The Villa is located in the exclusive area of Los Mojones in Puerto del Carmen. It is a 10-minute stroll to the old town, or a 15-minute walk to the new town.

The old town offers great shopping and a range of excellent bars and restaurants along with a beautiful harbour, scenic views and the famous Playa Chica beach. The new town has a choice of expansive sandy beaches, offering all the aquatic fun you could want. There is something for everyone within walking distance of Casa Cristal!

This villa is situated next door to Villa Cartaphilus, Casa El Paraiso and Casa El Cielo.

Casa Cristal is a luxurious, bright and spacious villa. The moment you step foot inside, you will know instantly that your stay will be something very special. The attention to detail and sense of style is evident in the furnishings and décor of the space. Everything is equipped to a the highest of standards.

Stepping into the living room through the triple glass sliding doors you will be greeted with an uninterrupted view of the luxurious pool and patio area. This living area is equipped with a modern entertainment system including a HDTV screen with multiple channels, including English and Irish and also Netflix. It includes a Bluetooth sound system. WiFi is available throughout the Villa.

Adjacent to the living room is a split-level dining and lounge area, giving you a relaxing space to dine and unwind. Off the dining and lounge area there is a fitted kitchen with everything you need to make this villa your home away from home, including a full-size fridge and fridge-freezer.

Outside, there is a stunning saltwater pool with Roman steps – the perfect place for you to relax and unwind during your stay. The pool is electrically heated from October 20th until May 1st and can also be lit at night-time. A pool-side solar-heated shower in the pool area is also fitted for your convenience. There are sun loungers and beach towels provided for your use.

There is plenty to do outdoors. If cooking is your pleasure, there is a built-in charcoal barbecue with ample garden seating for you to enjoy dining outdoors, while an outdoor pool table adds to entertainment possibilities

Casa Cristal has four spacious bedrooms, and can sleep up to ten people.

There is a utility room off the kitchen, with a washing machine and drying area.

The villa is secured by a modern security alarm system and also has two safes. There is off street car parking directly outside the villa. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Ash trays are provided adjacent to the patio area, which you are respectfully asked to use should you wish to smoke.

To access the villa you must enter through the front gate which leads directly to the patio area, this measures 72cm with a small step. Triple sliding doors lead you inside the villa.

The master bedroom is accessible from the lounge and the door to enter this measures 73cm, the door to the en-suite measures 74cm.

Two steps lead from the sitting area to the Kitchen/Dining area.
