Unité lumineuse, spacieuse et confortable près du centre-ville et de l'arrêt de train, avec toit et vue

Spacieuse et mise à jour de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain sur deux étages avec une terrasse sur le toit pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes, parfaite pour les familles et les réunions. Les chambres sont équipées de placards, tables de chevet, lampe et grands lits, avec une chambre avec un lit superposé (double en bas, simple en haut). Si vous avez un groupe de plus de 7 personnes, assurez-vous de soumettre une demande afin que j'aie amplement le temps de préparer l'appareil complètement. Juste à côté de la L et un rapide voyage au centre-ville et au quartier branché de Wicker Park / Logan, des boutiques et de la vie nocturne. Plan direct de l'aéroport.

Il y a un café incroyable nommé Windy City Cafe très proche si vous voulez du café ou d'autres produits pour le petit déjeuner - un excellent endroit pour le brunch. Vous aurez un usage exclusif et privé dans le salon, la cuisine, les salles de bains et la chambre. Le pont est partagé avec toutes les unités du bâtiment. J'aurai des serviettes, du savon, du shampoing et du conditionneur, et un sèche-cheveux dans chaque salle de bain. Il y a aussi un CVS au coin de la rue au cas où vous auriez besoin d'obtenir quelque chose que vous auriez oublié. J'ai le Wifi haut débit ainsi que Netflix et d'autres applications via la Smart TV (pas de câble) si vous voulez passer du temps à l'intérieur. Une buanderie gratuite est également disponible dans la salle de bains si vous en avez besoin.

Wonderful location and experience

We really enjoyed this condo. Be prepared there were a lot of steps. But the place was just what I was told it would be. The location was wonderful. Kam was very responsive to all my questions and needs. Sitting on the patio at night was a joy.

Three flight of stairs to the bedrooms was a lot for us seniors, we would not have stayed if it was listed on add. Hole in stair was dangerous and not repaired in one hour as we were told, not repaired all weekend! Location and neighborhood was very nice.

I had previously expressed to this guest in messages that this was the upper unit in a 3 unit townhome. It’s also listed in the description. Had he mentioned it was a group of seniors staying in the unit, I would have recommended stay elsewhere. And it actually is two flights of stairs. The porch is a few short steps. Unfortunately just before the guests’ arrival a wood board in the porch gave way. I never once said the board would get repaired in an hour nor am I sure where the guest assumed this could be possible. It is nearly impossible to secure a porch repairman or any handyman on short notice, especially on a weekend. The porch has since been repaired. Mind you these complaints come from guests who were loud and didn’t really follow house rules for a building where other guests live.

Appartamento davvero grande, con un bellissimo terrazzo all'ultimo piano. La posizione è davvero ottima: raggiungibili a piedi ci sono un grande supermercato, diversi ristoranti, bar e un Dunkin Donuts mentre la stazione della metropolitana (linea blu) è davvero sotto casa. Se dovessi tornare a Chicago prenderei di nuovo in considerazione l'affitto di questo appartamento. Consigliato !!!

Easy location for seeing Chicago

The apartment was conveniently located right by the Blue Line and provided enough space to spread out for four different guys. Checking in and out was easy and the place had what we needed for the weekend.

Great place close to the CTA

The location of this VRBO is super convenient for the CTA blue line. CVS, supermarket and restaurants are in a two block radius. This is the top two floors of the townhouse, so be prepared to climb a few steps, but the upper deck provides nice views of the city. The three bedrooms worked well for our family of 4 with two adult children. Spent most of our time exploring the city so the VRBO was used mostly for sleeping. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to visit Chicago and wanting more space than a hotel would provide. The owner Kam was excellent to work with. His communication was clear and timely.

Great location and fantastic stay!

Our time at the VRBO was awesome! We were surprised by the amount of space there was as we had 10 people in our group. It was fun to hang out on the rooftop as well as the balcony. The location was great as the blue line is close by and ubering from there was simple as well (the parking there worked out great too). The check-in process was seamless and Kam was an excellent host with answering our questions and working with a group of our size. He was very respectable and we would consider staying there again next time we come as a big group!

Great location, accomodating owner and overall Awesome Property!

I was going to Chicago for my cousin’s wedding /birthday with family. Found this hidden gem. Let me start with the owner. Kam is so accomodating and such a great host. He made sure everything was going great and made sure all our needs are met. Great communication and responds right away. Then the place. It was in such a good location. Luckily for us, it was 10mins to almost everywhere I had to go for that trip. It was so close to everything downtown. That made it super easy for us to get around. There are places to eat closeby that are of walking distance. The property itself was kept in great shape and is very clean. Then the parking. We didnt have any issues in parking. There were free parking across the street of the property and if all spaces were taken, the owner has parking stickers for you to be able to park on his side of the street. Between such a great host, great location, and great place, I would definitely recommend this to all my family and friends!

Incredible first time in Chicago!

The property is in an awesome location right by the train and easy to get around to either Cubs stadium or going over to the water front. Very clean and plenty of room to sleep for a group of 6 guys. Will definitely be returning again! Great hospitality and time!

Awesome Location

The location is quite central with many good restaurants an easy walk away and not too far from downtown. The unit has very good space and rooftop balcony is very nice. Kam is very attentive as a host if you need anything.

I bought this home almost 7 years ago as a second rental building and to have my own private and personal unit in the building. It had the perfect mix of things between the rooftop deck, proximity to downtown and public transportation, a patio to relax in during the summer, a quiet neighborhood that was close to anywhere I wanted to go for more fun and activities, but most importantly a simple private unit to myself. It's a bright, simple and inviting area and place and I know I wanted to be able to experience that...and now I hope that others experience it as well!

This particular unit is incredibly spacious with lots natural light throughout. I have recently updated the unit and given it a facelift with new furniture, work stations and an actual art installation that is inspired by Vincent Van Gogh's "Starry Night," with credit going to the amazing artist and friend of mine Dana Parisi. I drew inspiration from the colors and art and have pulled it through in various other decor and elements throughout the unit
