender for your adult beverages. The beds were very comfortable pillows were wonderful. There is even equipment for snorkeling and noodles for the pool.!! I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Quiet And peaceful

We loved Kauai and our condo at Lanikai. We were on the ground floor, so convenient for going to the pool, which was just steps away. You can see the ocean from the pool. Grounds are well kept and very clean. Walking distance to restaraunts. Would like to go back one day.

Beautiful property! Great location!

This is one of the cleanest, classiest rentals I’ve ever booked. It was absolutely immaculate. There was a lovely hospitality gift for us that was above and beyond expectations. The property is so quiet. The location is centrally located on the island so it is easy to visit all the attractions (and it’s near Safeway!). I really can’t say enough good things!

Winter break to beauty

There is not a more beautiful setting on Kauai than Lani Kai. It is quiet and serene and yet so convenient to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. This condo has been beautifully remodeled and outfitted with all the amenities one could ask for. We started each day watching the sunrise from the perfect ocean front viewing point, followed by a walk along the public walking path that runs for miles along the ocean before beginning our day’s activities. I’m already dreaming of our next visit.

Don’t wait, book now

This property and the condominium are lovely. The location is fabulous. We usually stay in Poipu but Kapaa was better. The property is small and private. The condo is on the bottom floor so you can just walk out of the condo and enjoy the pool, the BBQ, and the beach without going down stairs. The condo has been completely updated. The kitchen, and really, the entire condo is well stocked. We will definitely return.

Can't wait to return!

This condo was everything and more that we hoped it would be. The pictures do not do it justice. It's open, clean, and very airy inside. A benefit to being in the side yard is that there's more privacy when spending time on the patio. It is also walking distance to one of the best baby pools on the island and made it so easy, and fun, to spend time at the beach with our 2 year old each day. We will absolutely be returning in the future!

Great location and nice condo.

The condo was centrally located and there was a great bakery nearby and the Coconut Market Place. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable. We had a bit of trouble figuring out the TV but that’s because we aren’t used to it. I got Covid so spent more time in the condo than I planned. My husband was able to get what we needed nearby. I would definitely come back!
