Nouveau condo moderne, piscine privée, prÚs du Malecon & Marina Cortez La Paz BCS

Évadez-vous sur les rives tranquilles de La Paz BCS, au Mexique, oĂč le chaud soleil mexicain se dĂ©place de concert avec le reflux fascinant des marĂ©es ocĂ©aniques. IdĂ©alement situĂ© et calme, Ă  seulement deux pĂątĂ©s de maisons du cĂ©lĂšbre MalecĂČn, copropriĂ©tĂ© juste construite, style super moderne et Ă©lĂ©gant.
La position trÚs sûre vous permet de rejoindre à pied tous les voyagistes pour visiter le fantastique «aquarium du monde» et la nuit pour profiter de toutes les «cervecerias» typiques et des meilleurs restaurants de la ville.
Le condo est de 1 950 pi2 (180 m2) composĂ© de deux Ă©tages finement meublĂ©s. Au premier Ă©tage, nous avons un grand espace ouvert avec deux canapĂ©s-lits, une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat 45, une station d'accueil stĂ©rĂ©o / CD / iPod et de nouveaux climatiseurs. Nous avons Ă©galement une cuisine complĂšte avec rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, micro-ondes et casserole. Au mĂȘme Ă©tage, il y a une demi-salle de bain avec machine Ă  laver. Une chambre principale avec lit king-size et armoire et salle de bain privĂ©e complĂšte.
Au deuxiÚme étage, une zone de détente, une grande chambre avec deux lits queen, une armoire privée et une salle de bain complÚte.
Sur la terrasse, vous avez une piscine privée, un endroit idéal pour prendre un verre de vin en regardant des couchers de soleil étonnants. Dans ce domaine, vous avez également une petite salle de bain. Il y a une connexion Wi-Fi dans tout le condo, ainsi que par la piscine
Tous les clients ont leur propre parking privé sécurisé avec télécommande.
Nous sommes à 20 minutes de l'aéroport. Passez en mode vacances dans le confort de nos chambres spacieuses et confortables.

Beautiful La Paz

The property was very centrally located and easy to walk to wonderful restaurants and the beach and shopping. It was a little difficult for my older relatives to get to the pool/spa on the 2nd floor but it was doable. I would stay there again!!!!!

Nice place, good location

We were visiting to check out the beaches and snorkel a bit. The place is 3 or so blocks from the malecon. Good restaurants are within 2 or 3 blocks. Definitely would stay again.

Great place

Location was amazing and the home was very clean and had everything we needed. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had and went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. Would highly recommended. The roof top pool was fantastic!

The home is very updated and very well furnished. It is in a great location with many choices for shopping, restaurants, biking, walking. Federica & Pietro were great hosts, extremely responsive and available, if needed. I would definitely come back.

Great accommodation

Pietro was an excellent host; he was very responsive and had good suggestions for enjoying the location. The property was very well located, only 3 blocks from the malecon and excellent restaurants; it had lovely appointments throughout, was private and had full facilities. It was a pleasure to stay in this condo and we would recommend it to others.

Lovely clean condo in great location

We had a quick stay of 4 nights of whale sharks and Balandra. This condo was perfect for comfortable sleep, appointed kitchen for breakfast in, perfect location for Marina La Paz adventure departures, lovely deck for relaxing afterwards, and safe area for walking to Malecon for dinner each night. Fantastic!

First visit to La Paz a winner!

Spotless, spacious condo featuring everything you could possibly want/need. Secured parking, lots of hot water with great pressure and comfortable beds were especially appreciated. Perfect for a brief or extended stay. Location ideal, host very pleasant and accommodating in assisting with shopping, dining and excursion suggestions.

Fabulous!

This rental is top notch! Very convenient location, close to beach and Malecon. Extremely safe with parking. Beautiful, clean home with everything you need, including four bathrooms! Bed and linens were super comfortable, and host is on site and very nice! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property

Although the property is only steps from el malecon and many restaurants, it is very private. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed our stay. Federica and Pietro provided detailed instructions for check in and check out and were very fast responding to messages. The property was very secure and the roof patio with pool was a great addition.

Very nice condo very near the Malecon

The property was very nice and secure behind a gate. There are two large bedrooms with private baths and two half baths, one of which is next to the rooftop pool. Our hosts responded quickly when contacted. Check in and check out were very easy. If we ever go back to LA Paz, we hope this property is available again.

Great place to stay in La Paz

The condo was spotless and spacious for the 4 of us. There are several sitting areas inside and out, with plenty of natural light and windows to open for a soft breeze. There is a small store across the street for water and such, and several restaurants within a block or two. The neighborhood is quiet and I was completely comfortable with my teenage daughters walking around to check things out. The marina is a 5 minute walk, as are several points of interest. Pietro and Federica are wonderful hosts, and we were sad to leave this beautiful condo and neighborhood!

Great condo close to the Malecon near construction

This is a wonderful property. The place is very modern with beautiful decor and furnishings and in a great location close to everything. We were a bit nervous as the host did not provide access information until after we left our airport for the trip, but we did receive it before our arrival in La Paz. We were a bit disappointed with the construction noise and activity next door as there were multifloored building projects on both sides of this condo, starting before 7am and lasting until at least 6pm every day we were there, except Sunday when it lasted until early afternoon. With this construction activity workers were looking down on the "private deck/pool" and even sending a drone across 5 meters above us at one point.

Amazing Location & Accommodations!

We so enjoyed your stay at Pietro & Federica’s property, it was perfect for our group of 2 couples. The location is perfectly set close to the Malecon, as well as numerous shops and restaurants. Right across the street, you have a Tienda Six to grab waters, beers, etc and across from there is a cannot-miss Italian restaurant called Casa de Madre that blew our socks off! Pietro and Federica were gracious enough to connect us to Andrea for a boat tour of Espiritu and Ensanada - which was one of the highlights of our trip! Communication with the hosts was always prompt and clear. The house has everything you need, the pool on the roof deck was perfect for our group, especially during the 100+ degree days. Thank you Pietro & Federica!

Beautiful and convenient spot!

This is a beautiful home! There were four of us staying here. I chose it because it was close (walking distance) to the tour company that I'd booked a Whale Shark trip through. It is super convenient to the waterfront walk as well. When I booked it, I thought the rental was a nice place at a good price. The home was better than nice and an even better location that I anticipated. This was my first time in Mexico and I clearly had an outdated expectation of the costs to be expected. The home was reasonable, but everything else was far more than expected, which made the cost of the home that much more appreciated, in hindsight. Thank you Frederica and Pietro!

Beautiful Baja Condo

This house was exactly what I was looking for! The design touches were perfect. It’s beautiful. It’s interesting, full of culture, and it’s the perfect location. There are markets within walking distance, restaurants, coffee shops.. The house is stocked with coffee and tea and drinking water. We went to the market for everything else. There is a private gate that encloses the condo and the driveway, so if you rent a car, you don’t need to worry about limited parking or safety of your vehicle. The owners are next door and were so helpful when we had any questions about the town. They are lovely people and their town was magical. We felt safe walking around at night. There are quite a bit of people that speak English, but go to La Paz ready to practice your Spanish. Go to La Paz if you’re looking for culture and beautiful beaches!
