The property was beautiful and well kept. The host communicated with us and assisted us with any issues we had. The area is very secured with security and quiet. The amenities are beautiful.

Love La Paz

This condo is exactly as stated along with the pictures. Very well decorated. I loved the size of the kitchen and having an outdoor bar-b-que are is a plus. Wish there was a table and chairs in this area for evening cooking and cocktails. Only downside to the downstairs area is that is you need to go to the restroom, you must go upstairs. Bedrooms and baths are a nice size and the second floor deck is very nice. Large table and hot tub and a nice cool breeze. We had a hard time locating the property because our GPS just couldn't figure out where to go. A call to the owner who stayed on the phone with us until we arrived was a plus. Just make sure that the manager has your cell number so she will answer your call. You will love visiting La Paz.

The Best House within the Community

We (4 adults and 1 teenager) enjoyed our stay there. Everything was as per the description. The house is new, well equipped. Jacuzzi on the balcony is fantastic! Views as well. Sorry to say this but the service of the Property Manager could be improved. The bathrooms and range were not clean when we moved in. There was small amount of drinking water in the dispenser so we run out of it on the next day. We could not get refill because the property manager had no time to deliver it. Finally, we found a source of water supply by ourselves. Overall, the house is worth of recommendation.

Poor planning from host

We arrived to the property and were not able to get in. Turned out the host never sent the instructions. We tried to reach to his phone and never answer. We called to vrbo office and the phone quality was bad, we barely could undertood the other person on the line and he kept us there for 1h while trying to contact the host. No understanding that we were in place that we did not know, we traveled since 6 am and we were outside with no clear answer of where we going to stay. A friend was able to get us in the same area for half the price with your competitor. We cancel our staying due to the lack of decent service. I could not undertand how can the host forget that you have someone going to your property. Sad and horrible experience. This was our first time trying vrbo and we are so dissapointed. I hope that you dont this to other people because no one deserves it.
