Overall was an awesome place to stay! A little disappointing that both the Kauai beach villas hot tub and 1 of the 2 hot tubs at the partner Kauai Beach Resort were out of service for the duration of the stay (reason for 4 stars). Great place to stay for families. Extremely clean, multiple AC units, 3 balconies with great views of a beautiful property. Location is extremely convenient for shopping and great local beaches on the east side of the island. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely wedding celebration and the property was comfortable and perfectly located. After management’s attempts to help with problems of using the facilities (pools and hot tub) we were still given a hard time by pool guards. Felt there were many on Sunday who were not part of the facility guests and faculty was very crowded. Otherwise during the week we felt very welcomed. Nice grounds but lots of construction. Be sure to communicate with management.

Dishwasher was broken on arrival. Bright orange light flashing ..... Pull out bed was dirty and so one person had to sleep on the lanai...we had five people... definitely does not sleep eight . Beautiful part of Hawaii.

Great stay

Great location and amenities. AC units worked great. Third floor so keep that in mind for anyone who has issues with stairs. Was a great place to sleep and great use of the outriggers pool and spas. Kids loved it

Perfect location for family vacation

We enjoyed our stay in this villa for a week in December 2023. It’s so nice to walk beach to watch sunrise every morning and outside pools in the resort to be relaxed. Also, it’s very easy access to drive several areas such as Wailua River and Poipu Beach.

The unit was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. There were a couple issues that the managers took care of quickly
they were very responsive. However, this is an owned unit within a property that includes managed units and because this unit isn’t managed by the property, they were as politely unhelpful as possible in the office. The amenities at the villas were unimpressive and the tennis/pickleball court needs replacing, but having access to the pool at the Outrigger was great. What was totally out of anyone’s control but impacted our visit was not the construction, but rather the roosters crowing at 4:30am.every.morning.The location was great. Yoga by the beach in the morning was great (may as well if the roosters are getting you up early). The Outrigger was great. The kitchen in the condo was great. Eating breakfast on the balcony was great. Only recommendation to the owners is to put together some instructions for operating the TV/cable/DVD/etc. Recommendation for future guests is to bring earplugs
unless you really want a couple hours to get going before yoga.

Great stay!

Check in was easy, beautiful property, easy communication with property manager. The only downfall was bringing our luggage up : flights of stairs, the couch sags in when sitting on it and the pull out bed needs to be replaced. Overall great location, awesome pool, would definitely stay here again !

Conference Stay

We needed a place to house my wife and I and 6 teens. This was perfect. We were close to the conference, and were not on top of each other. Access to the resort pool was awesome. Great place to stay.

Great location and nice layout, but maintenance is lagging

The condo was spotless on arrival and the resort amenities/pools were exactly what we were looking for. However, the unit itself feels tired: several holes in the ceiling (looks like old curtain hardware), noticeable mildew odor in the primary bedroom, and the sleeper-sofa frame is bent—there’s a big sag when you sit or try to sleep (mentioned in earlier reviews but still not fixed). With a little refresh and a sofa replacement this would easily be a 5-star stay; until then, expect a clean place in a fantastic spot that needs some overdue upkeep.

We choose this location due to proximity of coconut market and it being centralized to our excursions. I would recommend a new sofa sleeper, it was very uncomfortable. Some new cushions for the wicker furniture would be a great addition. Also having the bathrooms have hand soap and the kitchen with towels..

Perfect for Families!

My family loved this condo! Lots of space for them to spread out. The pools were great. Water slide was fun. Staff at the little snack/towel shack were so nice! Super convenient location - was pretty central to all the places we went. We would love to come back again in the future.

Right on the water

This condo was close to the airport (15 minutes) and downtown Lihue. The resort is about half a mile from the main road, so was nice and quiet and maybe 100 yards from the beach. The unit was clean and spacious with two bedrooms (three beds), and we enjoyed the pools at the neighboring Outrigger hotel. Would stay again!

It made us feel like we lived there and hard to leave. Loved the amenities, pools, ocean, grilles. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay. We added two new boogie boards and a fishing pole to the closet. Mahalo

Great experience and stay!

So impressed with hostess and amenities in unit! Had a couple hiccups during our stay but communication was fast and friendly and all resolved in quick time. Crystal was wonderful to work with and overall happy with everything about our stay. Would highly recommend and would book again! Mahalo for making our stay pleasant and thinking of even the small things that make a big difference when vacationing!

Great location and resort is nice

Great location and the resort is nice. However, the place needs a deep clean and updating. Cushions had weird spots on them. I had to clean/wipe down when we arrived. We still enjoyed our vacation because it is Hawaii and I would come back. Hopefully next time it will be cleaner.

Lovely stay

Check in was easy. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved having access to the outrigger pools. The location was great, short distance to shopping and other amenities. Don’t forget to look in the closet for umbrellas and other complimentary beach stuff!When we left the housekeeper was happy to take our unopened food, so I was glad to not let it go to waste. Great communication from the manager Only downside was the curtains didn’t really block any light so we did have to buy our suction light blocking curtains or the kids were up at 5:30 am. But this was a minor thing. Would absolutely stay here again!

Aloha vacation

We had a nice stay— all the basic essentials were provided. Nothing “fancy”, it’s as pictured. Perfect for teen sons who no longer share beds! Great master, too, but we lived on the lanai! Crystal was quick to reply to questions prior to arriving— we didn’t need anything during our stay.

Liked the view. Liked the location. The unit was stocked well with dishes, cooking necessities. The beds were comfortable. The unit could use updating. The air conditioner in the second bedroom did not seem to be working.
