Magnifiquement meublé Trois chambres, deux salles de bain. À distance de marche du bord du lac et un court trajet en bus jusqu'à Michigan Avenue.
Unité de copropriété au premier étage, nouveaux planchers en chêne, comptoirs en granit, bains en marbre. Nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Dans l'unité, laveuse, sécheuse. Trois grandes chambres. Master Bath a une grande baignoire jacuzzi et une douche à l'italienne. Deuxième salle de bain a une baignoire, avec douche, lavabo double dans les deux bains.

Perfect location, just steps from bus stop (146 to Museum Campus, 151 to Lincoln Park Zoo, 152 right to Wrigley Field), close to the lakefront and the place itself is spacious and welcoming. Very effortless in and out and the host was easy to contact and always quick to respond if we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and can't wait to come back again.

Great property and manager

We had an extended stay and the place was great. Clean, large, chef's kitchen and really responsive manager. Great location in the City.

Great Location and Experience

The property was as described - 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, with parking. We enjoyed our time there, and would recommend it for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Perfect Location

Great location, great owner

This 3 bedroom condo is just a gem. We were able to have 3 couple stay quite comfortably, Uber inexpensively to the city heart, have a place to relax at the end of the day. And the owner is SO kind, so friendly.

Great location and safe area for family

The condo was just right for our family to meet for a college graduation. Plenty of space for visiting, nice back porch to get some fresh air and spacious bedrooms. Thank you to Andrea for being available for last minute questions.

Great location, very clean, comfortable and inviting

This condo was located very close to Lincoln Park, and Lake Shore Drive. We had a nice walk along the lakeshore and enjoyed shopping and eating at great restaurants. Andrea was very helpful when we had questions. We would stay here again!

Andrea's great and the home is lovely. We had a wonderful Easter brunch for our Chicago-based adult children, and there was plenty of cutlery, plates and serving trays to accomodate. Great location, too.

Spacious and comfortable

Another great stay

We have stayed here a couple times now and have enjoyed our stay. Great location, especially for Wrigley Field as it is about a 15 minute walk. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Nice neighborhood with several easily walkable stores, restaurants and bars. Thanks again!

The place to stay in Chicago

My daughters and I enjoyed a lovely visit in Andrea's condo. The location is extremely convenient to the major sites in the city. No car is necessary to get around. The condo is comfortable, clean and well furnished. And Andrea is the perfect host.

Great location, great space . . . Loved it.

Andrea was great to work with and always available for questions. The location was great for us with kids living in Evanston and some downtown. The space worked well for us. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, gadgets and pots.

Good, quiet neighborhood

Our family of 6 had plenty of space in the condo. It took us 10 -15 minutes to walk to the beach, and to Wrigley. Having a parking spot was a nice bonus.

City retreat

Came up from Florida to enjoy the city for a week. This was a beautiful condo! The location was perfect, close to all attractions, restaurants and shopping. It was beautifully decorated, spacious and squeaky clean! Same price as nearby upscale hotels but so much more space. The owner was delightful, very helpful. Will definitely plan another stay in the near future.

Excellent location for a large group

I stayed here for a girls weekend with 5 other ladies, so 6 total. This place was huge so we didn't ever feel crammed in or on top of each other throughout the weekend. There were 3 large bedrooms and two full bathrooms which was perfect for 6 girls trying to get ready! The location was close proximity to Wrigley and an easy Uber ride downtown. I would definitely, gladly, stay here again!

Great place close to Wrigley

We really loved this place. It exceeded our expectations! It's a very large 3 bed 2 bath. We were in Chicago to watch some Cubs games. This apartment is close to Wrigley and suited us perfectly. Andrea was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment and location

We stayed here on a friends road trip. The apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities necessary to make you feel at home. It is a beautiful 1st floor apartment as advertised. It was very convenient to Wrigley Field and the rail station (walking distance). Andrea was very nice and was available to us if needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great weekend get-a-way

Great location, nice accommodations, comfortable beds. Lots of space and very comfortable. One parking space is available but street parking for others is limited. There is a paid public parking lot one street over so convenient if you need additional parking. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend and will use again when we go to the city.

Great townhouse in good location

Great place that is super clean and 10 minute walk to the redline and a couple of minutes to Lake Shore Drive (about 30 minutes to downtown). Modern, with nice master shower. Lots of towels which is great for a bunch of women. Spacious. Neighborhood cute and feels safe.
