Casa Bella est une villa lumineuse et aérée située près de la prestigieuse Marina Rubicon qui possède un éventail de magasins et d'excellents restaurants. La villa est à seulement 15 minutes à pied des célèbres plages de Papagayo. Il est idéalement situé à seulement 400 mètres d'un supermarché bien approvisionné pour tous vos besoins. Cette villa supérieure dispose d'une cuisine américaine spacieuse, d'un salon et d'un coin repas. Les portes-fenêtres mènent des salles à manger et du salon, directement sur la grande terrasse entièrement carrelée; où il y a beaucoup de place pour six chaises longues entièrement inclinables. A l'extérieur, il y a un jardin bien garni et une grande salle de détente, avec une piscine chauffée tout autour. Des escaliers intérieurs et extérieurs mènent à trois chambres climatisées bien aménagées. La chambre principale a un lit king size et une salle de bain attenante, les deux autres chambres ont des lits jumeaux et partagent une deuxième salle de bain complète.
Casa Bella est idéalement situé dans un endroit calme qui bénéficie d'une vue sur la mer et la montagne.

Lovely spacious villa in a great location. Extremely clean and very well equipped. The garden / pool area is a beautiful space with sun from early morning, this coupled with the fact the villa is comfortable and homely with tv etc for the darker evenings in February worked well for us. The contact from Shin was exceptional, couldn’t have been more helpful and we really hope to stay again soon.

The perfect stay

Everything was perfect , lovely views heated pool , near to the marina and Papagayo, if you like walking the views are amazing . My family had the most amazing stay here, and the host made everything easy and communication was great.

Helpful host, nice location

Villa is in a nice quiet location on the outskirts of Playa Blanca, not far from Rubicon Marina. Lovely beaches nearby.

Lovely place in a great location just 20 min walk along the promenade to the marina where there are loads of great restaurants. 5 mins walk to the supermarket and a nice cafe Antonio's. Comfy beds, Aircon in bedrooms, Fast WiFi and TV with all channels. We hired a car and visited the beaches and National Park and went over to Costa Teguise for the afternoon. Good communication with the owner Shin before the stay and the local guest amenities company were on hand to deal with questions. A great stay thank you!

We had the most amazing stay here at Casa Bella. Shin was always on hand to answer any questions we had, the apartment was clean and tidy with all the essentials. Really lovely restaurants within walking distance and a shop just down the road. The villa was spacious with a lovely outside area and pool. We are thinking about booking again next year, would definitely recommend :)

Casa Bella

Just returned from a lovely holiday at Casa Bella. We stayed for 11 nights and couldn’t fault it. The villa is in an excellent location - just a short walk to the supermarket and about a 15 minute easy walk to the Marina. Excellent and really helpful communication from Shin prior to arrival. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Great week away

Had a fab week's holiday in Casa Bella. The location is great. House was really good, plenty of space, lots of equipment. Shin's communication was excellent. Provided lots of info before we arrived and was super fast coming back to me when I had any questions. .

Lovely property

We were very pleased with the house and would happily return. Very close to a great bar and a good supermarket. A bit of a walk to the marina where there are lots of good bars and restaurants but we enjoyed the walk.

Great Location

Exceptionally clean property with all the required amenities. Excellent communication with Shin both before and during our stay. Great location for restaurants at the marina, just 20 min walk with Cinturna, which we highly recommend, just a couple of minutes walk away.

Relaxing stay

Great location

Great villa in perfect location for the Marina with local supermarket 2mins walk which is well stocked. Communication with the owner from booking to stay excellent. Pictures show the villa exactly. Would recommend for location and facilities the pool especially nice, lovely and warm.

Fabulous holiday

The villa was perfect, clean and beautifully presented. Pool and terrace were ideal as well and really well maintained during our stay. Location is a 15 minute walk from the restaurants at the marina but we also used the bus and taxis which were both really easy. There is also a number of restaurants in the opposite direction, in Las Coloradas, that were less than a 10 minute walk and where we had lovey meals. Great info from our host both before and during our holiday - really helpful. Overall a fabulous holiday.

Excellent Holiday

We had a great time at shins apartment. The welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch. The apartment was very clean and tidy ,the pool was a great way to cool down and it was cleaned twice a week. The 20 minute walk along the promenade to the Marina Rubicon was stunning and when you get there it has loads of cracking restaurants. We will definitely be back😎

Fab week!

Lovely villa. Our friends first “villa holiday” and they are now converted!! Good location. 15 minute walk to Rubicon Marina. 2 good supermarkets on the doorstep. Villa was clean, good communication between owner before & after arrival, had everything you needed, welcome pack was a nice touch plus a bottle of wine. Would definitely return.

Fantastic Holiday!

Villa was clean and well equipped. Excellent communication with the property manager and answered all questions quickly. pool was great and lovely views from the balcony. All bedrooms were spacious and had Air con which was definitely needed. Located near a bus stop which is handy if you don't have a car and also supermarket just around the corner. Also a short walk to Marina Rubicon. Fresh change of linen was also provided halfway through our stay. Would definitely stay again and would 100% recommend 😊

Just right....

Lovely pool, great set up with everything you might need in the kitchen. We had a problem with the shower not draining away and the owner immediately got somebody out to fix the problem. Very impressive.

My name is Shin Todd the owner of Casa Bella, near Marina Rubicon in Playa Blanca . We extended the property to create an additional internal dining area, making it comfortable for 6 people and extended the patio area into the garden, leaving plenty of garden space. We get to use the property as a family , with that in mind it was tastefully furnished as a home in the first instance, with a view of obtaining some lets throughout the year.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We spent a little time in the Playa Blanca area looking for the ideal spot to buy, very quickly we decided the location was going to be near Marina Rubicon. We are less than 15 minutes to Papagayo beaches in one direction and a pleasant walk to the Marina in the other, whilst being in a quiet residential area.
