The kitchen is bright, modern and the perfect place to entertain. The unit has 2 large and 1 medium bedroom. The en-suite bath includes a beautiful walk-in shower and additional sunroom. This is the place for a great stay in the Windy City. (No parties or events allowed.)

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was immaculate and very nice looking with everything one would need for a week’s stay. Whittfield was a gracious and attentive host. The neighborhood was clean and friendly, with easy access to downtown and the museum campus. We would happily visit here in the future. Highly recommended.

We came to town for the Life Time Chicago Half Marathon that took place at Jackson Park and this was the perfect location to easily walk there for the race and not have to worry about public transportation to get there from downtown. The host was extremely fast responding to the few messages we sent. The unit was very clean and nicely furnish.

Clean and comfortable! Especially attracted to the two bathroom accommodations, as we had 4 women sharing the space. Host was available through texts on the Vrbo site, and the swift response to inquiries was appreciated, as the welcome package was not available at the time of our arrival. Suggestions/concerns were minimal, and left in the communication log on site. Only heads up, would have been knowledge of access to the unit being up 4 flights of stairs. Overall, very satisfied with the stay, and would highly recommend!

A family member was having a surgery at Chicago UMed and we needed to be in Chicago for about a month after surgery. We needed to have family and friends come stay with her during recuperation period. We had everything we needed and plenty of room for every one. It was very clean and Whitfield and his wife were very responsive to our every need. Would highly recommend it, very pleasant stay

I'm from Chicago, and I've lived all over the city. North, South, West and now East. This is a really interesting part of the city and I feel like I've got a unique access to Chicagoland from here.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This neighborhood has something for everyone! I can walk to the beach or the Golf Course. The Obama Center is soon to be completed and that's really close proximity as well. With lake shore drive my access to downtown is a short commute as well.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

What makes this property unique is the layout. I had the architects make several deviations from the original design. The kitchen to living room flow is really attractive and inviting. The bonus room of the en-suite is also a nice sunroom. (No parties or events allowed)
